This paper presents an adaptive human-machine interface(HMI)that can provide appropriate sets of digital maintenanceinformation and guidance to an operator during *** takes into consideration the expertise level of the operator and the maintenance context and *** proposed human-centric methodology considers the heart rate,intention,and expertise level of the operator,which can be captured using sensors during maintenance.A set of rules is formulated based on the sensor data to infer the state of the operator during a maintenance *** on the operator state,the adaptive HMI can augment the operator's senses using a scheme that combines visual,audio,and haptic guidance cues during maintenance to enhance the operator's ability to perceive information and perform maintenance *** schemes of visual,audio,and haptic cues are developed based on a comparison of the best practices obtained from experienced operators.

Mechanical properties and microstructure of multifunctional composites produced with palm kernel shell ash nano particle(PKsAnp)-A356 alloy composites was *** composites were produced using Double layer feeding stir casting method(DLF-scM) by adding 1 wt%-4 wt.% *** microstructure,density,electrical and mechanical properties were *** results shows that there was a uniform distribution of the PKsAnp in A356 *** mismatch at the interface between the PKsAnp and A356 alloy was 4.26%.Improvement of 30.47%,41.91%,49.52%,40.90% and 65.09% were obtained for hardness values,tensile,yield strength,%elongation and impact energy at 4 wt% *** work has established that the developed composites can be used for multifunctional applications where combination of toughness and strength is vital.

The objective of this review was to summarize the evidence concerning the benefit of varicocele treatment to improve natural fertility in subfertile males. We also analyzed the effect of varicocele treatment on conventional semen parameters and sperm functional tests. An electronic search to collect the data was performed using the PubMed/MEDLINE databases until July 2015. Data pooled from a variety of study designs indicate that varicocelectomy improves semen parameters in the majority of the treated men with clinical varicocele and abnormal semen parameters regardless of the chosen surgical method. surgical varicocele repair was beneficial not only for alleviating oxidative stress-associated infertility but also to improve sperm nuclear DNA integrity. However, given the low magnitude of the effect size in sperm DNA integrity, further research is needed to elucidate its clinical significance. conflicting results on the effect of varicocele treatment on natural fertility seem to be due to heterogeneous study designs and, more importantly, patient selection criteria. When these issues are controlled, current evidence indicates that treatment of subclinical varicocele is not warranted, as it does not seem to improve fertility. On the contrary, fair evidence indicates that varicocele treatment should be offered to infertile patients with palpable varicocele and abnormal semen parameters. This evidence supports the current guidelines issued by the American Urological Association and European Association of Urology, which state that varicocele treatment should be offered to male partners of infertile couples presenting for evaluation with clinical varicocele and semen parameters alterations.

Friction stir welding [FsW） has achieved remarkable success in the joining and processing of aluminium alloys and other softer structural alloys. conventional FsW, however, has not been entirely successful in the joining, processing and manufacturing of different desired materials essential to meet the sophis- ticated green globe requirements. Through the efforts of improving the process and transferring the existing friction stir knowledge base to other advanced applications, several friction stir based daughter technologies have emerged over the timeline, A few among these technologies are well developed while others are under the process of emergence. Beginning with a broad classification of the scattered fric- tions stir based technologies into two categories, welding and processing, it appears now time to know, compile and review these to enable their rapid access for reference and academia. In this review article, the friction stir based technologies classified under the categol^J of welding are those applied for join- ing of materials while the remnant are labeled as friction stir processing （FsP） technologies. This review article presents an overview of four general aspects of both the developed and the developing friction stir based technologies, their associated process parameters, metallurgical features of their products and their feasibility and application to various materials. The lesser known and emerging technologies have been emphasized.

Meso-Neoarchean fuchsite quartzites are present in different stratigraphic positions of Dharwar craton including the oldest(~3.3 Ga)sargur Group of western Dharwar *** present study deals with the petro-graphic and geochemical characteristics of the fuchsite quartzites from the Ghattihosahalli belt to evaluate their genesis,depositional setting and the enigma involved in the ancient sedimentation *** major mineral assemblages include quartz,fuchsite,and feldspars along with accessory kyanite and *** geochemical com-positions are characterized by high siO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),low MgO,caO,strongly enriched cr(1326–6899 ppm),Ba(1165–3653 ppm),sr(46–210 ppm),V(107–868 ppm)and Zn(11–158 ppm)contents compared to the upper continental crust(Ucc).The Ucc normalized rare earth element(REE)patterns are characterized by depleted light REE[(La/sm)Ucc=0.33–0.95]compared to heavy REE[(Gd/Yb)_(Ucc)=0.42–1.65]with conspicuous positive Eu-anomalies(Eu/Eu^(*)=1.35–18.27)characteristic of hydrothermal solutions evidenced through the interlayered *** overall major and trace element systematics reflect a combined mafic-felsic provenance and suggest their deposition at a passive continental margin *** comprehensivefield,petrographic,and geo-chemical studies indicate that these quartzites are infiltrated by cr-richfluids released during high-grade metamorphism of associated ultramafic *** sargur and the subse-quent Dharwar orogeny amalgamated diverse lithounits from different tectonic settings,possibly leading to the release of cr-richfluids and the formation of fuchsite quartzite during or after the *** sug-gest a pre-existing stable crust prior to the sargur Group and the link between orogenic events and various mineral deposits in the Dharwar craton.

In Internet of Things (IoT), large amount of data are processed andcommunicated through different network technologies. Wireless Body Area Networks (WBAN) plays pivotal role in the health care domain with an integration ofIoT and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The amalgamation of above mentioned toolshas taken the new peak in terms of diagnosis and treatment process especially inthe pandemic period. But the real challenges such as low latency, energy consumption high throughput still remains in the dark side of the research. This paperproposes a novel optimized cognitive learning based BAN model based on FogIoT technology as a real-time health monitoring systems with the increased network-life time. Energy and latency aware features of BAN have been extractedand used to train the proposed fog based learning algorithm to achieve low energyconsumption and low-latency scheduling algorithm. To test the proposed network,Fog-IoT-BAN test bed has been developed with the battery driven MIcOTTboards interfaced with the health care sensors using Micro Python *** extensive experimentation is carried out using the above test beds and variousparameters such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1score and specificity has beencalculated along with Qos (quality of service) parameters such as latency, energyand throughput. To prove the superiority of the proposed framework, the performance of the proposed learning based framework has been compared with theother state-of-art classical learning frameworks and other existing Fog-BAN networks such as WORN, DARE, L-No-DEAF networks. Results proves the proposed framework has outperformed the other classical learning models in termsof accuracy and high False Alarm Rate (FAR), energy efficiency and latency.
