Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

Background The guidelines addressed the evidence-based indications for the management of children with acute infectious diarrhea in Chinese pediatric population. Data sources The experts group of evidence development put forward clinical problems, collects evidence, forms prelimi-nary recommendations, and then uses open-ended discussions to form recommendations. The literature review was done for developing this guideline in databases including PubMed, Cochrane, EMBASE, china Biomedical Database, and Chinese Journal Full-text Database up to June 2013. Search the topic 'acute diarrhea' or 'enteritis' and 'adolescent' or 'child' or'Pediatric patient' or 'Baby' or 'Infant'. Results For the treatment of mild, moderate dehydration, hypotonic oral rehydration solutions (ORS) are strongly recom-mended. Intravenous (IV) rehydration is recommended for severe dehydration, with a mixture of alkali-containing dextrose sodium solution. Nasogastric feeding tube rehydration is used for children with severe dehydration without IV infusion conditions with ORS solution. Regular feeding should resume as soon as possible after oral rehydration or IV rehydration. The lactose-free diet can shorten the diarrhea duration. Zinc supplements are recommended in children with acute infectious diarrhea. Saccharomyces boulardii and Lactobacillus Rhamnus are recommended to be used in acute watery diarrhea. Sac-charomyces boulardii is recommended in children with antibiotic-associated diarrhea as well. Montmorillonite and Racec-adotril (acetorphan) can improve the symptoms of diarrhea or shorten the course of acute watery diarrhea. Antibiotics are recommended with dysenteric-like diarrhea, suspected cholera with severe dehydration, immunodeficiency, and premature delivery children with chronic underlying disease;otherwise, antibiotics are not recommended. Conclusion The principles of the most controversial treatments with of acute infectious disease are reaching to a consensus in china.

Soil salinity is a growing concern for global crop production and the sustainable development of ***,it is crucial to comprehend salt tolerance mechanisms and identify salt-tolerance genes to enhance crop tolerance to salt *** glauca,a halophyte species well adapted to the seawater environment,possesses a unique ability to absorb and retain high salt concentrations within its cells,particularly in its leaves,suggesting the presence of a distinct mechanism for salt *** this study,we performed de novo sequencing of the *** *** genome has a size of 1.02 Gb(consisting of two sets of haplotypes)and contains 54761 annotated genes,including alleles and *** genomic analysis revealed a strong synteny between the genomes of *** and Beta *** the *** genome,70.56%comprises repeat sequences,with retroelements being the most *** the allele-aware assembly of the *** genome,we investigated genome-wide allele-specific expression in the analyzed *** results indicated that the diversity in promoter sequences might contribute to consistent allele-specific ***,a systematic analysis of the ABCE gene families shed light on the formation of ***’s flower morphology,suggesting that dysfunction of A-class genes is responsible for the absence of petals in *** family expansion analysis demonstrated significant enrichment of Gene Ontology(GO)terms associated with DNA repair,chromosome stability,DNA demethylation,cation binding,and red/far-red light signaling pathways in the co-expanded gene families of *** and ***,in comparison with glycophytic species within the chenopodium ***-course transcriptome analysis under salt treatments revealed detailed responses of *** to salt tolerance,and the enrichment of the transition-upregulated genes in the leaves associated with DNA repair and chromosome stability,lipid biosynthetic process,an

Because china is becoming an aging society,the incidence of diabetes and diabetic foot have been *** foot has become one of the main health-related killers due to its high disability and mortality *** pressure wound therapy(NPWT)is one of the most effective techniques for the treatment of diabetic foot wounds and great progress,both in terms of research and its clinical application,has been made in the last 20 years of its ***,due to the complex pathogenesis and management of diabetic foot,irregular application of NPWT often leads to complications,such as infection,bleeding and necrosis,that seriously affect its treatment *** 2020,under the leadership of Burns,Trauma and Tissue Repair Committee of the Cross-Straits Medicine Exchange Association,the writing group for‘Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds’was established with the participation of scholars from the specialized areas of burns,endocrinology,vascular surgery,orthopedics and wound *** on evidence-based practice suggested by the latest clinical research,this consensus proposes the best clinical practice guidelines for the application and prognostic evaluation of NPWT for diabetic *** consensus aims to support the formation of standardized treatment schemes that clinicians can refer to when treating cases of diabetic foot.

