[Objectives]This study was conducted to screen lavandulyl flavonoids with anti-inflammatory activity from Sophora flavescens.[Methods]35 compounds were screened from traditional Chinese medicine *** using the nitric oxide(NO)anti-inflammatory activity model.[Results]Five components,8(xanthohumol),13(kurarinol),27(4-methoxysalicylic acid),28(b-resorcic acid)and 30(b-resorcic acid),exhibited significant anti-inflammatory activity,with IC 50 values of 5.99,4.76,6.96,3.41 and 5.22μM,***,8(xanthohumol)and 13(kurarinol)were typical lavandulyl flavonoids in ***,which were worth further ***,UPLC-Q-Exactive and GNPS molecular networking technique were used for rapid analysis of lavandulyl flavonoids from ***.A total of 15 components were identified.[Conclusions]This work lays a theoretical foundation for further separation and analysis of lavandulyl flavonoids with anti-inflammatory activity from ***.

[Objectives]To explore the therapeutic effect of Polygonum capitatum on renal calculus in rats based on network pharmacology.[Methods]Through the preliminary construction of ***-urolithiasis disease target network,explore the active components,action pathway and action target of ***-urolithiasis treatment,and use 1%ethylene glycol+2%ammonium chloride to induce SD rat kidney calcium oxalate stone model to verify the efficacy of ***-urolithiasis treatment.[Results]Through the network pharmacological prediction,it is found that the important active components in *** were quercetin,gallic acid,rutin,silybin,catechin,kaempferol and so on;potential active targets include INS,CAT,IL-6,MOCOS,*** results also suggest that forkhead transcription factor signaling pathway(FoxO signaling pathway),tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway(TNF signaling pathway)and hypoxia-inducible factor signaling pathway(HIF-1 signaling pathway)are the core *** results of biochemical indicators in animal experiment showed that the contents of serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in renal tissue in the treatment group(200,500 mg/kg)were significantly lower than those in the model group,while the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was significantly higher than that in the model *** addition,the kidney tissue H&E staining sections showed that *** alcohol extract administration group rats kidney calcium oxalate crystals were significantly reduced compared with the model group,the degree of renal tubular lumen expansion was lighter than the model group,suggesting that *** alcohol extract has the effect of improving renal calculus in rats.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical reference for the deep development of *** in the treatment of renal calculus.

Objective Human adenovirus(HAdV)infection is common and can develop to serious conditions with high mortality,yet the mechanism of HAdV infection remains *** the present study,the serum metabolite profiles of HAdV-7-infected patients with pneumonia or upper respiratory tract infection(URTI)were *** In total,35 patients were enrolled in the study following an outbreak of HAdV-7 in the army,of whom 14 had pneumonia and 21 had *** samples were collected at the acute stage and at the recovery stage and were analyzed by untargeted *** Over 90% of the differential metabolites identified between the pneumonia patients and URTI patients were lipids and lipid-like molecules,including glycerophospholipids,fatty acyls,and *** metabolic pathways that were significantly enriched were primarily the lipid metabolism pathways,including sphingolipid metabolism,glycerophospholipid metabolism,and linoleic acid *** sphingolipid metabolism was identified as a significantly differential pathway between the pneumonia patients and URTI patients and between the acute and recovery stages for the pneumonia patients,but not between the acute and recovery stages for the URTI *** and lactosylceramide,involved in sphingolipid metabolism,were significantly higher in the pneumonia patients than in the URTI patients with good discrimination abilities[area under curve(AUC)0.742 and 0.716,respectively;combination AUC 0.801].Conclusion Our results suggested that HAdV modulated lipid metabolism for both the patients with URTI and pneumonia,especially the sphingolipid metabolism involving ceramide and lactosylceramide,which might thus be a potential intervention target in the treatment of HAdV infection.

基于0.18μm CMOS工艺设计了一款低温漂延时电路,适用于不能使用锁相环电路又对信号传输精度有要求的低功耗传感检测应用。采用正温度系数的偏置电压,通过电流镜为延时电路提供一个正温度系数的偏置电流,利用偏置电流约束电路的延时温漂,实现温漂粗调。采用数字时间转换器,通过外部输入配置,对粗调后的延时进行动态细调,使得延时电路具有更高的动态稳定性和更低的温漂特性。电路测试结果表明,在3.3 V的电源电压下,-55~125℃内延时电路的温度系数为125×10^(-6)/℃,静态功耗仅为0.72 mW。

[Objectives]To discover novel compounds with significant anti-inflammatory activity in the alcohol extract of Polygonum capitatum.[Methods]Firstly,a new flavonoid glycoside,capitaone B(1),was isolated from the ethyl acetate extract from ***,and then 27 compounds were screened using NO anti-inflammatory activity model.[Results]Four compounds,such as kaempferol(12),1,2,6-trigalloyl-β-d-glucose(15),catechin(16)andβ-sitosterol(26),could significantly inhibit LPS-induced NO production in macrophages,with IC 50 values of 15.31,8.43,6.92 and 5.72μM,respectively.[Conclusions]The chemical composition and anti-inflammatory activity of *** were preliminarily studied,and the results provide a theoretical basis for further research on the action mechanism of subsequent anti-inflammatory active compounds of ***.

