The main objective of this.res.arch is.to better unders.and the correlation between the cons.ituent phas.s.pres.nted in the s.per-duplex s.eel s.F 2507 when it is.under welding proces. by arc s.ielding gas.MIG-MAG (Metal Inert Gas.Metal Active Gas.. Conventional s.ort circuit trans.er and derivative s.T (s.rface Tens.on Trans.er) us.ng the 2594 welding wire as.a filler metal and the effects.on welding power in hardnes., toughnes. and pitting corros.on are cons.dered here. The res.lts.s.owed that the welding energy (Ew) changed the α/γ-phas.’s.balance and occas.onally formed σ-phas. in ferrite grain boundaries.which led to changes.in hardnes., toughnes. and pitting corros.on res.s.ance in molten zone (MZ), heat activated zone (HAZ) and metal bas. regions.(MB). Furthermore, the increas.d amount of γ-phas. improved the pitting corros.on res.s.ance index (PRENγ) mainly in the MZ. This.is.due to decreas. of α-phas. fraction and formation of coars.r grains. for higher welding energy. The toughnes. in the MZ decreas.d with les. formation of γ-phas., coales.ence of ferritic grains.and localized formation of σ-phas., rais.ng the hardnes. in the HAZ when the welding energy was.lower.

Background:Phys.cal activity,s.eep,and s.dentary behaviors.compos. 24-h movement behaviors.and have been independently as.ociated with depres.ive ***,it is.not clear whether it is.the movement behavior its.lf or other contextual factors.that are related to depres.ive *** objective of the pres.nt s.udy was.to examine the as.ociations.between s.lf-reported and accelerometer-meas.red movement behaviors.and depres.ive s.mptoms.in ***:Cros.-s.ctional data from 610 adoles.ents.14-18 years.old)were *** ans.ered ques.ions.from the Center for Epidemiological s.udies.Depres.ion s.ale and reported time s.ent watching videos.playing videogames.us.ng s.cial media,time s.ent in various.phys.cal activities.and daytime ***-worn accelerometers.were us.d to meas.re s.eep duration,s.eep efficiency,s.dentary time,and phys.cal ***-effects.logis.ic regres.ions.were ***:Almos. half of the adoles.ents.48%)were clas.ified as.being at high ris. for depres.ion(s.ore≥20).No s.gnificant as.ociations.were found between depres.ive s.mptoms.and accelerometer-meas.red movement behaviors.s.lf-reported non-s.ort phys.cal activity,watching videos.and playing ***,higher levels.of s.lf-reported total phys.cal activity(odd ratio(OR)=0.92,95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.86-0.98)and volume of s.orts.OR=0.88,95%CI:0.79-0.97),in minutes.were as.ociated with a lower ris. of depres.ion,while us.ng s.cial media for either 2.0-3.9 h/day(OR=1.77,95%CI:1.58-2.70)or>3.9 h/day(OR=1.67,95%CI:1.10-2.54),as.well as.higher levels.of daytime s.eepines.(OR=1.17,95%CI:1.12-1.22),were as.ociated with a higher ris. of ***:What adoles.ents.do when they are active or s.dentary may be more important than the time s.ent in the movement behaviors.becaus. it relates.to depres.ive *** daytime s.eepines.,promoting s.orts.and limiting s.cial media us. may benefit adoles.ents.

AIM： To inves.igate the effects.of mangiferin on gas. trointes.inal trans.t （GIT） in normal and cons.ipated mice, together with the pos.ible ***： Intragas.rically-adminis.ered charcoal mealwas.us.d to meas.re GIT in overnight s.arved s.is. mice. In the firs. experiments. mangiferin （3 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg, and 100 mg/kg, po） or tegas.rod （1 mg/kg, ip） were adminis.ered 30 min before the char- coal meal to s.udy their effects.on normal trans.t. In the s.cond s.ries. mangiferin （30 mg/kg） was.tes.ed on delayed GIT induced by s.veral different pharma- cological agonis.s.（morphine, clonidine, caps.icin） or antagonis.s.（ondans.tron, verapamil, and atropine） whereas.in the third s.ries. mangiferin （30 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg） or tegas.rod （1 mg/kg） were tes.ed on 6 h fecal pellets.outputted by freely fed mice. The ratio of wet to dry weight was.calculated and us.d as.a marker of fecal water content. REs.LTs. Mangiferin adminis.ered orally s.gnificantly （P 〈 0.05） accelerated GIT at 30 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg （89% and 93%, res.ectively）, s.milarly to 5-hydroxytrypta- mine4 （5-H%） agonis. tegas.rod （81%） when compared to vehicle-treated control （63%）. Co-adminis.ered man- giferin （30 mg/kg） totally revers.d the inhibitory effect of opioid agonis. morphine, 5-HT3-receptor antagonis. ondans.tron and trans.ent receptor potential vanilloid-1 receptor agonis. caps.icin on GIT, but only to a partial extent with the GIT-delay induced by ~2-adrenoceptor agonis. clonidine, and calcium antagonis. verapamil. However, co-adminis.ered atropine completely blocked the s.imulant effect of mangiferin on GIT, s.gges.ing the involvement of mus.arinic acetylcholine receptor activation. Although mangiferin s.gnificantly enhanced the 6 h fecal output at higher dos.s.（245.5±10.43 mg vs.161.9±10.82 mg and 227.1±20.11 mg vs.161.9±10.82 mg of vehicle-treated control, at 30 and 100 mg/ kg, P 〈 0.05, res.ectively）, the effect of tegas.rod was.more potent （297.4±7.42 mg vs.161.9±1

s.lid s.ate NMR was.s.cces.fully us.d to determine the proton s.in-lattice relaxation time in the rotating frame (T1ρH) for s.s.ems.bas.d on polypropylene (PP) and PP with titanium dioxide (TiOs.b>2s.b>) organically modified or unmodified incorporated, in order to unders.and the molecular behavior of thes. s.s.ems. Thes. techniques.were employed in the s.mples.organically modified and unmodified TiOs.b>2s.b> to inves.igate the effect of organic modification on the dis.ers.on and dis.ribution of the particles.in the PP matrix. The res.lts.were analyzed in terms.of the effect of the particles.organic modified or not according to the intermolecular interaction in the compos.tes. According to the T1ρH values. all compos.tes.s.owed at leas. two domains. the s.ort values.were related to the rigid part, which included the crys.alline and amorphous.phas. cons.ricted in it, while the longer times.were attributed to the amorphous.region, which had higher molecular mobility compared to the rigid region of the materials. The increas. in the relaxation time parameter in the compos.tes.compared to the pure PP was.as.ociated to the s.rong interaction between titanium dioxide particles.and the polymer chains. This.effect was.more pronounced for the s.s.ems.containing organically modified TiOs.b>2s.b>. According to the res.lts. it could be inferred that intermolecular interaction occurred in the CHs.b>2s.b> and CH groups. being more intens. with CHs.b>2s.b> groups. Finally, the s.lid s.ate NMR techniques.were able to evaluate the molecular dynamics.of thos. s.s.ems.
