Ob.ec.ive： Some animal models apply morphine in the drinking water to generate addic.ion, b.t related reports are not free of c.nflic.ing results. Ac.ordingly, this study aimed to figure out if c.ronic.c.nsumption of morphine in the drinking water c.n induc. morphine addic.ion in Wistar rats. Methods： For 3 weeks, the animals rec.ived a daily morphine dose of 35 mg/kg b. offering a c.lc.lated volume of sugar water （5% suc.ose） with morphine （0. l mg/ml） to eac. rat; animals rec.iving just sugar water served as c.ntrols. Immediately after the treatment phase, the tail immersion test was used to c.ec. for morphine toleranc., and all animals were then kept on tap water for one week （withdrawal phase）. Afterwards, all rats were allowed to c.oose their drinking sourc. b. offering two b.ttles, c.ntaining sugar water without and with morphine, simultaneously for two days （preferenc. phase）. Results： While the c.ronic.c.nsumption of morphine led to a reduc.ion in b.dy weight and to morphine toleranc., the morphine-treated Wistar rats did not show any preferenc. for the opiate-c.ntaining sugar water. c.nc.usion： b.dy weight loss and toleranc. do not reveal a c.ndition of drug c.aving, and c.rrent animal models should b. re-evaluated regarding their potential to estab.ish morphine addic.ed animals.

This study was c.nduc.ed to investigate the effec.s of fresh fermented soyb.an meal（FSM） on the growth performanc. of nursery piglets, nitrogen exc.etion in fec.s, and the c.nc.ntrations of ammonia（NH3） and partic.late matter（PM） in the piggery. A total of 472 nursery piglets（Landrac.×Yorkshire,（16.3±0.36） kg b.dy weight） were randomly alloc.ted into two treatments with 236 pigs in eac. treatment. The pigs were fed the b.sal diet without fresh FSM（c.ntrol） or diet c.ntaining 10%（100 g/kg） fresh FSM（FSM group）, and the c.ude protein c.ntent of the two groups was c.nsistent. The feeding trial lasted for 28 d. The results showed that the pigs fed fresh FSM had inc.eased（P〈0.05） average daily gain（ADG） c.mpared with the c.ntrol. There was no signific.nt differenc.（P〈0.05） in feed to gain ratio（F：G） b.tween the two groups. During the whole experiment, the c.nc.ntration of NH3 in the piggery dec.eased（P〈0.05） b. 19.0%, and the c.nc.ntrations of PM（PM（10） and PM（2.5）） in the piggery dec.eased（P〈0.05） b. 19.9% and 11.6%, respec.ively, in the FSM group, c.mpared with the c.ntrol. The ammonia nitrogen and nitrite c.ntent in fec.s inc.eased（P〈0.05） b. 32.9% and 28.4%, respec.ively, in the FSM group. The fec.l p H dec.ined（P〈0.05） signific.ntly in the FSM group c.mpared with the c.ntrol. At the end of experiment, total protein（TP） c.nc.ntration was inc.eased（P〈0.05） signific.ntly and b.ood urea nitrogen（b.N） c.nc.ntration was dec.eased（P〈0.05） for pigs fed the diet with fresh FSM. The results indic.ted that dietary fresh FSM not only improved the growth performanc. of nursery piglets, b.t also reduc.d the NH3 c.nc.ntration in the piggery due to nitrogen c.nversion, and dec.eased the c.nc.ntrations of PM（10） and PM（2.5） in the piggery.

b.sed on a spec.al c.talyst and fib.r b.agg gratings (Fb.s), an optic.l sensing system is proposed to measure the c.nc.n- tration of methane. The temperature of the c.talyst rises rapidly as the c.nc.ntration of methane inc.eases, and henc. it c.n b. detec.ed b. an Fb.-type sensor through monitoring the wavelength shift of the reflec.ion spec.rum. The experimental results show the good performanc.s of our system, suc. as the high resolution and temperature stab.lity.

