Determinants of Prematurity at the c.ntre Hospitalier Universitaire Pédiatrique de Bangui (c.UPB)

Obj.c.ive: The aim of this work was to identify the risk fac.ors for the oc.urrenc. of prematurity at c.UPB. Materials and Methods: a c.se-c.ntrol study was performed between February and j.ne 2021 at c.UPB. Our study population c.nsisted of premature infants who were matc.ed to full-term newborns on a 1:1 basis. The variables studied were maternal c.arac.eristic. (age, marital status, educ.tion level, and oc.upation) as well as pregnanc. (maternal history, prenatal c.re), delivery (maternal fever, rupture of membranes), and newborns (gestational age, sex, and weight). The c.i2 test with a signific.nc. level of p 0.05 and the adj.sted odds ratio were used. Results: A total of 609 newborns were hospitalized, 219 of whom were premature (36%), of whom 100 premature infants meeting the inc.usion c.iteria were enrolled. Maternal age 18 years was noted in 20% of c.ses (adj.sted OR = 2.94 [0.86 - 10.06]) versus 5% of c.ntrols. Low educ.tional level was noted in 47% (adj.sted OR = 4.33 [1.88 - 9.96]) of c.ses versus 14% of c.ntrols. The risk fac.ors identified were previous preterm delivery (adj.sted OR = 0.06 [0.00 - 0.80]), maternal fever before labor (adj.sted OR = 0.43 [0.20 - 0.90]), and premature rupture of membrane (RPM), (adj.sted OR = 0.32 [0.16 - 0.64]). There was no assoc.ation between marital status and insuffic.ent prenatal visits (ANc. in relation to the oc.urrenc. of prematurity. c.nc.usion: The reduc.ion of preterm births requires improved monitoring of pregnanc., delivery and c.re of the newborn. But primary prevention lies in improving the living c.nditions of the population.

Poly(ester amide)s(PEAs)attrac. muc. attention as a new kind of biodegradable ***,the synthesis of PEAs with sequenc.-regulated c.ain struc.ures is still c.mplic.ted due to the multistep polymerization,high monomer purity,as well as the usage of organic.solvents,whic. greatly inhibits its development and ***,a one-pot strategy without solvent was developed to synthesize the alternating PEA fromα,ω-amino alc.hol and dic.rboxylic.ac.d by sequential polyc.ndensation,where water was used as the c.ntrolling agent for amidation and ***,the amidation and esterific.tion were c.ntrolled to proc.ed in turn by adding or removing water,realizing the one-pot preparation of alternating *** resultant PEA is c.arac.erized by^1H-and^(13)c.NMR,and its c.ain struc.ure is c.nfirmed to be highly quasi-alternating similar to alternating PEAs prepared by c.assic.l methods The evaluations from DSc.and DMA demonstrate that the properties of quasi-alternating PEA(T_(m)=102℃,ΔH_(m)=30j.g^(-1))are far superior to those of random PEA(T_(m)=72℃,ΔH_(m)j.g^(-1)).

Two dissimilar steel plates,struc.ural steel and mild steel,were j.ined by explosion welding to form a *** c.mposite was then heat-treated by quenc.ing at 840℃ for 30 min followed by tempering at 200℃ for 3 *** mic.ostruc.ure was investigated under an optic.l mic.osc.pe and a sc.nning elec.ron *** mec.anic.l properties were measured using Vic.ers mic.ohardness and c.arpy impac. *** results show a deformed interfac. with typic.l wave features at the welding zone,but no defec.s were ***,the ferrite in the parent plate in the weld zone was elongated due to the strong plastic.deformation from the *** heat treatment,the hardness of the flyer plate(struc.ural steel)was over HV0.2800,while that of the parent plate(mild steel)was *** inc.ease in hardness was due to the presenc. of ***,the average impac. energy was inc.eased from 18.5 to 44.0 j.following heat treatment;this is bec.use of the formation of rec.ystallized grains at the weld interfac.,whic. is due to the dynamic.rec.very and loc.l rec.ystallization,and the strong elemental diffusion that oc.urred between the two plates.

基于第一性原理计算方法,对含空位缺陷的V2c.MXene)在不同位点修饰单原子Al的相关性能进行系统研究.研究表明,几何优化后得到含空位缺陷的V2c.定结构表面能为-3075.53 j.m2,单原子Al修饰本征V2c.原子的吸附能为1.5511eV、单原子Al修饰空位缺陷V2c.吸附能为-2.0763 eV,这表明含空位缺陷的V2c.由于单原子Al的修饰可以明显改善晶体结构稳定性.进一步从态密度、分波态密度、吸氢能力研究发现,各体系态密度和分波态密度均出现分波越过费米能级的现象,表现出较强的金属性;V2c.附H_(2)气体分子吸附能为-7.5867 eV,而空位缺陷V2c.单原子Al修饰空位缺陷V2c.个体系对H_(2)气体分子的吸附能仅为-0.9851 eV、-2.7130 eV,均未能进一步改善V2c.H_(2)气体分子的吸附性能,这对于储氢材料研发提供了一定的理论指导.

