coupling textural and stable-isotope variations in fluvial stromatolites:comparison of Pleistocene and recent records in NE Spain

Textural and stable isotopic features of two middle Pleistocene fluvial stromatolite profiles are compared to a recent stromatolite,both formed in the River Piedra system(NE Spain),to test the reliability of climatic,hydrologic and depositional information derived from ancient *** Pleistocene stromatolites formed in a multi-domed,highly-inclined *** recent stromatolite also formed in a highly-inclined cascade of the River Piedra,the sedimentary conditions of which were periodically examined between the years 2000 and *** Pleistocene stromatolites are formed of an alternation of 1) thin large-crystal laminae(type A),with elongated crystals up to 1 mm long,and 2) thick small-crystal laminae(type B),consisting of cyanobacterial fan-and bushshaped *** textural and isotopic comparison with the recent stromatolite shows that each A–B couplet corresponds to one *** type-A laminae are comparable to the macrocrystalline laminae that occur in the cool-period deposits of the recent stromatolite,and the type-B laminae are comparable to the warm-period deposits of the recent *** temperatures(Tw),calculated from δ^(18)O_(calcite) and present measures of δ^(18)O_(water),were similar in the Pleistocene and recent specimens,and close to the measured river ***,the Pleistocene stromatolites formed not far from isotopic equilibrium,as did the recent *** Pleistocene δ^(18) O_(calcite) biannual oscillation is wider in amplitude than in the recent stromatolite,which suggests larger differences in Tw through the year in the Pleistocene than at *** Pleistocene δ^(13)c_(calcite) does not show any pattern;and the values are slightly higher than the recent *** co-evolution of δ^(18)O and δ^(13)c is parallel in the Pleistocene stromatolites,matching the recent stromatolite *** results and their comparison with other ancient examples prove that textural and isotopic features in ancient stromatolites

As cloud computing usage grows,cloud data centers play an increasingly important *** maximize resource utilization,ensure service quality,and enhance system performance,it is crucial to allocate tasks and manage performance *** purpose of this study is to provide an extensive analysis of task allocation and performance management techniques employed in cloud data *** aim is to systematically categorize and organize previous research by identifying the cloud computing methodologies,categories,and gaps.A literature review was conducted,which included the analysis of 463 task allocations and 480 performance management *** review revealed three task allocation research topics and seven performance management *** allocation research areas are resource allocation,load-Balancing,and *** management includes monitoring and control,power and energy management,resource utilization optimization,quality of service management,fault management,virtual machine management,and network *** study proposes new techniques to enhance cloud computing work allocation and performance ***-comings in each approach can guide future *** research’s findings on cloud data center task allocation and performance management can assist academics,practitioners,and cloud service providers in optimizing their systems for dependability,cost-effectiveness,and *** methodologies can steer future research to fill gaps in the literature.

Stable NiO-ceO_(2) nanoparticles with improved carbon resistance for methane dry reforming

High surface area mixed oxide 8.7%NiO-ceO_(2) nanoparticles(122 m2/g;6-7 nm)were prepared using a reversed microemulsion method,and were tested for dry methane reforming(DRM).The catalytic activity of these nanoparticles remains stable under the severe conditions of DRM(700℃),and they show better carbon resistance than conventional NiO-ceO_(2) catalysts prepared without control of the *** activity and selectivity of nanoparticles and reference catalyst are similar,but nanoparticles reduce the accumulation of carbon by 63%during the DRM tests,which is a key feature for this *** and H_(2)-TPR suggest that the improved carbon resistance of the nanoparticles is due to the better interaction and cooperation between NiO and ceO_(2) mixed *** nanoparticles,the participation of cerium cations in the redox processes taking place during DRM stabilizes cationic species of *** the contrary,the catalyst prepared without control of the size suffers segregation of Ni during DRM reaction,and segregated Ni explains the higher catalytic formation of carbon.

Fear of cOVID-19 and emotional dysfunction problems:Intrusive,avoidance and hyperarousal stress as key mediators

Tetrapartite entanglem ent features of W-c lass state in uniform acceleration

White piedra is a superficial, chronic, asymptomatic mycoses caused by yeast fungi of the genus Trichosporon. It affects the hair, especially of the head, less frequently of the pubis, perineum, armpit, beard, mustache, eyebrows and eyelashes, and is characterized by the formation of soft nodules or fungal clusters. It affects all age groups and both sexes, predominantly women. Diagnosis is made by direct examination of the affected hair and culture on Sabouraud dextrose agar. The identification of species occurs through more specific identification procedures, such as mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF) and PcR). The objective of this work is to report two cases of familial white piedra caused by T. inkin identified by PcR.

Entanglement measures of a new type pseudo-pure state in accelerated frames

In this work we analyze the characteristics of quantum entangleinent of the Dirac field in noninertial reference frames in the context of a new type pseudo-pure state, which is composed of the Bell states. This will help us to understand the relationship between the relativity and quantum information theory. Some states will be changed from entangled states into separable ones around the critical value F = 1/4, but there is no such a critical value for the variable y related to acceleration a. We find that the negativity Nas (ρ^TA AB 1) increases with F but decreases with the variable y、while the variation of the negativity Nb1b11(ρ^TB1 B1B11)is opposite to that of the negativity N AB1(ρ^TA AB1). We also study the von Neumann entropies S(ρAB1) and S(ρB1B11)、We find that the S(ρAB1) increases with variable y but S(ρB1B11) is independent of it. However, both S(ρAB1) and S(ρB1B11) first decreases with F and then increases with it. The concurrences c(ρAB1) and c(ρB1B11) are also discussed. We find that the former decreases with y while the latter increases with y but both of them first increase with F and then decrease with it.
