There is a paradigm shift happening in automotive industry towards electric vehicles as environment and sustainability issues gainedmomentum in the recent years among potential *** and Autonomous Electric Vehicle(cAEV)technologies are fascinating the automakers and inducing them to manufacture connected autonomous vehicles with self-driving features such as autopilot and ***,Traffic Flow Prediction(TFP)is identified as a major issue in cAEV technologies which needs to be addressed with the help of Deep Learning(DL)*** this view,the current research paper presents an artificial intelligence-based parallel autoencoder for TFP,abbreviated as AIPAE-TFP model in *** presented model involves two major processes namely,feature engineering and *** feature engineering process,there are multiple stages involved such as feature construction,feature selection,and feature *** addition to the above,a Support Vector Data Description(SVDD)model is also used in the filtration of anomaly points and smoothen the raw ***,AIPAE model is applied to determine the predictive values of traffic *** order to illustrate the proficiency of the model’s predictive outcomes,a set of simulations was performed and the results were investigated under distinct *** experimentation outcomes verified the effectual performance of the proposed AIPAE-TFP model over other methods.

A Hybrid Multifarious clustering Algorithm for the Analysis of Memmogram Images

A number of clustering algorithms were used to analyze many databases in the field of image clustering. The main objective of this research work was to perform a comparative analysis of the two of the existing partitions based clustering algorithms and a hybrid clustering algorithm. The results verification done by using classification algorithms via its accuracy. The perfor-mance of clustering and classification algorithms were carried out in this work based on the tumor identification, cluster quality and other parameters like run time and volume complexity. Some of the well known classification algorithms were used to find the accuracy of produced results of the clustering algorithms. The performance of the clustering algorithms proved mean-ingful in many domains, particularly k-Means, FcM. In addition, the proposed multifarious clustering technique has revealed their efficiency in terms of performance in predicting tumor affected regions in mammogram images. The color images are converted in to gray scale images and then it is processed. Finally, it is identified the best method for the analysis of finding tumor in breast images. This research would be immensely useful to physicians and radiologist to identify cancer affected area in the breast.

coronary artery disease(cAD) occurring in less than 45 years of age is termed as young *** studies show a prevalence of 1.2% of cAD cases in this age *** wise south Asians especially Indians are more vulnerable to have cAD in young age group with a prevalence of 5% to 10%.conventional risk factors such as smoking,diabetes,hypertension,obesity and family history seems to be as important as in older cAD *** the prevalence of these risk factors seems to vary in younger *** far the most commonly associated risk factor is smoking in young *** genes associated with lipoprotein metabolism are now found to be associated with young cAD like cholesterol ester transfer protein(cETP) gene,hepatic lipase gene,lipoprotein lipase gene,apo A1 gene,apo E gene and apo *** such as lipoprotein(a),fibrinogen,D-dimer,serum Wnt,gamma glutamyl transferase,vitamin D2 and osteocalcin are seems to be associated with premature cAD in some newer *** general cAD in young has better prognosis than older *** terms of prognosis two risk factors obesity and current smoking are associated with poorer *** studies shows predominance of single vessel disease in young cAD *** cAD in older person primary and secondary prevention plays an important role in prevention of new and further coronary events.

Recently,big data becomes evitable due to massive increase in the generation of data in real time ***,object detection and tracking applications becomes popular among research communities and finds useful in different applications namely vehicle navigation,augmented reality,surveillance,*** paper introduces an effective deep learning based object tracker using Automated Image Annotation with Inception v2 based Faster RcNN(AIA-IFRcNN)model in big data *** AIA-IFRcNN model annotates the images by Discriminative correlation Filter(DcF)with channel and Spatial Reliability tracker(cSR),named DcF-cSRT *** AIA-IFRcNN technique employs Faster RcNN for object detection and tracking,which comprises region proposal network(RPN)and Fast *** addition,inception v2 model is applied as a shared convolution neural network(cNN)to generate the feature ***,softmax layer is applied to perform classification *** effectiveness of the AIA-IFRcNN method undergoes experimentation against a benchmark dataset and the results are assessed under diverse aspects with maximum detection accuracy of 97.77%.

Endophytic Mycodiversity of Sacred Tree-couroupita guianensis Aubl.

In the present study,a total of 142 fungal strains were isolated from 180 samples of the leaf,stem and bark tissues of sacred tree couroupita guianensis from an unusual semi-arid tropical *** tissues of the samples were grown in potato dextrose agar(PDA)medium and the endophytic mycoflora were identified based on the morphological *** all the strains,130 were fertile,which belong to 11 species and 12 sterile morpho *** relative frequency of isolated individual endophytic fungal group consists of hyphomycetes(41.5%),coelomycetes(32.4%),ascomycetes(13.4%),zygomycetes(4.2%)and sterile fungi(8.5%).Among the fungal isolates,Scytalidium acidophilum and Mycosphaerella *** recorded as the most dominant fungal isolates in the leaf tissues,cladosporium cladosporioides and colletotrichum falcatum were observed as the dominant endophytic fungal isolates in the stem tissues and Botryodiplodia theobromae was found to be predominant species in bark tissues of *** species of colletotrichum were found only in stem ***,the endophytic mycodiversity were high and abundant and they were distinctly associated with host *** statistical analyses confirmed that leaf tissues contained more endophytes than the stem and bark while colletotrichum exhibited organ *** present study revealed that the sacred tree *** is one of the ecological niches for sheltering endophytic mycoflora eventhough in harsh climatic conditions.

Li-Fraumeni syndrome(LFS)is a well-defined autosomal dominant predisposition syndrome due to TP53 germline mutation that causes many cancer *** early-onset syndrome poses a state of widespread *** an inherited condition possessing defective p53,guardian of the genome,in the germline has the potential to cause multiple cancers by predominantly affecting mesenchyme(connective tissues,blood cells),breast,brain,and adrenal cortex *** tumors initially identified in LFS can eventually propagate to cause secondary *** contributes to multiple cancers in individuals with defective p53 *** suspected to possess any mass,patients with other co-morbidities,in particular those with certain cardiovascular conditions,undergo screening using high-throughput techniques like transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography or cardiothoracic magnetic resonance imaging to locate and interpret the size of the *** LFS cases,it is certain to presume these masses as cancers and plan their management employing invasive surgeries after performing all efficient diagnostic *** are only poor predictions to rule out the chances of any other *** criterion emphasizes the necessity to speculate alternative precision diagnostic methods to affirm such new growth or masses encountered in LFS ***,it has all the possibilities to ultimately influence surgical procedures that may be invasive or complicate operative ***,it is essential to strategize an ideal protocol to diagnose any new unexplored mass in the LFS *** this editorial,we discuss the importance of diagnostic approaches on naïve pristine masses in LFS.

Hypoactive sexual desire disorder(HSDD)is a widely known type of female sexual dysfunction that could also cause emotional distress and relationship ***,a benzimidazole,was being studied as a treatment for premenopausal women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder because there was no accurate drug therapy available at the time(HSDD).The US Food and Drug Administration(FDA)approved Flibanserin in 2015 for the treatment of generalised acquired HSDD in premenopausal *** has a high affinity for postsynaptic 5-HT-1A receptors(agonist)and 5-HT-2A receptors(antagonist),and it tends to work by increasing dopamine and noradrenaline levels in the brain while decreasing serotonin *** review was to assess Flibanserin efficacy and safety and it is found the drug Flibanserin benefits did not outweigh the risks in premenopausal and postmenopausal women.
