Nonlocal physics is applied for investigation of the tsunami wave movement. It is established that tsunami movement and the Hubble effect of the Universe expansion can be considered in the frame of the same mathematical theory. Moreover, it can be said that tsunami is Hubble effect in the Earth conditions. The corresponding results of mathematical modeling are shown.

Evolution of the photon gas (PG) in the Planck period is considered as a particular case of the physical vacuum (PV) hydrodynamics. Nonlocal quantum hydrodynamic equations are applied for calculation of the photon gas evolution. In general case, PG hydrodynamics contains gravitation in the explicit form. Exact analytical solutions of PG hydrodynamics are obtained. Solutions show the exponential growth of gradient values for internal energy in time and space. In comparison with phenomenological General Relativistic Theory, Nonlocal quantum hydrodynamics (NQH) does not lead to contradictions in all limit cases. Theory of physical vacuum and the theory of photonic gas are related theories. These theoretical (analytical!) results confirm the result of direct observations (Arno Alan Penzias and Robert Woodrow Wilson, Nobel Prize (1978) for their discovery of cosmic microwave background;John C. Mather and George F. Smoot. Nobel Prize (2006) for their discovery of the blackbody form and anisotropy of the cosmic microwave background radiation).

Shortcomings of the Boltzmann physical kinetics are considered. Boltzmann equation is only plausible equation. The cosequences originated from this fact are considered in the different fields of theoretical physics from the point of view of nonlocal physics. Namely: main principles of nonlocal physics;generalized hydrodynamic equations;magnetic field evolution in the superconductor of the second type;Hubble expansion;special theory of relativity;the problem of the interaction of matter (M) with physical vacuum (PV) is considered including the PV—M energy exchange. Application nonlocal physics to the problem of the dark matter existence—dark matter does not exist, analytical investigation.

The problem of an adequate description of the transport processes in Bose-Einstein condensates (CBE), including space-temporal evolution of CBE in a gravitational field is considered. The full nonlocal system for the CBE evolution is delivered including particular case and analytical solutions. We show (analytically) that a black hole can evolve in the Bose-Einstein condensate (CBE) regime. At the same time, there are modes in which black hole flickering occurs. Quantization of the black holes flickering is discovered. The corresponding nonlocal hydrodynamic equations indicated for fermions gas.

The Boltzmann local physical kinetics forecasts the destruction of SC regime because of the heat movement of particles. Then, the most fundamental distinction between a strange metal and a conventional metal is the absence of well-defined quasi-particles. Here, we show that the mentioned “quasi-particles” are solitons, which are formed as a result of self-organization of ionized matter. Shortcomings of the Boltzmann physical kinetics consist in the local description of the transport processes on the level of infinitely small physical volumes as elements of diagnostics. The non-local physics leads to the theory superconductivity including the high temperature diapason. The generalized non-local non-stationary London’s formula is derived.

The unified generalized non-local theory is applied for mathematical modeling of cosmic objects. For the case of galaxies the theory leads to the flat rotation curves known from observations. The transformation of Kepler’s regime into the flat rotation curves for different solitons is shown. The Hubble expansion with acceleration is explained as result of mathematical modeling based on the principles of non-local physics. Peculiar features of the rotational speeds of galaxies and effects of the Hubble expansion need not in the introduction of new essence like dark matter and dark energy. The origin of difficulties consists in the total Oversimplification following from the principles of local physics.

The theory of the matter movement in a black hole in the frame of non-local quantum hydrodynamics (NLQHD) is considered. The theory corresponds to the limit case when the matter density tends to infinity. From calculations follow that NLQHD equations for the black hole space have the traveling wave solutions. The domain of the solution existence is limited by the event horizon where gravity tends to infinity. The simple analytical particular cases and numerical calculations are delivered.
