油柑品种制汁特性评价及特征性风味成分分析

为探究不同油柑品种的加工适宜性,为油柑汁加工产业发展提供参考,本文以广东和广西两省主栽的8个油柑品种为原料,分别测定果汁的理化指标、活性成分、抗氧化能力及挥发性香气成分,并利用相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析、“合理-满意度”多维价值理论分析建立油柑品种制汁适宜性评价方法。结果表明,不同品种油柑汁品质具有显著性差异(P1的香气成分15种,反式-2-癸烯醛、正辛醛、壬醛为油柑汁的主要香气成分;通过主成分分析提取了6个主成分,累计方差贡献率达96.033%,结合聚类分析,将品质指标简化为糖酸比、出汁率、总糖、褐变度、没食子酸、苹果酸、乳酸7个代表性指标,利用“合理-满意度”多维价值理论建立了油柑汁评价模型,综合排名为‘丙甜’>‘赤皮’>‘玻璃’>‘白玉’>‘灵山4号’>‘平丹1号’>‘水晶’>‘直生苗’,与感官评价排名结果具有高度正相关性。该研究可为两广地区油柑制汁品种的选择提供理论参考。

Preparation of porous silica spheres with self-dispersing properties

A sol-gel procedure in a water/oil emulsion was introduced for the synthesis of porous silica spheres. Tetraethoxysilane was used as the silica source. The specific surface area and total pore volume of the product reached 772.3 m2/g and 0.663 cm3/g, respectively. The electrolyte washing process conferred a surface charge to the product, which displayed self-dispersal properties in water. The porous spheres have potential applications in the fields of drug delivery, controlled release capsules, indoor air pollutant scavengers, and hydrogen storage agents. The oil phase, which accounts for over 8O% of the chemical cost of the procedure, could largely be recycled by filtering, standing, and layering. The whole procedure is suitable for application as an industrial process.

Pressure, as a thermodynamic parameter, provides an appropriate method to detect weak intermolecular interactions. The C–H···H–B dihydrogen bond is so weak that the experimental evidence of this interaction is still limited. A combination of in situ high pressure Raman spectra and angle-dispersive X-ray diffraction(ADXRD) experiments was utilized to explore the dihydrogen bonds in dimethylamine borane(DMAB). both Raman and ADXRD measurements suggested that the crystal structure of DMAB is stable in the pressure region from 1 atm(1 atm=1.01325×10~5 Pa) to 0.54 GPa. The red shift of CH stretching and CH_3 distortion modes gave strong evidence for the existence of C–H···H–B dihydrogen bonds. Further analysis of Raman spectra and Hirshfeld surface confirmed our proposal. This work provided a deeper understanding of dihydrogen *** we wish that high pressure could be applied to identify other unconfirmed hydrogen or dihydrogen bond.

Based on the test data of frictional materials and previous research achievements in this field, a generalized non-linear strength theory (GNST) is proposed. It describes non-linear strength properties on the π-plane and the meridian plane using a unified formula, and it includes almost all the present non-linear strength theories, which can be used in just one material. The shape of failure function of the GNST is a smooth curve between the SMP criterion and the Mises criterion on the π-plane, and an exponential curve on the meridian plane. Through the transformed stress space based on the GNST, the combination of the GNST and various constitutive models using p and q as stress parameters can be realized simply and rationally in three-dimensional stress state. The search for a novel strategy to sculpt semiconductor nanowires （NWs） at the atomistic scale is crucial for the development of new paradigms in optics, electronics, and spintronics. Thus far, the fabrication of single-crystalline kinked semiconductor NWs has been achieved mainly through the vapor-liquid-solid growth technique. In this study, we developed a new strategy for sculpting single-crystalline kinked wurtzite （WZ） MnSe NWs by triggering the nonpolar axial-oriented growth, thereby switching--at the atomistic scale---the NW growth orientation along the nonpolar axes in a facile solution-based procedure. This presents substantial challenges owing to the dominant polar c axis growth in the solution-based synthesis of one-dimensional WZ nanocrystals. More significantly, the ability to continuously switch the nonpolar axial-growth orientation allowed us to craft the kinking landscape of types 150°, 120°, 90°, and 60°. A probabilistic analysis of kinked MnSe NWs reveals the correlations of the synergy and interplay between these two sets of nonpolar axial growth-orientation switching, which determine the actual kinked motifs. Furthermore, discriminating the side-facet structures of the kinked NWs significantly strengthened the spatially selected interaction of Au nanoparticles. We envisage that such a facile solution-based strategy can be useful for synthesizing other single-crystalline kinked WZ-type transition-metal dichalcogenide NWs to develop novel functional materials with finely tuned properties.
