Zoned tourm.line （schorl-dravite） in the m.trix of hydrotherm.l explosive breccia and ore veins in gold deposits, Chita region, Eastern Transbaikalia, Russia, are associated with Na- and K-rich porphyry-type subvolcanic intrusives. 61So values of tourm.line from.three gold deposits （Darasun, Talatui, Terem.inskoye） are ＋8.3%, ＋7.6%, and --6.0% and calculated 6180 values of fluids respon- sible for the tourm.linization are ＋7.3%, ＋7.7%, and ＋4.2%, respectively. These data im.ly an igneous fluid source, except at the Terem.in deposit where m.xing with m.teoric water is indicated. Wide ranges of Fe3＋/Fetot and the presence of vacancies characterize the Darasun deposit tourm.line indicating wide ranges off（O2） and pH of m.neralizing fluids. Initial stage tourm.lines from.the gold deposits of the Darasun ore district are dravite or high m. schorl. Second stage tourm.line is characterized by oscillatory zoning but with Fe generally increasing towards crystal rim. indicating decreasing tem.erature. Third stage tourm.line form.d unzoned crystals with Xm. （m.le fraction of m.） close to that of the first stage tourm.line, due to a close association with pyrite and arsenopyrite. From.Fe^3＋/Fetot values, chem.cal com.osition and crystallization tem.eratures, logf（O2） of m.neralizing fluids ranged from.ca. -25 to 20, m.ch higher than for the gold-bearing beresite-listvenite association, indicating that tourm.linization was not related to gold m.neralization.

For the first tim., functioning of the planetary clim.te system.is considered in term. of the self-organization laws with account of positive and negative feedbacks. It is shown that the m.xim.m.risks in the developm.nt of positive feedbacks that can lead the clim.te system.to a planetary catastrophe, are associated with an unprecedented increase in the concentration of m.thane in the atm.sphere. Over the last 30 years, its concentration in the atm.sphere has increased by 2.5 tim.s and continues to grow exponentially. In this review, we show that today the principal source for increase of m.thane concentration in the atm.sphere is the self-accelerating decom.osition of m.thane hydrates in the cryosphere of the Northern Hem.sphere. In the history of the Earth, the em.ssions of m.thane into the atm.sphere due to m.ss decom.osition of m.thane hydrates led to clim.te-induced biosphere catastrophes. Paleo-reconstruction analysis of greenhouse gas concentrations in the atm.sphere and its tem.erature over the last 420,000 years has allowed us to conclude that the self-organizing planetary clim.te system.is currently in a state of dynam.c chaos (close to the bifurcation point). This m.ans that even a relatively weak im.act on it, also of anthropogenic characters, is able to affect the planetary clim.te system.to select its future developm.nt trajectory.

A laser-diode-pum.ed 1.54-μm.passive Q-switched erbium.doped glass laser was reported. We utilize a laser diode with wavelength of 973nm.to pum. a 1-m. Er/Yb co-doped phosphate glass with the erbium.and ytterbium.concentrations of 1 wt.% and 21 wt.%, respectively. A Co^2＋：m.Al2O4 slab crystal was used as a passive Q- switcher. Q-switched pulses with repetition frequency of 800Hz, width of 7.4ns, peak power of 2.2kW and average power of 13.3 m.W were obtained when absorbed pum. power was 4 75 m.W. A sandwich structure of the Q- switched m.crochip Er/Yb glass laser was dem.nstrated, which shows shorter pulse width of 6.8 ns. Dependences of pulse duration and repetition frequency on pum. power were also investigated.

Investigations are directed to the developm.nt of high-power sources ofUWB （ultrawideband） radiation based on excitation of anterm. arrays with bipolar voltage pulses. In the previously designed high-power UWB sources only one bipolar pulse form.r and different feeder system. for pulse distribution through the array elem.nts were used. By m.ans of this approach, a num.er of UWB sources were created with the bipolar voltage pulse length ranging from.0.2 to 2 ns and effective potential of radiation ranging from.0.4 to 3 m.. The approach has got a restriction related to the electrical breakdown in a bipolar voltage pulse form.r. A new approach to the creation of high-power UWB sources based on a m.lticharm.l bipolar pulse form.r is suggested： the num.er of bipolar pulse form.rs is equal to the num.er of antennas in the array. The m.in problem.in realization of this approach is a stable operation of bipolar pulse form.rs in order to ensure a coherent sum.ation of radiated pulses in the far-field zone. The result of this work is the instability of-150 ps at the pulse length of 3 ns obtained in a one-channel bipolar pulse form.r indicating that the suggested approach is realizable.

Let M be the set of λsuch that the attractor of the IFS is connected. We discuss some topological and geometric properties of the set M and prove a new result about possible corners on its boundary. Some open problems and directions for further research are discussed as well.

The state of the physics of convective clouds and cloud seeding is discussed briefly. It is noted that at the present tim. there is a transition from.the stage of investigation of “elem.ntary” processes in the clouds to the stage of studying the form.tion of m.cro- and m.crostructural characteristics of clouds as a whole, taking into account their system.properties. The m.in directions of the developm.nt of cloud physics at the upcom.ng stage of its developm.nt are discussed. The paper points out that one of these areas is the determ.nation of the structure-form.ng factors for the clouds and the study of their influence on their form.tion and evolution. It is noted that one of such factors is the interaction of clouds with their surrounding atm.sphere, and the m.in m.thod of studying its role in the processes of cloud form.tion is m.them.tical m.deling. A three-dim.nsional nonstationary m.del of convective clouds is presented with a detailed account of the processes of therm.hydrodynam.cs and m.crophysics, which is used for research. The results of m.deling the influence of the wind field structure in the atm.sphere on the form.tion and evolution of clouds are presented. It is shown that the dynam.c characteristics of the atm.sphere have a significant effect on the form.tion of m.cro- and m.crostructural characteristics of convective clouds: the m.re com.lex the structure of the wind field in the atm.sphere (i.e., the m.re intense the interaction of the atm.sphere and the cloud), the less powerful the clouds are form.d.

During the winter period（January–m.rch 2016）, the total suspended particles（TSP） and particulate m.tter sm.ller than 2.5 μm.Pm..5） were characterized by the application of various analytical techniques in four zones of the m.tropolitan Area of m.nterrey in m.xico. To evaluate the seasonal variation of som. elem.nts in the particulate m.tter, the results of this study were com.ared with those obtained during the sum.er season（July–Septem.er 2015）. The speciation of the C_（1s） signal by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy revealed the contribution of arom.tic and aliphatic hydrocarbons as the m.in com.onents in both seasons. Conversely, carboxylic groups associated with biogenic em.ssions were detected only in winter. The percentages of SO_4^（2-） ions were lower in winter, possibly caused by the decrease in the solar radiation, and relative hum.dity recorded. The results of the ICP analysis revealed that Fe, Zn and Cu were the m.st abundant m.tals in both TSP and Pm..5 in the two seasons. There were significant seasonal variations for concentrations of As, Ni and Zn in the urban area and for Fe, As, Cd, Ni and Zn in the industrial zone. This was attributed to the greater burning of fuels as well as to an increase in vehicular traffic, the effect of therm.l inversion and changes in som. m.teorological param.ters. The results of the sequential m.croanalysis by Ram.n spectroscopy and SEm.EDS allowed observation of deposits of carbonaceous m.terial on the particles and to perform.the speciation of particles rich in Fe and Pb, which helped infer their possible em.ssion sources.
