蒸制和油炸的快餐面条,是亚洲许多国家广泛食用的大众面条产品。在韩国,2000年的小麦粉面条总产量(727567t)之中,快餐面条占85.8%,产品采用袋装和碗装两种包装形式。袋装快餐面条产品占销售总量的72.6%。本文比较了4家制粉公司生产的袋装和碗装快餐面条粉(INF)(试样数n分别为12和7)的理化性质。生产袋装INF的小麦是澳大利亚标准白皮小麦(ASW),美国硬质红皮冬小麦与美国西部白皮小麦的混合麦(HRW-WW),以及美国西部硬质红皮冬小麦(HRW)、美国西部白皮小麦(WW)与澳大利亚白皮小麦(ASW)的各种混合麦。生产碗装INF的小麦是硬质小麦,诸如澳大利亚硬质小麦(AH)、美国北部深色春小麦(DNS),以及各种不同硬质的混合麦或硬质小麦与软质小麦的混合麦。袋装INF和碗装INF的蛋白质含量,分别为9.3±0.5%和11.3±0.8%。两类INF的灰分含量均为0.41±0.03%。袋装INF,相比于碗装INF,具有更高的黄色度、较小的粒度、较大的比表面积,较高的面粉溶胀容积和峰频粘度及较低的粉质仪检测吸水率、稳定度及阻力。

枯草杆菌发酵对何首乌抗氧化成分及肝癌细胞抗增殖作用的影响

【目的】探讨何首乌经枯草杆菌发酵后主要抗氧化成分及其对肝癌细胞抗增殖作用效果的变化,为进一步研究何首乌发酵炮制方法及开发何首乌产品提供科学参考。【方法】将生何首乌用枯草杆菌发酵处理后,测定生品和发酵品的游离型蒽醌、结合型蒽醌和总多酚含量等成分的变化,并对比何首乌生品和发酵品对肝癌细胞HepG2抗增殖作用的变化。【结果】何首乌生品和发酵品总游离型蒽醌含量分别为1.56和1.60 mg/g,总结合型蒽醌含量分别为1.24和0.79 mg/g,何首乌经枯草杆菌发酵后结合型蒽醌含量极显著下降(P<0.01,下同)。何首乌生品和发酵品水提取液的总多酚含量分别为44.88和74.01 mg/g,乙醇提取液的总多酚含量分别为61.84和93.86 mg/g,何首乌经枯草杆菌发酵后总多酚含量极显著增加。0.025 g/L何首乌生品对肝癌细胞HepG2作用24 h后的细胞抑制率为4.2%,0.25 g/L何首乌生品对肝癌细胞HepG2作用72 h后的细胞抑制率为-11.1%(负值表示促进细胞生长),即随着何首乌生品浓度增加和作用时间延长,其对肝癌细胞生长的作用由抑制转变为促进。经枯草杆菌发酵后,0.025 g/L何首乌发酵品对肝癌细胞HepG2作用24 h后的细胞抑制率为9.9%,0.25 g/L何首乌发酵品对肝癌细胞HepG2作用72 h后的细胞抑制率为20.9%,即随着何首乌发酵品浓度增加和作用时间延长,其对肝癌细胞HepG2有明显的抗增殖效果。【结论】枯草杆菌发酵可降低何首乌的毒性,增强其对肝癌细胞HepG2的抗增殖作用,表明使用枯草杆菌发酵何首乌的炮制方法是一种安全有效的炮制减毒方法,对开发相应何首乌炮制品有重要意义。

Risk factors of organ failure in cholangitis with bacteriobilia

AIM: To identify the risk factors for organ failure(OF) in cholangitis with ***: This study included 182 patients with acute cholangitis who underwent percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage between January 2005 and April 2013. We conducted a retrospective analysis of comprehensive clinical and laboratory ***: There were 24 cases(13.2%) of OF and five deaths(2.7%). Bile culture was positive for microbial growth in 130 out of 138(94.2%) patients. In multivariate analysis of 130 patients with positivebile cultures, significant predictive factors for OF were the presence of extended-spectrum beta-lactamase(ESBL) organisms in blood cultures, pre-existing renal dysfunction, and choledocholithiasis as an etiology, with odds ratios of 15.376, 6.319, and 3.573, respectively. We developed a scoring system with a regression coefficient of each significant variable. The OF score was calculated using the following equation:(2.7 × ESBL organisms in blood cultures) +(1.8 × pre-existing renal dysfunction) +(1.3 × choledocholithiasis). This scoring system for predicting OF was highly specific(99.1%) and had a positive predictive value of 86.2%.CONCLUSION: ESBL organisms in blood cultures, preexisting renal dysfunction, and choledocholithiasis are risk factors for OF in cholangitis with bacteriobilia. The OF scoring system may aid clinicians to identify a poor prognosis group.

Pharmacokinetic-Pharmacodynamic modeling of the analgesic effect of bupredermTM, in mice

Purpose: BupredermTM-Buprenorphine transdermal delivery system (BTDS) was developed for the treatment of post-operative and chronic pains. This study examined the relationship between the plasma concentration of buprenorphine and its analgesic effect (tail flick test) in order to assess the usefulness of pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic (PK-PD) modeling in describing this relationship. Methods: After patch application, plasma concentrations of bu- prenorphine in mice were measured for 72 hours with a validated LC/MS/MS system, and the analgesic effects were assessed by tail flick test for the period of 24 hours. A modified two- compartment open model was used to explain the PK properties of BTDS, and the PD model was characterized by slow receptor binding. Results: The peak buprenorphine level in plasma was achieved at 1-24 h and the effective therapeutic drug concentration was maintained for 72 hours. BupredermTM induced prolongation of tail-flick latency in a dose and time dependent manner. Maximum analgesic effect was attained at 3-6 h and was maintained for 24 h after patch application. Counter-clockwise hysteresis between the plasma concentration and the analgesic efficacy of BTDS was observed after BupredermTM application, indicating there was a delay between plasma concentrations and the effect observed. From the developed PK-PD model, Kd values (0.69-0.82 nM) that were derived from the pharmacodynamic parameters (kon and Koff) are similar to the reported values (Kd = 0.76 ± 0.14 nM). Good agreement between the predicted and observed values was noted for the rate of change in analgesic effect data (R2 = 0.822, 0.852 and 0.774 for 0.24, 0.8 and 2.4 mg/patch, respectively). Conclusions: The established PK- PD model successfully described the relationship between plasma concentration of buprenorphine and its analgesic efficacy measured by the tail flick test.
