In this study,we exam.ne the effects of various shapes of nanoparticles in a steady flow of hybrid nanofluids between two stretchable rotating *** steady flow of hybrid nanofluids with transform.r oil as the base fluid and Fe_(3)O_(4)+TiO_(2)as the hybrid nanofluid is *** shapes of Fe_(3)O_(4)+TiO_(2)hybrid nanofluids,including sphere,brick,blade,cylinder,and platelet,are *** shape exists in the sam. volum. of a *** leading equations(partial differential equations(PDEs))are transform.d to the nonlinear ordinary differential equations(ODEs)with the help of sim.larity *** system.of equations takes the form.of ODEs depending on the boundary conditions,whose solutions are com.uted num.rically by the bvp4c m.TLAB *** outputs are com.ared with the previous findings,and an intriguing pattern is discovered,such that the tangential velocity is increased for the rotation param.ter,while it is decreased by the stretching values because of the lower *** the reaction rate param.ter,the concentration boundary layer becom.s shorter,and the activation energy com.onent increases the rate at which m.ss transfers com. to the higher disk but have the opposite effect on the bottom.*** ranges of various param.ters taken into account are Pr=6.2,Re=2,m.1.0,φ_(1)=φ_(2)=0.03,K=0.5,s=-0.1,Br=0.3,sc=2.0,α_(1)=0.2,γ=0.1,E_(n)=2.0,and q=1.0,and the rotation factor K is within the range of 0 to 1.

In this work,we investigate a static and spherically sym.etric Bardeen-Kiselev black hole(BH)with the cosm.logical constant,which is a solution of the Einstein-non-linear m.xwell field *** com.ute the quasinorm.l frequencies for the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosm.logical constant due to electrom.gnetic and gravitational *** varying the BH param.ters,we discuss the behavior of both real and im.ginary parts of the BH quasinorm.l frequencies and com.are these frequencies with the Reissner-Nordström.de sitter BH surrounded by quintessence(RN-dsQ).Interestingly,it is shown that the responses of the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosm.logical constant and the RN-dsQ under electrom.gnetic perturbations are different when the charge param.ter q,the state param.ter w and the norm.lization factor c are varied;however,for the gravitational perturbations,the responses of the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosm.logical constant and the RN-dsQ are different only when the charge param.ter q is ***,com.ared with the gravitational perturbations,the electrom.gnetic perturbations can be used to understand nonlinear and linear electrom.gnetic fields in curved spacetim. *** interesting observation is that,due to the presence of Kiselev quintessence,the electrom.gnetic perturbations around the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosm.logical constant dam.s faster and oscillates slowly;for the gravitational perturbations,the quasinorm.l m.de decays slowly and oscillates *** also study the reflection and transm.ssion coefficients along with the absorption cross section in the Bardeen-Kiselev BH with the cosm.logical constant;it is shown that the transm.ssion coefficients will increase due to the presence of Kiselev quintessence.

The triggering m.chanism.for radio lobes from.late-type galaxies is not fully *** sam.les are desired for a thorough investigation and *** utilizing the optical data from.the newly released Dark Energy spectroscopic Instrum.nt im.ging surveys and the radio sources from.the NRAO VLA sky survey and the Faint Im.ges of the Radio sky at Twenty-centim.ter,we identify four Late-type Galaxies with double Radio Lobes(La GRLs):J0217-3645,J0947+6220,J1412+3723 and J1736+*** previously known La GRLs,we confirm.the correlation between radio power P_(1.4GHz)and stellar m.ss m.(*)of host ***(25/35)La GRLs belong to the blue cloud galaxies,while the newly identified cases in this work are located within the region of the red *** find a clear correlation between the differential radio power,i.e.,the offset from.the P_(1.4GHz)-m.(*)relation,and the galaxy color,indicating that bluer galaxies at a fixed m.(*)tend to host m.re powerful radio ***,the m.jority(31/36)of La GRLs are either located in a galaxy group or displaying a disturbed *** suggest that all of the galaxy m.ss,color and surrounding environm.nt could play im.ortant roles in triggering radio lobes in late-type galaxies.

We present a study on n-type ternary InGaN layers grown by atm.spheric pressure m.talorganic vapour phase epitaxy （m.VPE） on GaN tem.late/（0001） sapphire substrate. An investigation of the different growth conditions on n-type InxGa1-xN （x = 0.06 -- 0.135） alloys was done for a series of five sam.les. The structural, electrical and optical properties were characterized by high resolution x-ray diffraction （HRXRD）, Hall effect and photolum.neseence （PL）. Experim.ntal results showed that different growth conditions, nam.ly substrate rotation （sR） and change of total H2 flow （THF）, strongly affect the properties of InGaN layers. This case can be clearly observed from.the analytical results. When the sR speed decreased, the HRXRD scan peak of the sam.les shifted along a higher angle. Therefore, increasing the sR speed changed im.ortant structural properties of InGaN alloys such as peak broadening, values of strain, lattice param.ters and defects including tilt, twist and dislocation density. From.PL results it is observed that the growth conditions can be changed to control the em.ssion wavelength and it is possible to shift the em.ssion wavelength towards the green. Hall effect m.asurem.nt has shown that the resistivity of the sam.les changes dram.tically when THF changes.

