Precipitation transformation pathway and mechanical behavior of nanoprecipitation strengthened Fe-Mn-Al-C-Ni austenitic low-density steel

Precipitation strengthening has been widely adopted in austenitic low-density steel owing to excellent hardened *** approach generally employs the coherentκ′carbides and non-coherent B2 *** the precipitation transformation pathway is decisive for further optimizing the microstructures under specific engineering ***,the detailed precipitation sequence of Fe-28Mn-11Al-1C-5Ni(wt%)austenitic low-density steel as well as its influence on mechanical prop-erties during aging process is systematically *** results reveal that nano-sizedκ′carbides domains(2 nm)exist in the solution-treated *** aging at 500℃for 1 h,the cuboidalκ′carbides(15-20 nm)uniformly disperse in austenite ***,after aging at 700℃for 15 min,the coarsenκ′carbides(30-35 nm)inhomogeneously distribute and align preferentially along the〈100〉***,extending the aging time to 60 min,the needle-type B2 particles replace theκ′carbides due to the enrichment of Ni elements at the phase boundaries among the austenite andκ′*** aging at 900℃,κ′carbides entirely dissolve into the austenite matrix,and the intragranular B2 particles are the sole precipitates in the austenite matrix and follow the K-s orientation relationship with *** work hardening capability seriously deteriorates due to the shearing ofκ′carbides by gliding *** the intragranular B2 particles preserve excellent work hardening rate by dislocations bow-out *** present work is meaningful for guiding the design of new generation dual-nano precipitation austenitic lightweight steel.

The metropolitan area is a crucial spatial element in promoting new urbanization in *** possesses theoretical and empirical value in the determination of the evolutionary patterns and development trends necessary for regional integration and high-quality *** study focused on Nanjing Metropolitan Area,the first national metropolitan area in China,and established three development scenarios by combining ecological–economic spatial conflict(EEsC)zones and national key ecological functional *** scenarios simulate the spatial distribution of future land use and land cover change(LUCC)using the development zone planning function of the patch generation land use simulation(PLUs)*** results show that:(1)Between 2000 and 2020,the most prominent characteristics of land use change were largely the massive expansion of built-up land and the significant decline of farmland,while changes in the area of ecological land were less evident.(2)EEsC areas experienced significant changes over the past 20 years,but the overall level of conflict was *** land was the main land use type in the lowest-conflict area,while built-up land was the main land use type in the highest-conflict area.(3)From 2030 to 2050,further expansion of built-up areas is expected,with continued decrease of *** regulation of these land use changes can be achieved through different development zone *** economic development scenario had the largest built-up land area,while the ecological protection scenario had the largest farmland *** study simulates the spatial pattern changes in the metropolitan area based on spatial conflict patterns and national main functional area planning process,providing a scientific reference for future spatial planning and management.

Water scarcity is a global challenge,and solar evaporation technology offers a promising and eco-friendly solution for freshwater *** conversion materials(PCMs)are crucial for solar *** photothermal conversion efficiency and reducing water evaporation enthalpy are the two key strategies for the designing of *** desired PCMs that combine both of these properties remain a challenging task,even with the latest advancements in the ***,we developed copper nanoparticles(NPs)with different conjugated nitrogen-doped microporous carbon coatings(Cu@C–N)as *** microporous carbon enveloping layer provides a highly efficient pathway for water transport and a nanoconfined environment that protects Cu NPs and facilitates the evaporation of water clusters,reducing the enthalpy of water ***,the conjugated nitrogen nodes form strong metal-organic coordination bonds with the surface of copper NPs,acting as an energy bridge to achieve rapid energy transfer and provide high solar-to-vapor conversion *** Cu@C–N exhibited up to 89.4%solar-to-vapor conversion efficiency and an evaporation rate of 1.94 kgm^(−2) h^(−1) under one sun irradiation,outperforming conventional PCMs,including carbon-based materials and semiconductor *** findings offer an efficient design scheme for high-performance PCMs essential for solar evaporators to address global water scarcity.

