如何恢复损伤肌腱的正常结构和功能是目前骨科以及运动医学领域面临的最大挑战之一。近年来,学者们认识到肌腱干细胞(又称肌腱祖细胞)在肌腱病(一种慢性肌腱损伤)的退行性改变过程中起到重要作用。作为肌腱特异性来源的干细胞,肌腱干细胞与其他组织来源的干细胞相比表达更多的肌腱特异性基因,有望作为理想的种子细胞促进肌腱修复和再生。同时,将自体富血小板血浆(PRP)用于急慢性肌腱损伤的治疗在这一领域已得到极大关注。最近的研究发现,PRP的作用机制可能与促进肌腱干细胞参与体内肌腱损伤修复有关。该文将围绕以上方面就目前肌腱干细胞的研究进展作一综述,并探讨其在肌腱损伤修复中的应用价值。

In this work,2-(2-aminoethoxy) ethanolblocked phenylboronic acid-functionalized magnetic nanoparticles(blocked PMNPs) were fabricated for selective enrichment of different types of *** phenylboronic acid was designed for capturing the cis-diols moieties on saccharides molecules,and the 2-(2-aminoethoxy) ethanol can deplete the nonspecific absorption of peptides and proteins which always coexisted with *** mass spectrometry analysis,the PMNPs bound saccharides can be directly applied onto the MALDI plate with matrix without removing the *** PMNPs,the simple saccharide(glucose) could be detected in pmol *** complex saccharides can also be reliably purified and analyzed;16 different Nglycans were successfully identified from ovalbumin,and the high-abundance N-glycans can be detected even when the ovalbumin was in very low concentration(2 μg).In human milk,ten different oligosaccharides were identified,and the lactose can still be detected when the human milk concentration was low to 0.01 μL.

Numerical Analysis of PRISM-PY calculations for Hard-and Soft-core Generic Polymer Models

Generic polymer models capturing the chain connectivity and excluded-volume interactions between polymer segments can be classified, according to whether or not the 3D integral of the latter diverges, into hard- and soft-core models. Taking homogeneous systems of compressible homopolymer melts (or equivalently homopolymer solutions in an implicit, good solvent) in the continuum as an example, we recently compared the correlation effects on the structural and thermodynamic properties of the hard- and soft-core models given by the polymer reference interaction site model (PRISM) theory with the Percus-Yevick (PY) closure (Polymers 2023, 15, 1180). Here we analyzed in detail the numerical errors and behavior of the interchain pair correlation functions (PcFs) given by the PRISM-PY calculations of these models using an efficient numerical approach that we proposed. Our numerical approach has the least number of independent variables to be iteratively solved, analytically treats the discontinuities caused by the non-bonded pair potential (such as that of the hard spheres) and takes only the inverse Fourier transform of the interchain indirect PcF between polymer segments (which is continuous and decays towards 0 with increasing wavenumber much faster than both the interchain direct and total PcFs), and is essential for us to accurately solve the PRISM-PY theory for chain length N as large as 106. To capture the correlation-hole effect, the real-space cut-off in the PRISM calculations should be proportional to the square root of N.

This paper focuses on a Pareto cooperative differential game with a linear mean-field backward stochastic system and a quadratic form cost functional. Based on a weighted sum optimality method, the Pareto game is equivalently converted to an optimal control problem. In the first place,the feedback form of Pareto optimal strategy is derived by virtue of decoupling technology, which is represented by four Riccati equations, a mean-field forward stochastic differential equation(MF-FSDE),and a mean-field backward stochastic differential equation(MF-BSDE). In addition, the corresponding Pareto optimal solution is further obtained. Finally, the author solves a problem in mathematical finance to illustrate the application of the theoretical results.

Indium oxide(In_(2)O_(3)),as a promising candidate for cO_(2)hydrogenation to c_(1) products,often suffers from sintering and activity decline,closely related to the undesirable structural evolution under reaction *** on the comprehension of the dynamic evolution,this study presents an efficient strategy to alleviate the agglomeration of In_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles by the surface decoration with highly dispersed silica species(SiO_(x)).Various structural characterizations combined with density functional theory calculations demonstrated that the sintering resulted from the over-reduction,while the enhanced stability originated from the anchoring effect of highly stable In-OSi bonds,which hinders the substantial formation of metallic In(In^(0))and the subsequent agglomeration.0.6Si/In_(2)O_(3)exhibited cO_(2)conversion rate of10.0 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)at steady state vs.3.5 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)on In_(2)O_(3)in cO_(2)*** steady-state activity was also achieved on Pd-modified *** to the traditional Pd/In_(2)O_(3)catalyst,the methanol production rate of Pd catalyst supported on 0.6Si/In_(2)O_(3)was enhanced by 23%,showing the potential of In_(2)O_(3)modified by SiO_(x)in serving as a platform *** work provides a promising method to design new In_(2)O_(3)-based catalysts with improved activity and stability in cO_(2)hydrogenation.

When employing penetration ammunition to strike multi-story buildings,the detection methods using acceleration sensors suffer from signal aliasing,while magnetic detection methods are susceptible to interference from ferromagnetic materials,thereby posing challenges in accurately determining the number of *** address this issue,this research proposes a layer counting method for penetration fuze that incorporates multi-source information fusion,utilizing both the temporal convolutional network(TcN)and the long short-term memory(LSTM)recurrent *** leveraging the strengths of these two network structures,the method extracts temporal and high-dimensional features from the multi-source physical field during the penetration process,establishing a relationship between the multi-source physical field and the distance between the fuze and the target plate.A simulation model is developed to simulate the overload and magnetic field of a projectile penetrating multiple layers of target plates,capturing the multi-source physical field signals and their patterns during the penetration *** analysis reveals that the proposed multi-source fusion layer counting method reduces errors by 60% and 50% compared to single overload layer counting and single magnetic anomaly signal layer counting,*** model's predictive performance is evaluated under various operating conditions,including different ratios of added noise to random sample positions,penetration speeds,and spacing between target *** maximum errors in fuze penetration time predicted by the three modes are 0.08 ms,0.12 ms,and 0.16 ms,respectively,confirming the robustness of the proposed ***,the model's predictions indicate that the fitting degree for large interlayer spacings is superior to that for small interlayer spacings due to the influence of stress waves.