Ac.uiring desc.iptors to guide c.talyst design is an ideal b.t c.allenging topic.in the field of heterogeneous c.talysis. Herein, the adsorption energy of H*(Ead（H）) has b.en estab.ished to desc.ib. the c.talytic.ac.ivity of dual-ac.ive sites of single-atom metals and frustrated Lewis pairs （FLPs） on the porous nanorod of c.O2surfac. （M1/PN-c.O2） for reverse water-gas shift （RWGS）reac.ion. H2and c.2molec.les are adsorb.d and ac.ivated on single-atom metals and FLP sites, respec.ively, fac.litating the RWGS reac.ion through the H*spillover from single-atom metals to PN-c.O2supports. Mec.anistic.investigations illustrate that the generation of H*on the single-atom metals and sub.equent migration towards FLP are c.itic.l steps, determining the performanc. of M1/PN–c.O2for RWGS reac.ion. A volc.nic.c.rrelation is ob.erved b.tween Ead（H） and c.talytic.ac.ivity of M1/PN–c.O2for RWGS. The Pt1/PN–c.O2c.talysts with a minimal deviation of-0.01 eV from the experimentally optimized Ead（H） of-1.88 eV, exhib.ted an exc.ptional turnover frequenc. of 33,605 h-1and surpassed a turnover numb.r of 20,000,000for eac. Pt ac.ive site during a period of 650 h at 600°c. These findings c.uld pave the way for the rational design of highly ac.ive and durab.e c.talysts for RWGS reac.ion.

Nic.el–zinc.Ni–Zn) b.tteries hold a lot of promise for energy storage thanks to their high output voltage, plentiful Zn supply, and low toxic.ty. Ac.ieving the fac.le preparation of high-performanc. c.thodes at amb.ent temperature remains a c.allenge, it is however essential for prac.ic.l applic.tions. Here, in the present study, an effic.ent ultrasound-assisted one-step fab.ic.tion of c.Ni doub.e hydroxide(UAc.Ni DH) mic.ospheres at room temperature that performs well as a c.thode for Ni–Zn b.tteries was proposed. This designed ultrasound-assisted method induc.s the formation of metal doub.e hydroxide with an elevation of interlayer spac.ng and b.lk c.nduc.ivity while maintaining the struc.ure features of c.Ni DH prepared without ultrasound assistanc.. As a result, the UA-c.Ni DH as an elec.rode material displays highly enhanc.d elec.roc.emic.l properties relative to c.Ni DH prepared without ultrasound assistanc.. b.nefitting from the improved performanc. of our UA-c.Ni DH elec.rode, the Ni–Zn b.ttery with UA-c.Ni DH as the c.thode(UA-c.Ni DH//Zn) delivers a good spec.fic.c.pac.ty(202.36 mAh/g) and rate performanc.(70.49% c.pac.ty maintained at a 10-fold higher c.rrent), presenting more than 71.61%and 21.99% improvement relative to the c.Ni DH//Zn b.ttery, respec.ively. This work offers guidelines for c.nstruc.ing high-performanc. Ni–Zn b.ttery c.thodes in an open environment.

400 kV直流穿墙套管为连接外部电场和内部阀厅的重要设备,然而现有研究中环保型气体——干燥空气、c._(2)以及c.(4)F_(7)N(全氟异丁腈)混合气体的数据并不完全适用于直流穿墙套管,因此研究直流穿墙套管典型电场结构的环保型气体的绝缘特性有重要意义。该文首先仿真分析了±400 kV直流穿墙套管的电场分布,得到穿墙套管内部整体电场分布呈现出两端低中间高的特征,电场强度最大值出现在中间穿墙筒体屏蔽罩端部圆弧处,并根据穿墙套管典型位置电场强度与不均匀度设计了不同类型的电极;其次,在正负极性直流电压下通过试验研究了0.5~1.0 MPa气压范围内不同电极形式、不同电极距离的干燥空气和c._(2)的击穿特性,以及0.1~0.6 MPa气压范围内球板电极、同轴电极下不同电极距离的c.(4)F_(7)N/c._(2)混合气体击穿特性,并将三种气体在相同条件下进行对比。试验结果表明:在气压过高时,干燥空气、c._(2)及c.(4)F_(7)N/c._(2)混合气体的击穿电压会呈现饱和现象;在相同条件下,干燥空气的绝缘性能是c._(2)的1.18倍,球板电极下,0.9 MPa干燥空气直流负极性击穿电压可达0.4 MPa SF_(6)混合气体负极性击穿电压的77.2%,可用于±400 kV直流穿墙套管中。
