Date palm(Phoenix dactylifera),one of the most ancient crops,is grown commercially in>30 *** whole plastome assemblies,phylogenetic analyses revealed that cultivated date palm accessions share the same clade with Phoenix sylvestris,Phoenix pusilla and Phoenix acaulis,which are native to the Indian subcontinent,and Phoenix caespitosa that is native to the Arabian Peninsula and the deserts of *** of genetic diversity and genetic relationships among date palm accessions from 13 producing countries involved 195 date palm accessions that were genotyped at 19 microsatellite *** genetic diversity was observed,with many accessions heterozygous for most markers in this clonally propagated *** average number of alleles per locus(42.1),expected heterozygosity(0.8),observed heterozygosity(0.47)and fixation indices(FST=0.42)demonstrated substantial genetic diversity and population *** accessions were found to have the richest allelic diversity,and the most private *** model-based Bayesian method indicated that these accessions could be broadly divided into two structure groups,one group with predominantly African accessions and another predominantly *** germplasm,especially from Tunisia and Iraq,deviated from this *** accessions in the STRUCTURE-derived groups were found to be genetic admixtures,with gene flow between Asian and African *** and Pakistani date palms were found to be most closely related to North African germplasm.

Eremurus species,better known as‘Foxtail Lily’or‘Desert Candle’,are important worldwide in landscaping and the cutflower *** of the centers of highest diversity of the genus Eremurus is Iran,which has seven ***,little is known about the genetic diversity within the genus *** the advent of genotyping-bysequencing(GBS),it is possible to develop and employ single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)markers in a costefficient manner in any species,regardless of its ploidy level,genome size or availability of a reference *** structure and phylogeographic analyses of the genus Eremurus in Iran using a minimum of 3002 SNP markers identified either at the genus level or at the species level from GBS data showed longitudinal geographic structuring at the country scale for the genus and for the species *** and ***,and at the regional scale for *** analyses furthermore showed a close genetic relatedness between *** and *** to the extent that they should be considered subspecies within an ***/stenophyllus species *** close genetic relatedness may explain why crosses between these two(sub)species have been found in the wild and are exploited extensively as ***,current species identification,while robust,relies on flower morphology.A subset of seven SNPs with species-specific(private)alleles were selected that differentiate the seven Eremurus *** markers will be especially useful for cultivar protection and in hybrid production,where true hybrids could be identified at the seedling stage.

Which prognostic factors should be used in pulmonary arterial hypertension in elderly patients？

In recent times, the prevalence of pulmonary arterial hypertension creased prevalence of hypertension, diabetes, obesity, arterial stiffness, （PAH） is more commonly seen among elderly populations. The inas well as diastolic dysfunction, may cause endothelial dysfunction and affect pulmonary vasculature. Furthermore, older patients have certain differences in clinical characteristics and outcomes. In this article the special characteristics of aging in PAH patients have been reviewed, while the risk predictors of elderly patients are also discussed.

Mechanochemical sulfidization of a mixed oxide-sulphide copper ore by co-grinding with sulfur and its effect on the flotation efficiency

Mechanochemical sulfidization of a mixed sulfide/oxide copper ore by co-grinding with sulfur and additives including Mg(NO3)2 and Fe(NO3)3 salts and iron,aluminum and magnesium powders was investigated for the first ***,the influence of sulfidization during the wet-milling process was examined on the separation efficiency and recovery of copper in *** results demonstrated that co-grinding with sulfur solely had the best flotation performance at the value of 0.5 wt.%and it was attributed to the possible existence of S\\O bonding on copper oxides *** addition,adding magnesium nitrate salt,magnesium powder,iron nitrate salt and aluminum powder as additive associated with 0.5 wt%sulfur into ball milling caused the flotation improvement at the amounts of 0.2 wt%,0.2 wt%,0.5 wt%and 0.5 wt%,***,the effect of grinding time and sulfidization pH with 0.5 wt%sulfur solely was determined and pH s of 7.5 to 8.5 gave the best *** highest recovery(75.76%)and separation efficiency(63.44%)were achieved at pH of 7.5 and 8.5,respectively.

