With the rapid development of histological techniques and the widespread applica-tion of single-cell sequencing in eukaryotes,researchers desire to explore individual *** and functional expression,which deepens our understanding of *** this review,the history of the development of microbial detection technologies was revealed and the difficulties in the application of single-cell sequencing in microorganisms were dissected as ***,the characteristics of the currently emerging microbial single-cell sequencing(Microbe-seq)technology were summarized,and the prospects of the application of Microbe-seq in microorganisms were distilled based on the current development *** its mature development,the Microbe-seq technology was still in the optimization stage.A retrospective study was conducted,aiming to promote the widespread application of single-cell sequencing in microorganisms and facilitate further improvement in the technol-ogy.

Lithium metal batteries(LMBs)based on metallic Li exhibit high energy density to be competent for advanced energy storage ***,the unstable solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)layer due to continuous decomposition of electrolytes,and the attendant problem of Li dendrite growth frustrate their commercialization ***,a hybrid SEI comprising abundant LiF,lithiophilic Li-Ge alloy,and Ge nanoparticles is constructed via a simple brush coating *** fluorinated interface layer with embedded Ge-containing components isolates the Li anode from the corrosive electrolyte and facilitates homogenous Li nucleation as well as uniform ***,the modified Li anode exhibits remarkable stability without notorious Li dendrites,delivering stable cycling lives of more than 1000 h for symmetric Li||Li cells and over 600 cycles for Li||Cu cells at 1 mA·cm^(−2).Moreover,the reinforced Li anodes endow multiple full-cell architectures with dramatically improved cyclability under different test *** work provides rational guidance to design an artificial hybrid SEI layer and would stimulate more ideas to solve the dendrite issue and promote the further development of advanced LMBs.

Based on a large number of newly added deep well data in recent years,the subsidence of the Ordos Basin in the Mid-Late Triassic is systematically studied,and it is proposed that the Ordos Basin experienced two important subsidence events during this depositional *** contrastive analysis of the two stages of tectonic subsidence,including stratigraphic characteristics,lithology combination,location of catchment area and sedimentary evolution,it is proposed that both of them are responses to the Indosinian Qinling tectonic activity on the edge of the craton *** early subsidence occurred in the chang 10 Member was featured by high amplitude,large debris supply and fast deposition rate,with coarse debris filling and rapid subsidence accompanied by rapid accumulation,resulting in strata thickness increasing from northeast to southwest in *** subsidence center was located in Huanxian–Zhenyuan–Qingyang–Zhengning areas of southwestern basin with the strata thickness of 800–1300 *** subsidence center deviating from the depocenter developed multiple catchment areas,until then,unified lake basin has not been formed *** the combined action of subsidence and Carnian heavy rainfall event during the deposition period of chang 7 Member,a large deep-water depression was formed with slow deposition rate,and the subsidence center coincided with the depocenter basically in the Mahuangshan–Huachi–Huangling *** deep-water sediments were 120–320 m thick in the subsidence center,characterized by fine *** are differences in the mechanism between the two stages of *** early one was the response to the northward subduction of the MianLüe Ocean and intense depression under compression in Qinling during *** later subsidence is controlled by the weak extensional tectonic environment of the post-collision stage during Late Triassic.

Organic matter-induced mineralization is a green and versatile method for synthesizing hybrid nanostructured materials,where the material properties are mainly influenced by the species of natural biomolecules,linear synthetic polymer,or small molecules,limiting their ***,we adopted dendrimer poly(amidoamine)(PAMAM)as the inducer to synthesize organosilica-PAMAM network(OSPN)capsules for mannose isomerase(MIase)encapsulation based on a hard-templating *** structure of OSPN capsules can be precisely regulated by adjusting the molecular weight and concentration of PAMAM,thereby demonstrating a substantial impact on the kinetic behavior of the MIase@OSPN *** MIase@OSPN system was used for catalytic production of mannose from Dfructose.A mannose yield of 22.24% was obtained,which is higher than that of MIase in organosilica network capsules and similar to that of the free *** overall catalytic efficiency(kcat/Km)of the MIase@OSPN system for the substrate D-fructose was up to 0.556 s^(-1)·mmol^(-1)·***,the MIase@OSPN system showed excellent stability and recyclability,maintaining more than 50% of the yield even after 12 cycles.

Molybdenum and cadmium co-induce necroptosis through Th1/Th2 imbalance-mediated endoplasmic reticulum stress in duck ovaries

Cadmium(Cd)and excess molybdenum(Mo)pose serious threats to animal *** previous study has determined that Cd and/or Mo exposure can cause ovarian damage of ducks,while the specific mechanism is still *** further investigate the toxic mechanism of Cd and Mo co-exposure in the ovary,forty 8-day-old female ducks were randomly allocated into four groups for 16 weeks,and the doses of Cd and Mo in basic diet per kg were as follows:control group,Mo group(100 mg Mo),Cd group(4 mg Cd),and Mo+Cd group(100 mg Mo+4 mg Cd).Cadmium sulfate 8/3-hydrate(CdSO_(4)·8/3H_(2)O)and hexaammonium molybdate((NH_(4))_(6)Mo_(7)O_(24)·4H_(2)O)were the origins of Cd and Mo,*** the 16th week of the experiment,all ovary tissues were collected for the detection of related *** data indicated that Mo and/or Cd induced trace element disorders and Th1/Th2 balance to divert toward Th1 in the ovary,which activated endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress and then provoked necroptosis through triggering RIPK1/RIPK3/MLKL signaling pathway,and eventually caused ovarian pathological injuries and necroptosis *** alterations of above indicators were most apparent in the joint *** all,this research illustrates that Mo and/or Cd exposure can initiate necroptosis through Th1/Th2 imbalance-modulated ER stress in duck ovaries,and Mo and Cd combined exposure aggravates ovarian *** research explores the molecular mechanism of necroptosis caused by Mo and/or Cd,which reveals that ER stress attenuation may be a therapeutic target to alleviate necroptosis.

Lipid nanoparticles(LNPs)have emerged as highly effective delivery systems for nucleic acid-based ***,the broad clinical translation of LNP-based drugs is hampered by the lack of robust and scalable synthesis techniques that can consistently produce formulations from early development to clinical *** this work,we proposed a method to achieve scalable synthesis of LNPs by scaling inertial microfluidic mixers isometrically in three ***,a theoretical predictive method,which controls the mixing time to be equal across different chips,is developed to ensure consistent particle size and size distribution of the synthesized *** loaded with small interfering RNA(siRNA)were synthesized at different flow rates,exhibiting consistent physical properties,including particle size,size distribution and encapsulation *** work provides a practical approach for scalable synthesis of LNPs consistently,offering the potential to accelerate the transition of nucleic acid drug development into clinical application.

Stylonema alsidii(Zandardini)Drew *** Zheng et Li is a common species in the genus Stylonema,but there are limited reports on morphological taxonomy and a lack of studies on life history and the regulation of early *** early development,discoid formation,and erect thallus growth of Stylonema alsidii *** were observed under laboratory *** addition,the influence of main environmental factors such as temperature and light intensity on its development was briefly studied,and various stages of its life history were *** result shows:(1)there are two reproductive modes:asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction;(2)the morphology of this species varies in different degrees under laboratory culture conditions;(3)sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction can coexist under suitable *** pathways of life history were inferred from experimental *** sporophytes form mature gametophytes by producing initially isolated or initially attached monospore,and mature gametophytes form mature sporophytes by fertilization of eggs and *** sexual and asexual reproduction processes of Stylonema alsidii *** were reported for the first time,and this is also the first report on sexual reproduction in the genus Stylonema.