Objective: To investigate the main components and potential mechanism of shuxuening Injection(sXNI) in the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI) through network pharmacology and in vivo research. Methods: The Traditional Chinese Medicine systems Pharmacology(TCMsP) and Pharm Mapper databases were used to extract and evaluate the effective components of Ginkgo biloba leaves, the main component of sXNI. The Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM) and Gene Cards databases were searched for disease targets and obtain the drug target and disease target intersections. The active ingredient-target network was built using Cytoscape 3.9.1 software. The sTRING database, Metascape online platform, and R language were used to obtain the key targets and signaling pathways of the anti-MIRI effects of sXNI. In order to verify the therapeutic effect of different concentrations of sXNI on MIRI in rats, 60 rats were first divided into 5 groups according to random number table method: the sham operation group, the model group, sXNI low-dose(3.68 mg/kg), medium-dose(7.35 mg/kg), and high-dose(14.7 mg/kg) groups, with 12 rats in each group. Then, another 60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the sham operation group, the model group, sXNI group(14.7 mg/kg), sXNI+LY294002 group,and LY294002 group, with 12 rats in each group. The drug was then administered intraperitoneally at body weight for 14 days. The main biological processes were validated using in vivo testing. Evans blue/triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) double staining, hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELIsA), and Western blot analysis were used to investigate the efficacy and mechanism of sXNI in MIRI rats. The chlorine evolution reaction(CER)is a crucial step in the production of chlorine gas and active chlorine by chlor-alkali ***,the endeavor to fabricate electrodes capable of yielding high current density at minimal overpotential remains a central challenge in advancing the realm of chlorine evolution ***,we grow TiO_(2)and RuO_(2)on MXene@carbon cloth(CC)through the favorable affinity and induced deposition effect between the surface functional groups of MXene and the metal.A self-supported electrode(RuTiO_(2)/MXene@CC)with strong binding at the electrocatalyst-support interface and weak adhesion at electrocatalyst-bubble interface is *** RuTiO_(2)/MXene@CC can reduce the electron density of RuO_(2)by regulating the electron redistribution at the heterogeneous interface,thus enhancing the adsorption of Cl−.RuTiO_(2)/MXene@CC could achieve a high current density of 1000 mA·cm^(−2)at a small overpotential of 220 mV,superior to commercial dimensionally stable anodes(DsA).This study provides a new strategy for constructing efficient CER catalysts at high current density.

Apple replant disease(ARD)is a complex agricultural problem caused by multiple stressors that can lead to increased reactive oxygen species(ROs)levels and limited nutrient utilization in ***,existing countermeasures cannot effectively address this ***,we used Malus hupehensis as a test organism to investigate whether the pleiotropic molecule dopamine can alleviate ARD using pot *** application of 100μmol L-1 dopamine significantly promoted the growth of apple seedlings in the replanted soil,with a relative growth rate increase of 17.44%.Our results revealed two major pathways by which dopamine regulates ARD resistance in apple ***,dopamine effectively reduces the level of ROs and activates the expression of genes related to nitrogen(N)transport and *** those genes,MdNLP5,MdNRT1.1,MdNLP2,MdNRT2.5,MdNLP3,MdNRT2.4,MdNADH-GAGOT,and MdFd-GAGOT were strongly regulated by *** regulatory effects promoted the uptake and utilization of soil N by the ***,dopamine improved the physical and chemical properties,enhanced microbial community diversity,and promoted mutual cooperation between microbial communities in the ***,dopamine altered the microbial structure of rhizosphere soil(upregulating Clostridiales,Gaiellales,sordariales and Mortierellales;downregulating Micrococcales,Longimicrobiales,Hypocreales and Cystobasidiales).Notably,dopamine significantly upregulated the abundances of Gaiella and Mortierella,both of which were positively correlated with soil urease activity,soil available N content,plant growth and N *** also significantly downregulated the abundance of the plant pathogen Gibberella(by 11.71-fold)in replant *** results provide insights into the mechanisms by which dopamine promotes ARD resistance,and can promote the sustainable development of the apple industry.

The prefrontal cortex and hippocampus may support sequential working memory beyond episodic memory and spatial *** stereoelectroencephalography(sEEG)study investigated how the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC)interacts with the hippocampus in the online processing of sequential *** patients with epilepsy(eight women,age 27.6±8.2 years)completed a line ordering task with sEEG recordings over the DLPFC and the *** showed longer thinking times and more recall errors when asked to arrange random lines clockwise(random trials)than to maintain ordered lines(ordered trials)before recalling the orientation of a particular ***,the ordering-related increase in thinking time and recall error was associated with a transient theta power increase in the hippocampus and a sustained theta power increase in the DLPFC(3–10 Hz).In particular,the hippocampal theta power increase correlated with the memory precision of line ***,theta phase coherences between the DLPFC and hippocampus were enhanced for ordering,especially for more precisely memorized ***,the theta band DLPFC→hippocampus influence was selectively enhanced for ordering,especially for more precisely memorized *** study suggests that theta oscillations may support DLPFC-hippocampal interactions in the online processing of sequential information.
