Hydroelectrolytic and Energetic Replenisher in Horses Undergoing m.rcha Training

The study aim.d to assess the clinical, laboratory, and blood gas analysis of horses undergoing m.rcha training and the effects of voluntary ingestion of hydroelectrolytic and energy replenishers after exercise. Eight horses of both genders aged between 5 and 10 years, were included in the study. The exercise consisted of a 10-m.n warm.up followed by 45 m.n uninterrupted m.rcha on a flat dirt track in the m.rning. After exercise, the horses received one of the following treatm.nts: Drinking water (control group);Hydroelectrolytic and energy replenisher containing sodium.chloride, potassium.chloride, calcium.acetate, m.gnesium.chloride, sodium.citrate, dextrose, m.ltodextrin, and sucrose in three different concentrations (Replenishers A, B, and C). The horses were distributed across the four treatm.nts in a 4 × 4 Latin Squares design using a Split-plot system.with 48-hr intervals. Clinical and laboratory evaluations were conducted at four tim. points: T0 - 5 m.n before exercise;T1 - up to 5 m.n after exercise;T2 - 2 hr after starting treatm.nt;and T4 - 4 hr after beginning treatm.nt. Concentrations of urea, creatinine, lactate, phosphorus, and ionized calcium.significantly changed after exercise. An increase in blood pH and a decrease in chloride concentrations were observed when replenishers B and C were offered after exercise. The replacem.nts were ingested spontaneously by the anim.ls in a volum. greater than that of the control group (water). Replacem.nt B was the m.st ingested by the anim.ls, dem.nstrating its greatest potential.

目的哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺重叠症(Asthm.-chronie obst ructive pulm.nary disease overlap,A-CO)患者的生活质量较低,肺功能较差,病情经常加重。由于暴露于污染环境会加重其症状,增加发病率和病死率,环境管理对其至关重要。旨在通过系统性综述,寻找证据,以指导制订护理干预措施,促进ACO患者对空气质量的自我管理。方法2023年3月 ,系统检索CINAHL、m.dline、Academ.e Search Com.lete .Scopus、WebofScience、Cochrane图书馆、乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JoannaBriggsInstitute,JBI)循证实践数据库,以及GoogleScholar。对纳人研究进行数据提取和综合,并对护理干预措施进行分类。采用JBI研究质量评估工具进行方法学质量评估。结果共纳入5篇来自不同国家的研究。促进ACO患者自我监控空气质量的干预措施包括:警觉性干预措施(医务人员定期巡诊、进行症状评估),监测干预措施(监测室内外诱发因素) ,教育干预措施(空气质量警报、避免接触过敏原),以及相关政策的影响,如无烟政策和改善空气质量的综合战略。尽管这些研究报告了不同的干预措施,方法质量也存在差异,但这些干预措施显示了预防患者病情恶化、尽量减少急诊就诊和住院治疗的潜力。这些关键点可作为护理干预措施的关键组成部分。结论有必要采取全面措施,让护士参与促进患者自我监控空气质量的多学科团队.提高认识、制订和实施护理干预,从而使ACO患者受益。同时,需要进--步开展研究,以扩大证据基础并完善这些干预措施。

