To investigate the enhancing effect of Mn on the performance of simultaneous catalytic oxidation of AsH_(3)and PH_(3)by CuO-Al_(2)O_(3)in a reducing atmosphere under micro-oxygen conditions,Cu-Mn modifiedγ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts were *** characteristics of the catalysts showed that Mn reduced the crystallinity of the active CuO component,increased the number of oxygen vacancies and acidic sites on the catalyst surface,enhanced the mobility of surface oxygen,and the interaction between copper and manganese promoted the redox cycling ability of the catalysts and improved their oxidation performance,which increased the conversion frequency(TOF)by 2.54×10^(-2)to 3.07×10^(-2)sec^(-1).On the other hand,the introduction of Mn reduced the production of phosphate and As_(2)O_(3)on the catalyst surface by30.96%and 44.9%,which reduced the coverage and inerting of the active sites by phosphate and As_(2)O_(3),resulting in an 8 hr(6 hr)improvement in the stability of PH_(3)(AsH_(3))removal.

The endoplasmic reticulum is a key site for protein production and quality *** than one-third of proteins are synthesized and folded into the correct three-dimensional conformation in the endoplasmic ***,during protein folding,unfolded and/or misfolded proteins are prone to occur,which may lead to endoplasmic reticulum *** can monitor the quality of the proteins produced by endoplasmic reticulum quality control(ERQC)and endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation(ERAD),which maintain endoplasmic reticulum protein homeostasis by degrading abnormally folded *** underlying mechanisms of protein folding and ERAD in mammals have not yet been fully ***,this paper reviews the process and function of protein folding and ERAD in mammalian cells,in order to help clinicians better understand the mechanism of ERAD and to provide a scientific reference for the treatment of diseases caused by abnormal ERAD.

A Practical Predefined-Time Stability Criterion and Its Application to Uncertain Nonlinear Systems

In this paper, the singularity-free predefined-time fuzzy adaptive tracking control problem is studied for non-strict feedback(NSF) nonlinear systems considering mismatched external disturbances. An innovative practical predefined-time stability(PPTS) criterion is proposed to provide the theoretical basis for subsequent control design. Compared to the existing predefined-time stability(PTS) criterion, this criterion has a broader application range and can solve the control design issues of nonlinear systems with system uncertainties. Fuzzy logic systems(FLSs) are employed to identify unknown nonlinear functions. Based on the backstepping control technology, a singularity-free predefined-time control(PTC) design method is proposed, in which the hyperbolic tangent function is utilized to avoid the singular problem, and the nature of fuzzy basis function is adopted to resolve the algebraic loop problem. The PPTS of the closed-loop NSF nonlinear system is proven with the Lyapunov theory and the proposed PPTS criterion. Ultimately, the efficiency of the presented PTC design method is verified by several sets of simulations on a single link manipulator system.

考虑起飞工况的航空发动机性能退化预测研究

针对现阶段航空发动机性能退化建模研究没有考虑起飞工况的影响问题,提出了基于修正的非线性维纳过程发动机性能退化建模方法。该方法结合了同类型号发动机的历史性能退化数据与个体发动机的实时退化和工况数据。首先,考虑发动机每次起飞的工况不同,把工况修正引入非线性维纳过程建立发动机的性能退化模型。然后利用极大似然估计方法求得退化模型离线估计值,基于贝叶斯理论对退化参数进行在线更新,最后基于局部线性嵌入算法,对工况参数进行融合构建工况因子,修正退化参数,实现了基于起飞工况的单台发动机性能退化预测。结果表明,采用融合工况因子修正模型,与未修正和压比修正模型相比,平均绝对百分比误差分别降低1.50%和1.01%。证明融合工况因子修正模型能降低发动机起飞工况差异和仅用单工况参数修正所造成的预测误差,可以用来辅助指导下发决策。

黄土-泥岩接触面滑坡具有“双层异质”、较隐蔽、复活性强的特点,但现阶段研究主要针对该类滑坡的诱发因素及破坏机理,对黄土-泥岩接触面的剪切力学特性,特别是接触面形态对剪切力学特性影响的研究尚浅。因此本文通过不同工况下的黄土-泥岩接触面直剪试验和基于颗粒流软件PFC~(2D)的数值模拟,研究了不同黄土-泥岩接触面形态对其抗剪强度的影响及作用机理。结果表明:(1)界面形态对抗剪强度的影响主要体现在界面起伏表面积和剪切影响厚度对界面粗糙度的影响上,在相同法向压力下,界面粗糙度越大,接触面抗剪强度越高;(2)黄土-泥岩接触面试样的剪切破坏模式可分为沿界面滑动、界面滑动-凸体剪断和凸体直接剪断破坏3类,其演化受法向压力和凸体起伏角的影响;(3)随着界面粗糙度的增大,黄土与泥岩间的有效接触面积增大,界面处的颗粒嵌入量增大,界面抗剪强度显著提高。结果可为黄土-泥岩接触面滑坡的预警与防治提供一定的理论支撑。