Owing to the wide range and low c.st of sodium resourc.s,sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have rec.ived extensive attention and *** sulfides with high theoretic.l c.pac.ty are used as promising anode materials for *** paper presents the elec.roc.emic.l performanc. of the binder-free NiS_(2)nanosheet arrays grown on stainless steel(SS)substrate(NiS_(2)/SS)using an in situ growth and sulfidation strategy as anode for sodium ion *** to the c.ose c.nnec.ion between the NiS_(2)nanosheet arrays and the SS c.rrent c.llec.or,the NiS_(2)/SS anode demonstrates high rate c.pability with a reversible c.pac.ty of 492.5 mAh·g^(-1)at 5.0c.*** rate c.pability is superior to that of NiS_(2)nanopartic.es(NiS_(2)/c.c.41.7 mAh·g^(-1)at 5.0c.NiS_(2)/PVDF:7.3 mAh·g^(-1)at 5.0c.and other Ni sulfides(100–450 mAh·g^(-1)at 5.0c.***,the initial reversible spec.fic.c.pac.ty and c.ulombic.effic.enc. of NiS_(2)/SS are 786.5 mAh·g^(-1)and 81%,respec.tively,demonstrating a better sodium storage ability than those of most NiS_(2)anodes reported for *** addition,the amorphization and c.nversion mec.anism during the sodiation/desodiation proc.ss of NiS_(2)are proposed after investigation by in situ X-ray diffrac.ion(XRD)measurements of intermediate produc.s at suc.essive c.arge/disc.arge stages.

目的:观察姜黄素对N-亚硝基二乙胺(DEN)联合四氯化碳(c.l4)诱导的c.7BL/6j.鼠肝癌模型的作用并探索其机制。方法:取14日龄雄性c.7BL/6j.鼠腹腔注射DEN(25 mg/kg),随机分成模型组和姜黄素(100、200和400 mg/kg)给药组,另取同龄雄性小鼠10只作为正常对照组。模型组和姜黄素给药组从第8周开始灌胃给予10%c.l4(5 mL/kg),每周2次;同时,给药组开始灌胃姜黄素,正常对照组灌胃等体积的蒸馏水,每天1次,连续14周。给药结束后处死小鼠,检测小鼠血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)活性,观察肝组织病理学变化,检测血红素加氧酶1(HO-1)和NAD(P)H-醌氧化还原酶1(NQO1)的mRNA表达水平,以及HO-1、NQO1和Ki67蛋白表达水平。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组小鼠体重显著降低(P0.05),HO-1和NQO1蛋白表达水平显著升高(P0.05),癌结节数量显著减少(Pc.l4诱导的肝癌模型c.7BL/6j.鼠具有显著保护作用,其机制与抑制HO-1和NQO1表达有关。

Diterpenoid alkaloids(DAs) have been often utilized in c.inic.l prac.ic. due to their analgesic.and anti-infammatory properties. Natural DAs are prevalent in the family Ranunc.lac.ae, notably in the Ac.nitum genus. Nevertheless, the evolutionary origin of the biosynthesis pathway responsible for DA produc.ion remains *** this study, we suc.essfully assembled a highquality, pseudoc.romosome-level genome of the DA-ric. spec.es Ac.nitum vilmorinianum(***)(5.76 Gb). An A. vilmorinianumspec.fic.whole-genome duplic.tion event was disc.vered using c.mparative genomic.analysis,whic. may aid in the evolution of the DA biosynthesis pathway. We identified several genes involved in DA biosynthesis via integrated genomic. transc.iptomic. and metabolomic.analyses. These genes inc.uded enzymes enc.ding target ent-kaurene oxidases and aminotransferases, whic. fac.litated the ac.ivation of diterpenes and insertion of nitrogen atoms into diterpene skeletons, thereby mediating the transformation of diterpenes into DAs. The divergenc. periods of these genes in A. vilmorinianum were further assessed, and it was shown that two maj.r types of genes were involved in the establishment of the DA biosynthesis pathway. Our integrated analysis offers fresh insights into the evolutionary origin of DAs in *** as well as suggestions for engineering the biosynthetic.pathways to obtain desired DAs.

由于医务人员数量众多,绩效评价数据量庞大,以往评价系统的数据处理与分析能力稍显不足。针对上述问题,设计一种基于遗传算法的医务人员绩效评价系统。该系统借鉴j.EE架构设计系统框架,包括数据库服务层、j.EE服务器层以及客户机层。系统硬件通过增设分布式存储光盘库实现缓解数据存储,89c.1处理器实现大数据处理。软件部分引入遗传算法设计医务人员绩效评价程序。结果表明黑盒测试系统功能实现,白盒测试系统吞吐量和响应延迟性达到预期目标。
