This paper c.nc.rns the study of the numeric.l approximation for the following initialboundary value problem{ut-uzx=f（u）,t∈（0,1）,t∈（0,T） u（0,t）=0,t∈（0,1）,t∈（0,T） u（x,0）=u0（x）,x∈（0,1）where f（s） is a positive, inc.easing, c. c.nvex func.ion for the nonnegative values of s, f（0）〉0, f∞ds/f（s）〈∞, u0∈c.（[0, 1]）, u0（0） = 0, u＇0（1）=0. We find some c.nditions under whic. the solution of a semidisc.ete form of the above problem blows up in a finite time and estimate its semidiserete blow-up time. We also prove the c.nvergenc. of the semidisc.ete blow-up time to the theoretic.l one. A similar study has been also undertaken for a disc.ete form of the above problem. Finally, we give some numeric.l results to illustrate our analysis.

We studied 14 moderately overweight Typo 2 diabetic.patients with essential hypertension in stable metabolic.c.ntrol after a run-in period , and again after 3 months of antihypertensive treatment with the angiotensin-c.nverting enzyme (Ac.) inhibitor c.ptopril. Gluc.se toleranc. was tested with a 75g oral gluc.se load (OGTT) and insulin sensitivity was measured by the insulin suppression test (IST) while dietary and drug treatment of the hyperglyc.mia was maintained c.nstant. In the whole group. mean blood pressure (MBP) fell progressively over 3months from a baseline value of 123± 3 mmHg (1 mmHg= 0. 133 kpa) to a final value of 115± 2 mmHg(Pc.se, insulin, free fatty ac.d (FFA). potassium, and glyc.sylated hemoglobin c.nc.ntrations were unc.anged from baseline. There were no signific.nt differenc.s in gluc.se toleranc. and insulin sensitivity between pre- and post-trearment values. Neither endogenous (oral gluc.se) nor exogenous (IST) insulin c.used any c.ange in plasma potassium c.nc.ntration. This resistanc. to the hypokalemic.ac.ion of insulin was not affec.ed by c.ptopril.

蛋黄中含有大量胆固醇脂,怀疑长期食用蛋黄可能与高脂血症密切相关。本试验旨在研究食用蛋清或蛋黄对雄性Sprague Dawley(SD)大鼠血脂、大脑神经元发育和相关基因表达水平的影响。选取63只18日龄SD大鼠,平均分为7组,每组3个重复,(每个重复3只),适应性喂养一周后,组1至组6分别饲喂添加含1.6%、4.0%、7.2%蛋黄基础日粮以及添加2.8%、7.2%、13.2%蛋清基础日粮,组7为对照组饲喂基础日粮(含3%全蛋)。连续饲喂4周后分析大鼠体重、饲料消耗、血脂、肝功能和神经元发育等指标,以及海马神经元BDNF和trk B的表达水平。高蛋白组(13.20%)大鼠体重和采食量显著增加,其料重比为2.30±0.06,低于与对照组(3.03±0.11)。4%蛋黄组显著降低了大鼠最终体重和采食量,料重比升高至3.35±0.11,显著高于对照组。添加1.6%和7.20%蛋黄组大鼠体重和采食量均有下降。与对照组相比,添加蛋黄为7.20%的料重比较高(3.18±0.05),而1.6%蛋黄组的饲料重比(2.92±0.11)略低于对照组。高蛋白(7.2%和13.2%)含量饲料饲喂大鼠能显著增加其血清中Tc.TG和LDLc.量,而HDL含量降低。4%蛋黄饲喂大鼠能降低血清Tc.TG和LDL-c.量,增加HDL含量。各组间血清AST和ALT浓度无显著差异,即高水平蛋清或蛋黄食用不影响肝功能。与对照组相比,饲料中添加1.6%和4%蛋黄组大鼠海马c.1区神经元细胞形态完整、数量丰富。而7.2%蛋黄组大鼠海马c.1区神经元细胞形态结构有所损伤,完整细胞数量减少。仅饲喂蛋白组大鼠海马c.1区神经元有部分损伤,且细胞数量减少。BDNF和trk B作为BDNF的高亲和力受体,在蛋白摄入组表达量显著低于蛋黄摄入组(pc.1区神经元发育;食用蛋黄可通过增加BDNF和trk B基因表达量而增加大脑认知功能。

Polyac.ylamide (PAM) is the most inorganic.polymer type whic. is usually used in injec.ion for enhanc.d oil rec.very. Furthermore, hydrolyzed polyac.ylamide (HPAM) is a c.mmon polymer used in polymer injec.ion, but it has the sensitivity towards salinity and temperature. Thus, the experiment modified PAM and HPAM with silic. aims to improve the performanc. of polymer toward temperature and salinity. This experiment inc.uded polymer synthesis, polymer modific.tion, rheologic.l measurement of the produc. and reservoir modeling study. Some experiments were performed to assess the feasibility of the produc.. In the polymer injec.ion simulation, the properties of a polymer are referred to as produc. properties. The best outc.me is selec.ed to be implemented in SBR field. Prior to do trial in the real SBR field, the study by simulation is needed. The simulation predic.s the inc.emental oil rec.very and helps to determine an optimum injec.ion rate and the best injec.ion well loc.tion. The SBR field temperature, the salinity and the oil visc.sity were about 60?c. 10,000 ppm and 2.64 c., respec.ively. From the visc.sity measurement, it was c.nc.uded that HPAM-Si was qualified to bec.me a displac.ng agent bec.use it had the highest visc.sity among other produc. whic. was about 9.8 c.. The simulator used in this study was blac. oil IMEX-c.G simulator. The three sc.narios applied were the base c.se, water injec.ion and polymer injec.ion. The base c.se gained rec.very about 15.26%, whereas the water injec.ion with a rate of about 2000 bbl/day gained oil rec.very about 21.33%. The best sc.nario is polymer injec.ion, where the optimum polymer injec.ion rate is about 2000 bbl/day and the highest rec.very is approximately 30.73%.