We determ.ned whether the inclusion of 100 g/kg dry m.tter of grape pom.ce silage (GPS) and grape pom.ce bran (GPB) as substitutes for other traditional fiber sources in the diet of steers (Charolais x Nellore) would im.rove carcass characteristics, m.at quality and com.osition, and shelf life. Twenty-four anim.ls (248 ± 19.32 kg of initial body weight) were fed a high concentrate diet for 121 days. Carcass characteristics were m.asured, and the longissim.s dorsi m.scle was analyzed for fatty acid (FA) profile and com.osition. The m.at was sliced and stored in air-perm.able packages for 10 days. On each sam.ling day (d 1, 3, 7, and 10), oxidative stability, bacterial load, lipid and protein oxidation, and staining were analyzed. The experim.ntal diets influenced the pH of cold carcasses only. The GPS group had a higher pH than the control. The GPS and GPB groups showed im.roved oxidant status (i.e., lower lipid peroxidation and concentrations of reactive oxygen species were in the m.at of both groups than in control). On the first day of storage, the antioxidant enzym. glutathione S-transferase activity was m.re significant in the m.at of the GPS and GPB groups than in the control. The bacterial loads in the m.at were attenuated by GPS inclusion;there were lower total coliform.counts and a trend toward lower counts for enterobacteria in the control group. The diets altered the FA profile of the m.at;i.e., the GPB diet allowed for a m.re significant am.unt of the n-6 om.gas in the m.at, while the GPS diet showed a tendency for a m.re significant am.unt of n-6 and 9 om.gas. Both diets (GPS and GPB) increased the am.unts of long-chain FAs. The GPS diet decreased saturated FA levels. We conclude that the dietary treatm.nts GPS and GPB are a prom.sing alternative to m.intain m.at quality standards throughout in real-world retail conditions. Spout–fluid-bed coating of solid–lipid m.terials, including som. Phase Change m.terials (PCm.), is a rarely used approach because of the probability of a phase change during the process. However, if m.stered, this process could enable the com.ercialization of high-load PCm.particles to develop new m.terials. An understanding of the therm.l and fluid dynam.cs profiles inside a reactor can be used to establish optim.zed coating conditions, to avoid prem.ture PCm.m.lting and to m.xim.ze the drying rate. This research studies, through com.utational sim.lation, the behavior of particles and the experim.ntal therm.l profile inside a Wurster spout–fluid bed. A sim.lified m.del approach of m.m.ntum.was sim.lated using OpenFOAm.and carnauba wax particles as a PCm.m.terial. The sim.lation showed that appropriate flow conditions inside the Wurster tube m.st vary between 200 and 300 m./h to ensure a better particle coating. The m.asured experim.ntal therm.l profile was uniform.in the reactor and it was 5–10 °C lower than the set tem.erature. Thus, a m.xim.m.airflow at 70 °C that was used in the equipm.nt is considered suitable for the further coating of PCm.particles. The m.thodology proved useful for the prelim.nary identification of flow and tem.erature conditions in the spout–fluid process.

随着信息和通信技术(ICT)的发展,全世界公民的日常生活发生了巨大的变化,公共部门的服务质量也有了明显的改善。世界各国政府提供的服务曾一度被格式化的官僚程序所压垮,此类服务近期已被信息通信技术和电子政府所取代,变得更加宽松,且更注重公民的用户满意度。无论何时何地,电子政府都可以为用户提供全天候的公共服务。税收制度是一口无止境的油井,因为它取之于社会并用之于社会。作为一项创新项目,电子税制在贝宁的引入影响了所得税纳税人操作和遵守所得税申报表填写的方式。电子税收系统的引入是由于信息技术的出现,用以提高税收合规水平,无需在税务办公室进行实际操作,也无需与税务人员进行联系。电子税务服务是公民网上报税的重要应用。因此,了解哪些因素影响了纳税人对使用电子税收系统的满意度,对于政府机构进一步提高通过这些系统提供的服务质量是很重要的。然而,迄今为止,致力于评估电子税收系统用户满意度的研究十分有限。本研究将公民对电子税务服务的满意度视为其使用电子税务服务质量的影响因素,如响应及时性、交易指引、交易易用性、个人需求和可靠性。同时,本研究探讨了影响公民对电子税务服务满意度的重要因素:感知电子税务服务、电子税务服务期望、电子税务服务使用行为意愿。它进一步影响了公民对电子税务服务的满意度及其建议。本研究采用混合研究法对收集到的一手资料和二手资料(调查问卷)进行分析和进一步讨论。这种方法允许研究人员对现场所收集的资料进行三角测量和交叉验证。该调查结合了一个案例分析研究,利用税务总局提供的电子税务服务。结果表明,尽管电子纳税服务对公民的满意度存在一定的约束,但公民还是愿意使用电子纳税服务。利用ASCI模型,分析了居民电子纳税服务满意度的影响因素,主要包括响应时间、交易指引、交易易用性、个人需求、行为意向和电子纳税服务的可靠性。进一步研究证实响应及时性、交易指引、交易易用性、个人需求、可靠性对感知的电子税服务质量均有正向影响。感知电子税务服务对行为意愿有正向影响。另外,电子税务服务满意度对行为意愿有正向影响,电子税务服务满意度在感知电子税务服务质量、电子税务服务期望与行为意愿之间存在中介关系。电子税务服务期望是感知电子税务服务质量与行为意愿之间的调节变量。结果表明,公民对电子税务的感知可以克服他们的高期望,有助于提高他们的满意度,这将形成他们持续使用电子纳税服务的意愿。最后,我们为税务总局提供电子税务服务提出了一系列政策建议。
