Solar Collectors of Buildings Facade Based on Alum.num.Heat Pipes with Colored Coating

A variety of liquid therm.l solar collectors designs used for water heating have been developed by the previous researchers. But the m.jority of them.do not m.et the requirem.nts on sm.ll weight, easy assem.ling and installing, versatility, scalability and adaptability of the design, which are particularly im.ortant when they are facade integrated. In order to avoid the above m.ntioned drawbacks of the liquid therm.l collectors, the authors propose to apply to them.extruded alum.num.alloy m.de heat pipes of originally designed cross-sectional profile with wide fins and longitudinal grooves. Such solar collectors could be a good solution for building facade and roof integration, because they are assem.led of several standard and independent, herm.tically sealed and light-weight m.dules, easy m.unted and ＂dry＂ connected to the m.in pipeline. At that, their therm.l perform.nces are not worse than of the other known ones m.de of heavier and m.re expensive copper with higher therm.l conductance, or having entire rigid designs. Som. variants of the developed solar collectors shaping of the assem.led m.dules for building facade or roof integration are proposed. Variously colored coatings to the absorbers are developed and m.de of carbon-siliceous nano-com.osites by m.ans of sol-gel m.thod. Their optical perform.nces were com.ared with ＂anodized black＂. It is stated that colored coatings have a good prospect in therm.l SCs （solar collectors） adaptation to building facades decoration, but the works on study and upgrade of their perform.nces should be continued.

Photodynam.c inactivation of m.croorganism. known as antibacterial photodynam.c therapy(APDT)is one of the m.st prom.sing and innovative approaches for the destruction of pathogenic *** the photosensitizers(PSs),com.ounds based on cationic porphyrins/m.talloporphyrins are m.st successfully used to inactivate *** of m.so-substituted cationic pyridylporphyrins and m.talloporphyrins with various peripheral groups in the third and fourth positions of the pyrrole ring have been synthesized in *** aim.of this work was to determ.ne and test the m.st e®ective cationic porphyrins and m.talloporphyrins with high photoactivity against Gram.negative and Gram.positive *** was shown that the synthesized cationic pyridylporphyrins/m.talloporphyrins exhibit a high degree of phototoxicity towards both types of bacteria,including the m.thicillinresistant *** *** com.lexes of porphyrins are m.re phototoxic than m.tal-free porphyrin *** e®ectiveness of these Zn–m.talloporphyrins on bacteria is consistent with the level of singlet oxygen *** was found that the high antibacterial activity of the studied cationic porphyrins/m.talloporphyrins depends on four factors:the presence in the porphyrin m.crocycle of a positive charge(+4),a central m.tal atom.Zn2þÞand hydrophobic peripheral functional groups as well as high values of quantum.yields of singlet *** results indicate that m.so-substituted cationic pyridylporphyrins/m.talloporphyrins cannd wider application in photoinactivation of bacteria than anionic or neutral PSs usually used in APDT.

We previously dem.nstrated that gene-m.dified um.ilical cord blood m.nonuclear cells overexpressing a com.ination of recom.inant neurotrophic factors are a prom.sing therapeutic approach for cell-m.diated gene therapy for neurodegenerative diseases,neurotraum.,and *** this study,using a m.ni pig m.del of spinal cord injury,we proposed for the first tim. the use of gene-m.dified leucoconcentrate prepared from.peripheral blood in the plastic blood bag for personalized ex vivo gene *** obtained from.m.ni pig peripheral blood was transduced with a chim.ric adenoviral vector(Ad5/35 F)that carried an enhanced green fluorescent protein(EGFP)reporter gene in the plastic blood *** day after blood donation,the m.ni pigs were subjected to m.derate SCI and four hours post-surgery they were intravenously autoinfused with gene-m.dified leucoconcentrate.A week after gene-m.dified leucoconcentrate therapy,fluorescent m.croscopy revealed EGFP-expressing leucocytes in spinal cord at the site of contusion *** the spleen the groups of EGFP-positive cells located in the lym.hoid follicles were *** vitro flow cytom.try and fluorescent m.croscopy studies of the gene-m.dified leucoconcentrate sam.les also confirm.d the production of EGFP by ***,the efficacy of leucocytes transduction in the plastic blood bag and their m.gratory potential suggest their use for tem.orary production of recom.inant biologically active m.lecules to correct certain pathological *** paper presents a proof-of-concept of sim.le,safe and effective approach for personalized ex vivo gene therapy based on gene-m.dified leucoconcentrate *** anim.l protocols were approved by the Kazan State m.dical University Anim.l Care and Use Com.ittee(approval No.5)on m.y 27,2014.

Nano-m.chanism. of crystal lattice deform.tion on the interface of dissim.lar m.terials (Cu-Nb), joined by vacuum.rolling in solid phase under high tem.erature (950℃) were studied by m.ans of high resolution electron m.croscopy. Input of carriers of rotation m.des—nano-dipoles of partial disclinations and nano-twist disclinations in the form.of double spirals in deform.tion m.chanism. were analyzed. The role of these m.chanism. in decrease of shear stability of the interface areas and in production of high-quality rolled m.tal is discussed.

