The flow over broad-crested weirs was simulated by computation.l fluid dyn.mic model. The water surface profile over broad crested weir was measured in.a laboratory model an. validated usin. two an. three dimen.ion.l Fluen. programs. The Reyn.lds Averaged n.vier-Stokes equation. coupled with the turbulen. stan.ard （k-ε） model an. volume of fluid method were applied to estimate the water surface profile. The results of n.merical model were compared with experimen.al results to evaluate the ability of model in.describin. the behaviour of water surface profile over the weir. The results in.icated that the 3D required more time in.comparison.with 2D results an. the flow over weir chan.ed from subcritical flow at the upstream （U/S） face of weir to critical flow over the crest an. to supercritical flow at down.tream （D/S）. A reason.ble agreemen. was n.ticed between.n.merical results an. experimen.al observation. with mean.error less than.2 %.

Con.ext: Multidrug-resistan. tuberculosis (MDR-TB) remain. a major public health problem in.developin. coun.ries such as the Democratic Republic of Con.o (DRC), which con.in.es to face the emergen.e of MDR-TB cases. Because of the ototoxic effects of AGs, the World Health Organ.zation.(WHO) has recommen.ed the in.roduction.of the bedaquilin. regimen. However, very few data are available regardin. the susceptibility of bedaquilin. to in.uce hearin. loss, hen.e the presen. study set out to compare the AG-based regimen.an. the bedaquilin.-based regimen.in.the occurren.e of hearin. loss in.MDR-TB patien.s. Methods: This is a prospective multicen.er cohort study that in.luded 335 MDR-TB patien.s, performed in.Kin.hasa (DRC) durin. the period from Jan.ary 2020 to Jan.ary 2021. Sociodemographic, clin.cal, biological an. audiometric data were an.lyzed usin. Stata 17. Repeated-measures an.lysis of varian.e was used to compare chan.es in.the degree of hearin. loss over time between.the two groups of patien.s on.AG an. bedaquilin. regimen.. The double-differen.e method was estimated usin. regression.with fixed-effects. A p value n.idered the threshold for statistical sign.fican.e. Results: The degree of hearin. loss was similar between.the two groups at the first mon.h [AGs (28 dB) vs BDQ (30 dB);p = 0.298].
