This study a.med to investiga.e the impa.0} of a.plying c.NPs on lettuc.,spec.fic.lly foc.sing on enzyma.ic.a.0}ivity, bioa.0}ive c.mpounds, a.d yield. The tria. wa. c.nduc.ed using a.c.mpletelyra.domized design, inc.rpora.ing c.NPs: 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, a.d 0.8 mg mL−1. The doses of 0.4 mg mL−1improve yields up to 24.6% inc.ea.es a.d 0.1 mg mL−1 of c.NPs inc.ea.es tota. phenols by 31.2% a.d a.tioxida.tc.pa.0}ty by 34.6%. In a.dition, when low c.nc.ntra.ions of c.NPs (0.05 a.d 0.1 mg L−1) were a.plied, a.inc.ea.e in c.ta.a.e wa. determined. The c.NPs represent a.good a.terna.ive to be used a. a.biostimula.t in susta.na.lea.ric.lture bec.use they improve the yield a.d qua.ity of lettuc. by inc.ea.ing the bioa.0}ive c.mpounds.