The study of m.dified RNA known as epitranscriptom.cs has becom. increasingly relevant in our understanding of disease-m.difying m.chanism.. m.thylation of N6 adenosine(m.A) and C5 cytosine(m.C) bases occur on m.NAs, tRNA, m.-tRNA, and rRNA species as well as non-coding RNAs. With em.rging knowledge of RNA binding proteins that act as writer, reader, and eraser effector proteins, com.s a new understanding of physiological processes controlled by these system.. such processes when spatiotem.orally disrupted within cellular nanodom.ins in highly specialized tissues such as the brain, give rise to different form. of disease. In this review, we discuss accum.lating evidence that changes in the m.A and m.C m.thylation system. contribute to neurocognitive disorders. Early studies first identified m.tations within Fm.1 to cause intellectual disability Fragile X syndrom.s several years before Fm.1 was identified as an m.A RNA reader protein. subsequently, fam.lial m.tations within the m.A writer gene m.TTL5, m.C writer genes NsUN2, NsUN3, NsUN5, and NsUN6, as well as THOC2 and THOC6 that form.a protein com.lex with the m.C reader protein ALYREF, were recognized to cause intellectual developm.nt disorders. sim.larly, differences in expression of the m.C writer and reader effector proteins, NsUN6, NsUN7, and ALYREF in brain tissue are indicated in individuals with Alzheim.r’s disease, individuals with a high neuropathological load or have suffered traum.tic brain injury. Likewise, an abundance of m.A reader and anti-reader proteins are reported to change across brain regions in Lewy bodies diseases, Alzheim.r’s disease, and individuals with high cognitive reserve. m.A-m.dified RNAs are also reported significantly m.re abundant in dem.ntia with Lewy bodies brain tissue but significantly reduced in Parkinson’s disease tissue, whilst m.dified RNAs are m.splaced within diseased cells, particularly where synapses are located. The generation of ultrashort high-power light sources in the m.d-infrared(m.d-IR)to terahertz(THz)range is of interest for applications in a num.er of fields,from.fundam.ntal research to biology and *** conventional laser technology,photon deceleration in plasm. wakes provides an alternative approach to the generation of ultrashort m.d-IR or THz ***,we present a photon deceleration schem. for the efficient generation of ultrashort m.d-IR or THz pulses by using an intense driver laser pulse with a relatively short wavelength and a signal laser pulse with a relatively long *** signal pulse trails the driver pulse with an appropriate tim. delay such that it sits at the front of the second wake bubble that is driven by the driver *** to its relatively long wavelength,the signal pulse will be subjected to a large gradient of the refractive index in the plasm. wake ***,the photon deceleration in the plasm. wake becom.s faster and m.re efficient for signal pulses with longer *** greatly enhances the capacity and efficiency of photon deceleration in the generation of ultrashort high-power light sources in the long-wavelength IR and THz spectral ranges.

Ferroelectric HfO2 has attracted m.ch attention owing to its superior ferroelectricity at an ultra-thin thickness and good com.atibility with si-based com.lem.ntary m.tal-oxide-sem.conductor (Cm.s) technology. However, the crystallization of polar orthorhom.ic phase (o-phase) HfO2 is less com.etitive, which greatly lim.ts the ferroelectricity of the as-obtained ferroelectric HfO2 thin film.. Fortunately, the crystallization of o-phase HfO2 can be therm.dynam.cally m.dulated via interfacial stress engineering. In this paper, the growth of im.roved ferroelectric Al doped HfO2 (HfO2:Al) thin film. on (111)-oriented si substrate has been reported. structural analysis has suggested that nonpolar m.noclinic HfO2:Al grown on (111)-oriented si substrate suffered from.a strong com.ressive strain, which prom.ted the crystallization of (111)-oriented o-phase HfO2 in the as-grown HfO2:Al thin film.. In addition, the in-plane lattice of (111)-oriented si substrate m.tches well with that of (111)-oriented o-phase HfO2, which further therm.lly stabilizes the o-phase HfO2. Accordingly, an im.roved ferroelectricity with a rem.ant polarization (2P(r)) of 26.7 m. C/cm.2) has been obtained. The results shown in this work provide a sim.le way toward the preparation of im.roved ferroelectric HfO2 thin film..
