The unstable zinc anode/electrolyte interface induced by corrosion,interfacial water splitting reaction,and dendrite growth seriously degrades the performances of metal Zn anode in aqueous ***,the nucleation and growth of zinc hydroxide sulfate(ZHS),an interfacial by-product,has been tailored by Tween 80 in the electrolyte,which thereby assists in in-situ forming a dense solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)with small-sized ZHS and evenly distributed Tween *** SEI has high corrosion resistance and uniform distribution of zinc ions,which not only contributes to blocking the interfacial side reactions but also induces stable and calm zinc plating/***,the modified electrolyte can confer the assembled Zn||Zn symmetric cell with a stable operation life over 1500 h at 1 mA·cm^(−2)and 1 mAh·cm^(−2)as well as the practical Zn||NH4V4O10 full battery with a high-rate capacity of 120 mAh·g^(−1)at the current density of 5 A·g^(−1).This work provides a way for regulating and reusing interfacial by-products,and a new sight on stabilization electrodes/electrolyte interfaces.

The conversion of waste polylactic acid（PLA） plastics into high-value-added chemicals through electrochemical methods is a promising and sustainable ***,developing efficient and highly selective catalysts for lactic acid oxidation reaction（LAOR） and understanding the reaction process are ***,we report the electrooxidation of waste PLA to acetate at a high current density of 100 mA cm-2 with high Faraday efficiency（～95%） and excellent stability（>100 h） over a nickel selenide nanosheet *** addition,a total Faraday efficiency of up to 190% was achieved for carboxylic acids,including acetic acid and formic acid,by coupling with the cathodic cO2reduction *** situ experimental results and theoretical simulations revealed that the catalytic activity center of LAOR was dynamically formed NiOOH species,and the surface-adsorbed SeOxspecies accelerated the formation of Ni3+species,thus promoting catalytic *** mechanism of lactic acid electrooxidation was further *** acid was dehydrogenated to produce pyruvate first and then formed cH3cO due to preferential c-c bond cleavage,resulting in the presence of *** work demonstrated a sustainable method for recycling waste PLA and cO2into high-value-added products.

As a prevailing cathode material of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),LicoO_(2)(LcO)still encounters the tricky problems of structural collapse,whose morphological engineering and cation doping are crucial for surmounting the mechanical strains and alleviating phase degradation upon ***,we propose a strategy using a zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)as the self-sacrificing template to directionally prepare a series of LiNi_(0.1)co_(0.9)O_(2)(LNcO)with tailorable electrochemical *** rational selection of sintering temperature imparts the superiority of the resultant products in lithium storage,during which the sample prepared at 700℃(LNcO-700)outperforms its counterparts in cyclability(156.8 mA h g^(-1)at 1 c for 200 cycles in half cells,1 c=275 mA g^(-1))and rate capability due to the expedited ion/electron transport and the strengthen mechanical *** feasibility of proper Ni doping is also divulged by half/full cell tests and theoretical study,during which LNcO-700(167 mA h g^(-1)at 1 c for 100 cycles in full cells)surpasses LcO-700 in battery performance due to the mitigated phase deterioration,stabilized layered structu re,ameliorated electro nic co nductivity,a nd exalted lithium sto rage *** work systematically unveils tailorable electrochemical behaviors of LNcO to better direct their practical application.

Machine learning, particularly deep learning, has achieved remarkable success across a wide range of tasks. However,most of these tasks demand a substantial amount of labeled training data, which can be challenging to obtain in many real-world applications due to difficulties, costs, or time constraints associated with labeling. In this context,semi-supervised learning (SSL) has emerged as a promising paradigm to alleviate the dependency on large labeled datasets by harnessing the power of unlabeled data [1–3].

Policy evaluation(PE)is a critical sub-problem in reinforcement learning,which estimates the value function for a given policy and can be used for policy ***,there still exist some limitations in current PE methods,such as low sample efficiency and local convergence,especially on complex *** this study,a novel PE algorithm called Least-Squares Truncated Temporal-Difference learning(LST2D)is *** LST2D,an adaptive truncation mechanism is designed,which effectively takes advantage of the fast convergence property of Least-Squares Temporal Difference learning and the asymptotic convergence property of Temporal Difference learning(TD).Then,two feature pre-training methods are utilised to improve the approximation ability of ***,an Actor-critic algorithm based on LST2D and pre-trained feature representations(AcLPF)is proposed,where LST2D is integrated into the critic network to improve learning-prediction *** simulation studies were conducted on four robotic tasks,and the corresponding results illustrate the effectiveness of *** proposed AcLPF algorithm outperformed DQN,AcER and PPO in terms of sample efficiency and stability,which demonstrated that LST2D can be applied to online learning control problems by incorporating it into the actor-critic architecture.

