Multi-process production occurs in the iron and steel industry,supporting‘dual carbon'target:An in-depth study of CO_(2)emissions from different processes

Reducing CO_(2)emissions of the iron and steel industry,a typical heavy CO_(2)-emitting sector is the only way that must be passed to achieve the‘dual-carbon’goal,especially in *** previous studies,however,it is still unknown what is the difference between blast furnace basic oxygen furnace(BF-boF),scrap-electric furnace(scrap-EF)and hydrogen metallurgy *** quantitative research on the key factors affecting CO_(2)emissions is insufficient There is also a lack of research on the prediction of CO_(2)emissions by adjusting industria *** on material flow analysis,this study establishes carbon flow diagrams o three processes,and then analyze the key factors affecting CO_(2)***_(2)emissions of the iron and steel industry in the future is predicted by adjusting industrial structure The results show that:(1)The CO_(2)emissions of BF-boF,scrap-EF and hydrogen metallurgy process in a site are 1417.26,542.93 and 1166.52 kg,respectively.(2)By increasing pellet ratio in blast furnace,scrap ratio in electric furnace,etc.,can effectively reduce CO_(2)emissions(3)Reducing the crude steel output is the most effective CO_(2)reduction *** is still 5.15×10^(8)-6.17×10^(8) tons of CO_(2)that needs to be reduced by additional measures.

An asymmetric catalytic strategy in photocatalysis utilizing a chirality-induced approach through an organocatalytic/photoredox relay catalysis strategy is successfully achieved for the rapid construction of polycyclic compounds containing vicinal amino alcohols in a one-pot protocol. This methodology facilitates the efficient synthesis of diverse substituted polycyclic tetrahydroquinoline and benzofuran-derived vicinal amino alcohols, each containing five consecutive chiral centers, with high yields,excellent diastereoselectivities and enantioselectivities(up to 95% yield, >20:1 dr and 98% ee), under mild reaction conditions driven by sequential bifunctional squaramide organocatalyst-catalyzed [4+2] annulation and photocatalyst-catalyzed ketyl radical addition cyclization reaction process. Furthermore, investigations into the stereoselectivity mechanism and high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS) experiments on free radical trapping have provided evidence for elucidating the detailed mechanism of chirality-induced processes and chiral intermediate conversions in this procedure.

Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)transplantation is a promising strategy for osteoporosis ***,limited sources and poor tissue-homing efficiency limit their clinical *** this study,we isolated a kind of MSCs from women’s menstrual blood(MenSCs)noninvasively and established a novel MSCs bone marrow-targeted delivery system by utilizing waterin-oil-in-water droplet *** were encapsulated withinβ-cyclodextrin-functionalized alginate microcapsules loaded with zoledronates,which has a high affinity for *** this delivery system,MenSCs could be preferentially delivered to the bone marrow tissues via intravenous infusion,and restored bone mass by remodeling the bone marrow niche in situ in ovariectomized mouse ***,scRNA-seq analysis demonstrated that those MenSCs homed to the bone marrow recruited CD4^(+)FOXP3^(+)natural regulatory T(nT_(reg))cells by secreting *** recruited nTreg promoted CD8^(+)T cells to secret Wnt family member 10B(WNT10B),activating the Wnt signaling in osteoblasts and thus promoting bone formation in situ in the bone *** study reveals a promising application of MenSCs in postmenopausal osteoporosis treatment and highlights the clinical value of MenSCs by encouraging women to reserve autologous MenSCs before menopause to prevent and alleviate postmenopausal osteoporosis.

This study investigates the coupling response of cables inside a metal cavity under X-ray irradiation using the finite-difference time-domain method, particle simulation method, and transmission-line equation to solve the electromagnetic field inside the cavity and load voltage at the cable terminal under X-ray excitation. The results show that under a strong ionizing radiation environment of 1J/cm2\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$${1}\,{\hbox {J/cm}{2}}$$\end{document}, a strong electromagnetic environment is generated inside the cavity. The cable shielding layer terminal couples a voltage of 15.32 V, whereas the core wire terminal couples a voltage of 0.31 V. Under strong X-ray irradiation, the metal cavity not only fails to provide electromagnetic shielding, but also introduces new electromagnetic interference. This study also provides a method for reducing the number of emitted electrons by adding low-Z materials, which can effectively reduce the coupled electric field and voltage.

In order to improve the problems that the minimum hamming weight(MHW) of the polar codes of the traditional Gaussian approximation(GA) construction is small and its performance is not good enough, an improved channel construction algorithm of polar codes based on frozen bits is proposed by combining the construction of the Reed-Muller(RM) code to effectively increase the MHW and analyzing the correcting and checking functions of the frozen bits in the successive cancellation list(SCL) decoding.

In this paper, we explore a distributed online convex optimization problem over a time-varying multi-agent network. The network aims to minimize a global loss function through local computation and communication with neighboring agents. To effectively handle the optimization problem which involves highdimensional and structural constraint sets, we develop a distributed online multiple Frank-Wolfe algorithm that circumvents the expensive computational cost associated with projection operations. The dynamic regret bounds are established as O(T1-γ+ HT) with the linear oracle number O(T1+γ), which depends on the horizon（total iteration number） T, the function variation HT, and the tuning parameter 0 bound can be enhanced to O（1 +HT）. Moreover, we explore the significant advantages provided by the multiple iteration technique and reveal a trade-off between dynamic regret bound, computational cost, and communication cost. Finally,the performance of our algorithm is validated and compared through the distributed online ridge regression problems with two constraint sets.

Full concentration gradient lithium-rich layered oxides are catching lots of interest as the next generation cathode for lithium-ion batteries due to their high discharge voltage,reduced voltage decay and enhanced rate performance,whereas the high lithium residues on its surface impairs the structure stability and long-term cycle ***,a facile multifunctional surface modification method is implemented to eliminate surface lithium residues of full concentration gradient lithium-rich layered oxides by a wet chemistry reaction with tetrabutyl titanate and the post-annealing *** realizes not only a stable Li_(2)TiO_(3)coating layer with 3D diffusion channels for fast Li^(+)ions transfer,but also dopes partial Ti^(4+)ions into the sub-surface region of full concentration gradient lithium-rich layered oxides to further strengthen its crystal ***,the modified full concentration gradient lithium-rich layered oxides exhibit improved structure stability,elevated thermal stability with decomposition temperature from 289.57℃to 321.72℃,and enhanced cycle performance(205.1 mAh g^(-1)after 150 cycles)with slowed voltage drop(1.67 mV per cycle).This work proposes a facile and integrated modification method to enhance the comprehensive performance of full concentration gradient lithium-rich layered oxides,which can facilitate its practical application for developing higher energy density lithium-ion batteries.
