Advances in thermal-related analysis techniques for solid-state lithium batteries

Solid-state lithium batteries(SSLBs)have been broadly accepted as a promising candidate for the next generation lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)with high energy density,long duration,and high *** intrinsic non-flammable nature and electrochemical/thermal/mechanical stability of solid electrolytes are expected to fundamentally solve the safety problems of conventional ***,thermal degradation and thermal runaway could also happen in *** example,the large interfacial resistance between solid electrolytes and electrodes could aggravate the joule heat generation;the anisotropic thermal diffusion could trigger the uneven temperature distribution and formation of hotspots further leading to lithium dendrite *** research efforts have been devoted to exploring solid electrolytes with outstanding performance and harmonizing interfacial incompatibility in the past *** have been fewer comprehensive reports investigating the thermal reaction process,thermal degradation,and thermal runaway of *** review seeks to highlight advanced thermal-related analysis techniques for SSLBs,by focusing particularly on multiscale and multidimensional thermal-related characterization,thermal monitoring techniques such as sensors,thermal experimental techniques imitating the abuse operating condition,and thermalrelated advanced *** perspectives are proposed to bridge fundamental studies to technological relevance for better understanding and performance optimization of SSLBs.

Spatio-temporally resolved measurement of quantal exocytosis from single cells using microelectrode array modified with poly L-lysine and poly dopamine

The subsecond, temporal, vesicular exocytosis is ubiquitous, but difficult detecting in communication mechanisms of cells. A microelectrode array （MEA）, fabricated by MEMS technology, was applied successfully for real-time monitoring of quantal exocytosis from single pheochromocytoma （PC12） cell, The developed MEA was evaluated by dopamine （DA） using electrochemical methods and the results revealed that the sensitivity of DA was improved to 12659.24 p.A L mmol 1 cm 2. The modified MEA was used to detect in vitro vesicular exocytosis of DA from single PCI 2 cells stimulated by concentrated 100 mmol L-1 K＋ cell solution. A total of 592 spikes were measured and analyzed by three parameters and the statistical results revealed the population of each parameter was an approximate Gaussian distribution, and on average, 1.3. × 106 ± 9.25× 104 oxidizable molecules were released in each quantal exocytosis. In addition, results also indicate that a single PC12 cell probably releases the spikes with T ranging from 25.6 ms to 3..4 ms corresponding to/max ranging from 45.6 pA to 65.2 pA. The devices, including a homemade computer interface and the MEA modified with polymer film, provides a new means for further research on the neural, intercellular, communication mechanism.

A real-time prediction method for tunnel boring machine cutter-head torque using bidirectional long short-term memory networks optimized by multi-algorithm

Abscisic Acid Signaling Inhibits Bmssinosteroid Signaling through Dampening the Dephosphorylation of BIN2 by ABI1 and ABI2

Abscisic acid （ABA） and brassinosteroid （BR） antagonistically regulate many aspects of plant growth and development. Previous physiological studies have revealed that the inhibition of BR signaling by ABA is largely dependent on ABI1 and ABI2. However, the genetic and molecular basis of how ABI1 and ABI2 are involved in inhibiting BR signaling remains unclear. Although it is known that in the BR signaling pathway the ABA-BR crosstalk occurs in the downstream of BR receptor complex but upstream of BIN2 kinase, a negative regulator of BR signaling, the component that acts as the hub to directly mediate their crosstalk remains a big mystery. Here, we found that ABI1 and ABI2 interact with and dephosphorylate BIN2 to regu- late its activity toward the phosphorylation of BESl. Byin vitro mimicking ABA signal transduction, we found that ABA can promote BIN2 phosphorylation by inhibiting ABI2 through ABA receptors. RNA-sequencing analysis further demonstrated that ABA inhibits BR signaling through the ABA primary signaling components, including its receptors and ABI2, and that ABA and GSK3. co-regulate a common set of stress- responsive genes. Because BIN2 can interact with and phosphorylate SnRK2s to activate its kinase activity, our study also reveals there is a module of PP2Cs--BIN2-SnRK2s in the ABA signaling pathway. Collectively, these findings provide significant insights into how plants balance growth and survival by coordinately regu- lating the growth-promoting signaling pathway and stress responses under abiotic stresses.

An efficient one-pot synthetic protocol was developed for the synthesis of imidazo[ 1,2-a]pyridines from easily available starting materials： Aromatic ketones, α/βunsaturated ketones,β-keto esters and 2- aminopyridines. The present reaction proceeded well in MeOH under the media of I2/CuO. By using this method, the marketed drug zolimidine could be prepared easily with 95% yield. All these target products were characterized by NMR, HRMS and IR spectra. Furthermore, the target compound 3.a was determined bv X-ray crystallographic analysis.