目的探讨鲍氏不动杆菌血流感染的分离株耐药性及毒力相关基因分布差异。方法分析2018年1月-2021年12月从常州市疾病预防控制中心等数家合作医疗机构中检出的鲍氏不动杆菌的标本来源、感染科室分布及耐药状况;全自动微生物药敏分析仪做菌株鉴定、药敏试验,多位点序列分型探讨菌株克隆型,黏液拉丝试验鉴定菌株的毒力表型,聚合酶链式反应检测菌株毒力基因、荚膜血清型。结果鲍氏不动杆菌菌株主要来源于痰、伤口分泌物、血液标本;鲍氏不动杆菌菌株分布主要科室是重症监护病房(ICU)、创伤显微外科、神经外科;鲍氏不动杆菌菌株对亚胺培南、美罗培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药率比较高,具有多药耐药和广泛耐药性;鲍式不动杆菌菌株种包含15种ST型(牛津分型),主要为ST195,共检测出黏液丝试验阳性菌株22株(占比15.28%),共检出40株荚膜血清型(占比27.78%),菌株毒力基因主要为abaI、ompA、HemO、bap、CsuE、bfmS基因。结论鲍氏不动杆菌菌株主要来源于痰等标本,主要分布在ICU,其多药耐药及广泛耐药率均较高。鲍氏不动杆菌菌株以ST195型为主要流行菌株。鲍氏不动杆菌携带多种毒力基因,临床应严格防控重症监护病房中耐药高毒力鲍氏不动杆菌菌株的传播。

An integrated MINLP model for multi-party coordination in downstream oil supply chain

Cooperation among enterprises can bring overall and individual performance improvement, and a smooth coordination method is indispensable. However, due to the lack of customized coordination methods, cooperation in the downstream oil supply chain cannot be carried out smoothly. This paper intends to propose a multi-party coordination method to promote cooperation between oil shippers and pipeline operator by optimizing oil transportation, oil substitution and pipeline pricing schemes. An integrated game-theoretic modeling and analysis approach is developed to characterize the operation behaviors of all stakeholders in the downstream oil supply chain. The proposed mixed integer nonlinear programming model constrains supply and demand capacity, transportation routes, oil substitution rules and pipeline freight levels. Logarithm transformation and price discretization are introduced for model linear approximation. Simulation experiments are carried out in the oil distribution system in South China. The results show that compared to the business-as-usual scheme, the new scheme saves transportation cost by 3.48%, increases pipeline turnover by 5.7%, and reduces energy consumption and emissions by 7.66% and 6.77%. It is proved that the proposed method improves the revenue of the whole system, achieves fair revenue distribution, and also improves the energy and environmental benefits of the oil supply chain.

Despite the widespread use of malaria rapid diagnostic test(RDT)in clinical practice,there are a lot of *** conducted a secondary analysis of 129 malaria RDT data from rounds 5–8 of the World Health Organization(WHO)product testing summary and discuss the causes of false-negative(FN)results with a focus on low parasite density,improper RDT storage,operation and interpretation,and Plasmodium falciparum with a pfhrp2/3 gene *** results demonstrated that the malaria RDTs currently commercially available might cause FN results in practice.

Attributing to the rapid demand expansion for the edible medicinal materials in the market,the limited throughput of highperformance liquid chromatography-multiple reaction monitoring(HPLC-MRM)cannot fully address the measurement workload for a huge number of testing ***,it is urgent to pursue more efficient approaches for the quality *** of the greater selectivity of MRM cubed(MRM^(3))over MRM,there might be a chance to omit the time-intensive LC *** current study,we attempted to develop a direct infusion(DI)-MRM^(3) program,and the applicability was thereafter assessed through simultaneous determination of four ganoderic acids(GAs)in one of the most famous tonic herbal medicines namely Ganoderma(Chinese name:Lingzhi).Primary parameters such as Q1>Q3>QLIT ion transitions,collision energy(CE),and excitation energy were optimized by programming online energy-resolved mass spectrometry with authentic compounds.A single DI-MRM measurement merely costed four minutes,and in spite of the wide occurrences of isomers,satisfactory selectivity was *** validation assays demonstrated the method to be sensitive,precise,accurate,and *** quantitative results from DI-MRM^(3) were also justified by conducting LC-MRM measurements in *** differences occurred for the content patterns between the two original sources namely Ganoderma lucidum and ***,and,moreover,either cultivar or harvest time showed dramatical influence on the quantitative features of the four targeted *** importantly,DI-MRM3 is a meaningful analytical option for rapid quantitative analysis of herbal medicines,because of the comparable reliability,nonetheless,less consumptions of both measurement time and solvent,compared with LC-MRM.