The satellite technology proves its impact in the modern era with itswide benefits and applications. However, the cost of the development in this fieldpresents gaps in many countries, almost the developed countries. Therefore, thispaper provides a rich platform around low-cost sensors in order to improve maturity in space technology, mostly the system of attitude determination and *** development of this knowledge turns out to be very interesting in order toachieve a space mission which leads to the progression of the spatial technologyreadiness level (TRL) defined by the international measurement scale which isable to estimate the technological maturity. Thus, the idea is carried out for thedevelopment of low-cost sensors’ system for attitude determination around anArduino board. A sensor fusion method was applied on three types of sensors:accelerometer, magnetometer, and gyroscope in order to detect the reliable orientation. It is aimed to apply quaternion based Kalman filter on different platformthan previous systems. It is succeeded therefore to improve measurementaccuracy around low-cost sensor to achieve the main goal of this paper.

Selective separation of gallium from aluminum in SDS–Ga–Al and SDS–Ga–Al–fluoride systems by ion flotation

Selective separation of gallium from aluminum by ion flotation using sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) as an anionic surfactant and fluoride as an inorganic ligand was investigated. The experimental results were analyzed using the stability constants and speciation diagrams of fluoride metal complexes. The presence of fluoride in the solution has a positive influence upon the separation of gallium from aluminum. The results show that increasing the fluoride concentration makes a more effective separation of gallium from aluminum because of a simultaneous increase in the complexion of aluminum with fluoride and a change in the electrical charge of the aluminum(ALF_4^-). The dehydration model of LIU and DOYLE was also applied to compare the ion flotation and the selectivity coefficients of gallium over aluminum with experimental results.

Multi-segmented nanowires for vortex magnetic domain wall racetrack memory

A vortex domain wall's(VW) magnetic racetrack memory's high performance depends on VW structural stability,high speed, low power consumption and high storage density. In this study, these critical parameters were investigated in magnetic multi-segmented nanowires using micromagnetic simulation. Thus, an offset magnetic nanowire with a junction at the center was proposed for this purpose. This junction was implemented by shifting one portion of the magnetic nanowire horizontally in the x-direction(l) and vertically(d) in the y-direction. The VW structure became stable by manipulating magnetic properties, such as magnetic saturation(M_(4)) and magnetic anisotropy energy(K_(u)). In this case, increasing the values of M_(4) ≥ 800 kA/m keeps the VW structure stable during its dynamics and pinning and depinning in offset nanowires,which contributes to maintenance of the storage memory's lifetime for a longer period. It was also found that the VW moved with a speed of 500 m/s, which is desirable for VW racetrack memory devices. Moreover, it was revealed that the VW velocity could be controlled by adjusting the offset area dimensions(l and d), which helps to drive the VW by using low current densities and reducing the thermal-magnetic spin fluctuations. Further, the depinning current density of the VW(J_(d)) over the offset area increases as d increases and l decreases. In addition, magnetic properties, such as the M_(4) and K_(u),can affect the depinning process of the VW through the offset area. For high storage density, magnetic nanowires(multisegmented) with four junctions were designed. In total, six states were found with high VW stability, which means three bits per cell. Herein, we observed that the depinning current density(J_(d)) for moving the VW from one state to another was highly influenced by the offset area geometry(l and d) and the material's magnetic properties, such as the M_(4) and K_(u).

Calculation of the structural properties of a strange quark star in the presence of a strong magnetic field using a density dependent bag constant

We have calculated the structural properties of a strange quark star with a static model in the presence of a strong magnetic field. To this end, we use the MIT bag model with a density dependent bag constant. To parameterize the density dependence of the bag constant, we have used our results for the lowest order constrained variational calculation of the asymmetric nuclear matter. By calculating the equation of state of strange quark matter, we have shown that the pressure of this system increases by increasing both density and magnetic field. Finally, we have investigated the effect of density dependence of the bag constant on the structural properties of a strange quark star.

Real Clifford Windowed Fourier Transform

We study the windowed Fourier transform in the framework of Clifford analysis, which we call the Clifford windowed Fourier transform （CWFT）. Based on the spectral representation of the Clifford Fourier transform （CFT）, we derive several important properties such as shift, modulation, reconstruction formula, orthogonality relation, isometry, and reproducing kernel. We also present an example to show the differences between the classical windowed Fourier transform （WFT） and the CWFT. Finally, as an application we establish a Heisenberg type uncertainty principle for the CWFT.