以丙酮、二甲胺和甲醛为原料,采用一锅法溶液缩聚制备了一种新型阳离子高分子絮凝剂CPF.通过红外、核磁共振氢谱、凝胶渗透色谱和元素分析对CPF的分子结构进行了表征,通过絮凝实验研究了CPF对水中阴离子染料的絮凝脱色效果并探讨了絮凝机理.研究表明,CPF重均分子量为1.81×10~4,拥有胺基、醇羟基、羰基和醚键等极性官能团,大量质子化胺基赋予其很高的阳离子度.CPF对酸性、直接和活性阴离子染料的絮凝脱色率均达95%以上,脱色率随溶液pH降低而升高且不受水中无机盐的影响.该絮凝行为是"吸附电中和"与"吸附架桥"效应共同作用的结果.CPF对实际印染废水同样具有良好的絮凝脱色效果,但对组分复杂的混合印染废水化学需氧量(COD)的去除率较低,因此可作为一种高效的物化处理手段与生化处理配合用于印染废水的工业化处理.

以多官能团单体为原料,由溶液缩聚法合成了阳离子凝胶并将其负载于棉纱制备了凝胶-棉纱复合吸附滤芯。通过静态和动态吸附实验分别研究了凝胶和滤芯对水中阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)的吸附行为并探讨了吸附机理。研究表明,吸附作用主要基于凝胶与SDBS间静电引力和氢键作用,吸附过程主要由凝胶内扩散吸附行为主导,其平衡吸附量可达850 mg/g以上。溶液pH和NaCl含量等环境因素对吸附效果有显著影响。将凝胶负载于棉纱制备的复合吸附滤芯可较好地适应其内扩散吸附的行为特点,达到穿透、衰竭时对应的凝胶单位吸附量分别为285.9、562.2 mg/g。较高的动态饱和吸附量和简便的制备工艺使其具有潜在工业应用价值。

冠突散囊菌在降糖降脂功能性食品和天然药物的开发中具有重要的应用价值。分析冠突散囊菌整体代谢产物信息和产生的降糖降脂活性成分,可以为菌株的开发和应用提供理论基础和数据支持。以冠突散囊菌菌株Ys-Ec-01为试验材料,采用基于超高效液相色谱-四级杆静电场轨道阱质谱(UHPLC-QE-MS)技术的非靶向代谢组学,结合主成分分析(PCA)和正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析(OPLS-DA)方法,分析Ys-Ec-01发酵代谢产物谱,寻找降糖降脂活性产物。结果表明:Ys-Ec-01发酵后代谢产物谱发生显著变化。从代谢产物谱中,鉴定出365种发酵产物,进而筛选出205种差异发酵产物和151种主要发酵产物,鉴定到13种降糖降脂活性成分,分别是金圣草黄素、山奈酚、异鼠李素、表儿茶素、辣椒素酯、烟酸、葫芦巴碱、1-脱氧野尻霉素、尿囊素、原儿茶酸、亚油酸、胆碱和L肉碱。这些活性成分为Ys-Ec-01的降糖降脂功能研究和开发应用提供更多靶点和基本信息。

慢性难愈性创面(CRW)因其发病机制复杂、病程较长及预后差等原因,是临床上面临的最具挑战性难题之一。针对CRW病因复杂、疗效不佳的现状,相关领域诊疗专家有必要对CRW的诊疗方法进行系统性总结,并制订规范化诊疗指南。为此,中国医师协会骨科医师分会、中华医学会骨科学分会、中华医学会创伤学分会及中国医师协会急救复苏专业委员会创伤骨科与多发伤学组共同组织相关专家,依据需求牵引及循证医学的原则针对临床问题形成推荐意见,最终制订《创伤骨科慢性难愈性创面诊疗指南(2023版)》,从CRW的流行病学、诊断、治疗、术后管理、并发症预防与合并症管理及康复治疗与健康教育等方面提出9条推荐意见,为CRW的诊疗提供可靠的临床依据。