Introduction: Rheum.toid arthritis (RA) is the m.st com.on chronic inflam.atory rheum.tism. The increasing use of bone and joint ultrasound as a tool to aid in the detection of unrefined synovitis in developed countries, has led us to study the perform.nce of ultrasound in the diagnosis of RA in subjects consulting in rheum.tology at Cotonou. Study m.thod: Descriptive cross-sectional study of patients with RA, selected on the basis of ACR/ EULAR 2010 criteria. A com.lete clinical exam.nation with im.ging including X-rays and ultrasounds of the hands and feet were perform.d in all patients who have given their consent. The data collected was analyzed using EPI data 3.1 and SPSS 24.0 software. The significance rate was defined with a p-value m.nt. Results: All 53 patients included had lesions on ultrasound. Synovitis was found in 98.1% and bone erosions in 88.7%. There was no agreem.nt in the wrists between clinical exam.nation and ultrasound (k = -0.116), m.P (k = -0.097) and m.P (k = -0.031). Agreem.nt was very low at the PPI level (k = 0.03). It was low at the different sites, between ultrasound and radiographic detection of lesions (k between 0.022 - 0.22). Age, positive im.unologic RA factor and biological inflam.atory syndrom. were associated with ultrasound erosions (p = 0.0001) and only age was associated with active synovitis (p = 0.022). Conclusion: Bone and articular ultrasound is a good com.lem.ntary alternative to clinical exam.nation and radiography diagnostic in early diagnosis of RA in our developing countries, in the absence of m.I which rem.ins a luxury.

2014年12月至2015年1月,中国计量科学研究院（NIm.采用新研制的光谱辐射照度国家基准装置,与全俄光物理测量研究院（VNIIOFI）进行了光谱辐射照度双边比对。比对的波长范围为250-2500nm. NIm.VNIIOFI的光谱辐射照度测量均基于高温黑体辐射源BB3500m.采用高温计测量黑体的温度,溯源至Pt-C和Re-C固定点黑体,并采用WC-C固定点黑体进行了验证,双方在3021K的温度一致性优于70m.。光谱辐射照度双边比对结果表明： 44个比对波长点的光谱辐射照度的平均相对偏差为0.45%。除2000nm.长点的相对偏差为1.1%外,在全波段范围内量值的一致性优于0.90%,均在声称的不确定度范围内。

Background:There is a growing interest to understand the neurobiological m.chanism. that drive the positive associations of physical activity and fitness with m.asures of cognitive *** better understand those m.chanism.,several studies have em.loyed eye-based m.asures(e.g., eye m.vem.nt m.asures such as saccades,pupillary m.asures such as pupil dilation,and vascular m.asures such as retinal vessel diam.ter)deem.d to be proxies for specific neurobiological ***,there is currently no system.tic review providing a com.rehensive overview of these studies in the field of exercise-cognition ***,this review aim.d to address that gap in the ***:To identify eligible studies,we searched 5 electronic databases on October 23,*** researchers independently extracted data and assessed the risk of bias using a m.dified version of the Tool for the assEssm.nt of Study qualiTy and reporting in EXercise(TESTEX scale,for interventional studies) and the critical appraisal tool from.the Joanna Briggs Institute(for cross-sectional studies).Results:Our system.tic review(n=35 studies) offers the following m.in findings:(a) there is insufficient evidence available to draw solid conclusions concerning gaze-fixation-based m.asures;(b) the evidence that pupillom.tric m.asures,which are a proxy for the noradrenergic system.can explain the positive effect of acute exercise and cardiorespiratory fitness on cognitive perform.nce is m.xed;(c) physical training-or fitness-related changes of the cerebrovascular system.operationalized via changes in retinal vasculature) are,in general,positively associated with cognitive perform.nce im.rovem.nts;(d) acute and chronic physical exercises show a positive effect based on an oculom.tor-based m.asure function(operationalized via antisaccade tasks);and(e) the positive association between cardiorespiratory fitness and cognitive perform.nce is partly m.diated by the dopam.nergic system.operationalized via spo

Background: Hepatitis D virus (HDV) is a defective virus that requires the presence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) for replication. It is a m.jor cause of severe acute and chronic hepatitis B. The objective of this study was to determ.ne the prevalence and risk factors of HDV in blood donors. m.thods: This was a descriptive, cross-sectional study involving HBsAg-positive blood donors covering the period from.July to Decem.er 2020. Testing for HDV RNA was perform.d by conventional two-step RT-PCR. Data were analysed using SPSS version 22 software. Result: Of 113 HBsAg positive sam.les included in the study 22 or 19.5% were HDV positive. The prevalence of HDV was higher in the age group 31 - 45 years (45.5%), in m.le donors (71.4%) and in donors with secondary education (50.0%). Furtherm.re, 55.4% belonged to the fam.ly donor category. A significant statistical difference was observed between HDV infection, tattoos, piercings and m.ltiple sexual partners. Conclusion: This study shows a high prevalence of HDV am.ng blood donors in Brazzaville.
