大豆卵磷脂对绵羊精液低温保存效果的影响

为了研究大豆卵磷脂对绵羊精液低温保存效果的影响,在杜泊绵羊精液稀释液中分别添加0(对照)、1.875、3.750、7.500、15.000 g/L大豆卵磷脂,在4℃条件下进行低温保存,每隔12 h观察一次精子活率,统计精子有效存活时间和总存活时间,检测第48小时精子的畸形率和顶体完整率。结果表明,1.875 g/L组的精子有效存活时间、总存活时间显著高于对照组和其余各试验组(P<0.05);1.875 g/L组的精子顶体完整率显著高于15.000 g/L组(P<0.05),畸形率显著低于15.000 g/L组(P<0.05)。说明在稀释液中添加1.875 g/L的大豆卵磷脂可以延长精子的存活时间,提高绵羊精液低温保存的质量。

Al/Mg bimetal was prepared by lost foam solid-liquid compound casting,and the effects of mechanical vibration on the filling and solidification behavior,microstructure and performance of the bimetal were *** show that the mechanical vibration has a remarkable influence on the filling and solidification *** is found that after mechanical vibration,the filling rate increases and the filling rate at different times is more uniform than that without *** addition,the mechanical vibration also increases the wettability between liquid AZ91D and A356 *** mechanical vibration reduces the horizontal and vertical temperature gradient of the casting and makes the temperature distribution of the whole casting more *** to the Al/Mg bimetal without vibration,the shear strength is improved by 39.76%after the mechanical vibration is applied,due to the decrease of the inclusions and Al_(12)Mg_(17) dendrites,and the refinement and uniform distribution of the Mg_(2)Si particles in the interface of the Al/Mg bimetal.

为了研究冲击波和破片联合作用下船舶舱段的毁伤效应,首先在ANSA中建立舱段的有限元模型,设定材料模型、模拟舷侧破口、建立战斗部模型和耦合模型;之后在AUTODYN中对比分析了爆炸冲击波单独作用以及冲击波、破片联合作用2种情形下,船舶舱段的舱内爆炸载荷特性、舱室结构等效塑性应变及位移等数值结果的差异。结果表明:考虑冲击波和破片的联合作用时,冲击波压力曲线的前期趋势与冲击波单独作用下大致相同,但由于冲击波从破口发生泄漏,舱室内压力会较早达到准静态压力状态。同时,爆炸当舱的更多区域出现了大破口,毁伤主要表现为角隅大塑性变形以及边缘大面积撕裂,甲板和舷侧的最大位移和等效塑性应变也较冲击波单独作用大得多。

Preparation and photocatalytic properties of ilmenite NiTiO_3 powders for degradation of humic acid in water

The powders of ilmenite structure NiTiO3 were prepared by a modified Pechini process using tetrabutyl titanate and nickel acetate as raw materials, and using citric acid and ethanol as a chelating agent and a solvent respectively. The powder samples were characterized by thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis （TG-DTA） and X-ray diffraction （XRD）. The photocatalytic activity of NiTiO3 under the irradiation of ultraviolet rays （UV） light was evaluated by degrading hurnic acid （HA） in water as a probe reaction. The possible photodegra- dation mechanism was studied by the examination of active species .OH, .O2, and holes （h＋） through adding scavengers. The TG-DTA and XRD results indicated that the good crystal structure of ilmenite phase NiTiO3 could be obtained when the Ni-Ti citrate complex was cal- cined at 600℃. The photocatalytic activity experiments indicated that NiTiO3 had favourable photocatalytic activity under the irradiation of UV light, and the photocatalytic degradation rate of HA reached 95.3% after a 2.5 h reaction with the photocatalyst calcined at 600℃ and a photocatalyst dosage of 0.4 g/L. The possible photocatalytic mechanism was deduced that holes （h＋） and .OH radicals are the major reactive active species in the photocatalytic reaction, and dissolved oxygen plays a weak role in the degradation of HA.

Visual simultaneous localization and mapping(VSLAM) are essential technologies to realize the autonomous movement of vehicles. Visual-inertial odometry(VIO) is often used as the front-end of VSLAM because of its rich information, lightweight, and robustness. This article proposes the FPL-VIO, an optimization-based fast vision-inertial odometer with points and lines. Traditional VIO mostly uses points as landmarks;meanwhile, most of the geometrical structure information is ignored. Therefore, the accuracy will be jeopardized under motion blur and texture-less area. Some researchers improve accuracy by adding lines as landmarks in the ***, almost all of them use line segment detector(LSD) and line band descriptor(LBD) in line processing, which is very time-consuming. This article first proposes a fast line feature description and matching method based on the midpoint and compares the three line detection algorithms of LSD, fast line detector(FLD), and edge drawing lines(EDLines). Then, the measurement model of the line is introduced in detail. Finally, FPL-VIO is proposed by adding the above method to monocular visual-inertial state estimator(VINSMono), an optimization-based fast vision-inertial odometer with lines described by midpoint and points. Compared with VIO using points and lines(PL-VIO), the line processing efficiency of FPL-VIO is increased by 3-4 times while ensuring the same accuracy.