针对原型燃烧室在贫预混燃烧情况下设计了一种塔式分级旋流器,旨在降低燃烧室出口的NO_(x)以及CO排放.通过使用Fluent软件进行数值模拟,研究了设计工况下塔式旋流器不同斜径向角对燃烧性能的影响.结果表明:斜径向角对燃烧效率的影响差异在0.1%以内,随着斜径向角的增大,燃烧室内回流区后中轴线温度逐渐降低;燃烧室高温区面积逐渐减小;总压损失呈先减小后增大的变化趋势,出口温度不均匀性OTDF值逐渐减小最低达25.82%;出口NO_(x)排放逐渐减小,低至33.9×10^(-6).综合来看,斜径向角为45°时燃烧室整体性能最优.

【目的】在地域自然资源的约束及可持续城市绿地建设的现实诉求下,探索能够指导西北干旱半干旱区城市绿地生态设计实践的方法策略,为该地区建立人工干预下的新城市生态过程提供支持。【方法】分别从中、小尺度对城市生境的异质性特征进行认知,并对其与城市绿地设计层级、内容的匹配性关系进行分析。【结果】构建出中小尺度城市绿地生态设计框架,并针对西北干旱半干旱区城市绿地建设,划分出4种典型城市绿地生态设计类型及其生态设计分区,提出相应的场地生境多样性优化设计、植物群落多样性设计和科普展示系统设计策略。【结论】将中、小尺度城市生境及其植被特征的形成与维持机制转化为城市绿地生态设计途径,可为西北干旱半干旱区城市绿地生态建设提供理论支持和技术指导。

流体剪切力调控血脑屏障的力学生物学机制研究

目的血脑屏障(blood-brain barrier,BBB)主要由脑微血管内皮细胞组成。本研究以大鼠脑微血管内皮细胞(rat brain microvascular endothelial cells,rBMECs)为模式细胞,探索正常生理、缺血低灌注和术后高灌注条件下的流体剪切力(flow shear force,FSF)对BBB结构功能的保护、损伤和破坏的力学生物学机制。方法以1×10^(5)细胞/cm^(2)的密度接种rBMECs培养48 h,对rBMECs分别施加0.5、2和20 dyn/cm2的FSF,模拟脑血管狭窄的低灌注、正常生理和搭桥术后高剪切力作用下BBB结构的受力情况;同时设置静态培养组rBMECs作为对照(不施加力)。光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及激光共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)观察细胞形态和骨架的变化。透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察细胞紧密连接,免疫荧光染色检测紧密连接相关蛋白(claudin-5、occludin、ZO-1)、黏着连接相关蛋白(VE-cadherin、PECAM-1)分布的变化。Western blot检测不同强度FSF下紧密连接相关蛋白(claudin-5、ZO-1、JAM4),黏着连接相关蛋白(VE-cadherin)和Rho GTPases信号关键蛋白(Rac1、Cdc42、RhoA)的表达。结果镜下观察发现:静态培养和低剪切作用(0.5 dyn/cm2)下细胞骨架排列紊乱,取向无规律;正常生理剪切作用(2 dyn/cm^(2))下,细胞骨架顺应FSF方向重排,胞间观察到有效的紧密连接结构;高剪切作用(20 dyn/cm^(2))下,细胞间间隙增大,未观察到有效的紧密连接结构。免疫荧光染色发现低剪切作用时,细胞间距减小,但胞间连接处紧密连接相关蛋白和黏着连接相关蛋白分布较少;正常生理条件下细胞连接紧密,大部分紧密连接相关蛋白的分布集中在胞间连接处;高剪切作用时,胞间距离显著增大,连接紧密和黏着连接的结构被破坏。Western blot结果发现:低剪切作用下,claudin-5、ZO-1和VE-cadherin与对照组相比均上调(P<0.05);正常生理剪切作用下,claudin-5、ZO-1、JAM4以及VE-cadherin与对照组相比均呈现高表达(P<0.05);高剪切作用下,claudin-5、ZO-1、JAM4以及VEcadherin的表达与正常生理剪切作用组比较下调(P<0.05);生理条件下胞内的Rho GTPases(Rac1、Cdc42、RhoA)表达上调,高于其他实验组(P<0.05),而低剪切和高剪切作用下的Rho GTPases表达均较正常生理剪切作用组下调(P<0.05)。结论正常生理条件下的FSF有助于维持BBB结构的完整性,而低剪切或高剪切均会损伤或破坏血脑屏障的结构,FSF对BBB的调控与紧密连接相关蛋白和黏着连接相关蛋白的表达和分布密切相关。