The wear of metal cutting tools will progressively rise as the cutting time goes on. Wearing heavily on the toolwill generate significant noise and vibration, negatively impacting the accuracy of the forming and the surfaceintegrity of the workpiece. Hence, during the cutting process, it is imperative to continually monitor the tool wearstate andpromptly replace anyheavilyworn tools toguarantee thequality of the *** conventional tool wearmonitoring models, which are based on machine learning, are specifically built for the intended cutting ***, these models require retraining when the cutting conditions undergo any changes. This method has noapplication value if the cutting conditions frequently change. This manuscript proposes a method for monitoringtool wear basedonunsuperviseddeep transfer learning. Due to the similarity of the tool wear process under varyingworking conditions, a tool wear recognitionmodel that can adapt to both current and previous working conditionshas been developed by utilizing cutting monitoring data from history. To extract and classify cutting vibrationsignals, the unsupervised deep transfer learning network comprises a one-dimensional (1D) convolutional neuralnetwork (cNN) with a multi-layer perceptron (MLP). To achieve distribution alignment of deep features throughthe maximum mean discrepancy algorithm, a domain adaptive layer is embedded in the penultimate layer of thenetwork. A platformformonitoring tool wear during endmilling has been constructed. The proposedmethod wasverified through the execution of a full life test of end milling under multiple working conditions with a cr12MoVsteel workpiece. Our experiments demonstrate that the transfer learning model maintains a classification accuracyof over 80%. In comparisonwith the most advanced tool wearmonitoring methods, the presentedmodel guaranteessuperior performance in the target domains.

Tannin foam is a new functional *** can be widely applied to the automobile industry,construction industry,and packaging industry due to its wide range of raw materials,renewable,easily degraded,low cost and almost no *** tannin foam is a very complex process that includes high temperature,two phases,mechanical agitation,and phase *** investigate the influence of the stirring velocity and paddle shape,simulation was calculated by making use of the volume of fluid(VOF)method and multiple reference frame(MRF)method in a three-dimensional flow field of tannin-based foaming precursor *** gas holdup and velocity magnitude were analysed with various conditions of mechanical velocities and paddle shape in the stirring flow *** result shows the higher the velocity,the greater the disturbance and paddle shape between the eggbeater and the Rushton turbine,obviously the paddle shape of the eggbeater with a wider range of agitation,which can entrap more air into the tannin-based foaming precursor resin in a short *** when the speed is 1500 rpm,the flow field of the Rushton turbine comes out of a ditch,which decreases the efficiency of mass transfer;there is less air to mix into the tannin-based foaming precursor resin,which causes *** the same time,the eggbeater shows the marvelous capability of hybrid as it has two vortexes and multiple cycles that make a difference from the Rushton turbine,which has only one vortex and two upper and lower loops;the structure makes the flow field more stable allowed evenness of flow field tannin-based foaming precursor *** results reveal that it is beneficial for tannin-based foaming precursor resin to use an eggbeater with a speed of 1500 rpm to reduce the consumption of resources while obtaining a uniform flow field.

BAcKGROUND The severity of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and lipid metabolism are related to the occurrence of colorectal ***-controlled attenuation parameters(liver-cAPs)have been established to predict the prognosis of hepatic steatosis *** To explore the risk factors associated with colorectal polyps in patients with NAFLD by analyzing liver-cAPs and establishing a diagnostic *** Patients who were diagnosed with colorectal polyps in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital between June 2021 and April 2022 composed the case group,and those with no important abnormalities composed the control *** area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was used to predict the diagnostic *** were considered statistically significant when Pceride(TG)and liver-cAP in the case group were significantly greater than those in the control group(mmol/L,1.74 vs 1.05;dB/m,282 vs 254,PcAP were found to be independent risk factors for colorectal polyps,with ORs of 2.338(95%cI:1.154–4.733)and 1.019(95%cI:1.006–1.033),respectively(Pence in the diagnostic efficacy between liver-cAP and TG combined with liver-cAP(TG+cAP)(P>0.05).When the liver-cAP was greater than 291 dB/m,colorectal polyps were more likely to *** The levels of TG and liver-cAP in patients with colorectal polyps are significantly greater than those patients without ***-cAP alone can be used to diagnose NAFLD with colorectal polyps.

Friction and wear phenomenon is a complex nonlinear system,and it is also a significant problem in the process of metal *** order to systematically analyze the friction and wear process of tool material-workpiece material friction pair in the cutting process of high hardness alloy steel under different lubrication conditions,the chaotic characteristics of friction process between high hardness alloy steel and cemented carbide under the lubrication c60 nano-particles fluid are studied based on the chaos ***,the friction and wear experiments of the friction pair between high hardness alloy steel and cemented carbide tool are carried out based on the ring-block friction and wear tester,and the results of friction force signal in time domain and wear width are ***,the friction signals in time domain are processed and transformed based on phase space reconstruction and recurrence plot theory,and the recurrence plots of different experimental groups under different lubrication conditions are *** evolution law of recurrence plot is further observed and studied,and the recursive quantitative index is ***,the cutting experiments of tool wear are carried *** results show that the proposed method can intuitively and accurately reveal the wear evolution process and the wear feature identification law of the tool material-high hardness alloy steel pair under different lubrication ***,it is found that when the concentration of c60 nanoparticles is 200∼300 ppm,the stability of the friction pair system is *** proposed method can provide a strategy for wear prediction in cutting process,and provide a theoretical basis and technical support for antifriction lubrication methods in practical cutting applications.
