Physicochemical properties and leaching behaviors of two typical arsenic-bearing lime?ferrate sludges(ABLFS),waste acid residue(WAR)and calcium arsenate residue(CAR),are comprehensively *** chemical composition,morphological features,phase composition and arsenic occurrence state of WAR and CAR are analyzed by ICP?AES,SEM?EDS,XRD,XPS and chemical phase *** toxicity leaching test and three-stage BCR sequential extraction procedure are utilized to investigate arsenic leaching *** results show that the contents of arsenic in WAR and CAR are2.5%and21.2%and mainly present in the phases of arsenate and arsenic oxides dispersed uniformly or agglomerated in amorphous *** leaching concentrations of arsenic excess119and1063times of TCLP standard regulatory level with leaching rates of47.66%and50.15%for WAR and CAR,***90%of extracted arsenic is in the form of acid soluble and reducible,which is the reason of high arsenic leaching toxicity and environmental activity of *** research provides comprehensive information on harmless disposal of ABLFS from industrial wastewater treatment of lime?ferrate process.

AIM To investigate the diagnostic performance of liver stiffness measurement(LSM) by elastography point quantification(Elast PQ) in animal models and determine the longitudinal changes in liver stiffness by Elast PQ after splenectomy at different stages of *** Liver stiffness was measured in sixty-eight rabbits with CCl4-induced liver fibrosis at different stages and eight healthy control rabbits by Elast PQ. Liver biopsies and blood samples were obtained at scheduled time points to assess liver function and degree of fibrosis. Thirty-one rabbits with complete data that underwent splenectomy at different stages of liver fibrosis were then included for dynamic monitoring of changes in liver stiffness by Elast PQ and liver function according to blood *** LSM by Elast PQ was significantly correlated with histologic fibrosis stage(r = 0.85, P < 0.001). The optimal cutoff values by Elast PQ were 11.27, 14.89, and 18.21 k Pa for predicting minimal fibrosis, moderate fibrosis, and cirrhosis, respectively. Longitudinalmonitoring of the changes in liver stiffness by Elast PQ showed that early splenectomy(especially F1) may delay liver fibrosis *** Elast PQ is an available, convenient, objective and non-invasive technique for assessing liver stiffness in rabbits with CCl4-induced liver fibrosis. In addition, liver stiffness measurements using Elast PQ can dynamically monitor the changes in liver stiffness in rabbit models, and in patients, after splenectomy.

Based on the data and methods provided by research literature, dispersing mathematical model of combustion process of asphalt smoke is set by theoretic analysis. Through computer programming, the dynamic combustion process of asphalt smoke is calculated to simulate an experimental model. The computing result shows that the temperature and the concentration of asphalt smoke influence its burning temperature in approximatively linear manner. The consumed quantity of fuel to ignite the asphalt smoke needs to be measured from the two factors.

针对气体激光遥测光信号微弱、环境因素干扰强等特点,结合波长调制技术,设计和研究了用于TDLAS激光遥测的高灵敏度光电探测电路(Highly Sensitive Photoelectric Detection Circuit,HSPDC)。基于波长调制技术,确定了TDLAS信号噪声抑制方法;采用光电二极管理想模型,分析了光电探测电路的线性响应特性并确定了光电二极管的关键参数;基于级联放大原理设计、仿真并对HSPDC进行测试。结果表明:所设计HSPDC的光功率检测下限为0.11 nW,信号衰减仅为0.79 dB(f=10 kHz),截止频率较现有108 V/A跨阻放大电路高一个数量级,可用于高速调制微弱光信号的探测。搭建了气体激光遥测系统,当调制频率为3 kHz时,激光遥测系统获得了良好的检测性能,检测灵敏度达到88.66 mV/ppm,检测限优于0.565 ppm,线性拟合度R2为0.9996。研究表明,研制的HSPDC光电探测电路具有响应速度快、检测灵敏度高等优点,可集成化,能满足气体激光遥测应用需求。

Peripheral nerve injury(PNI)is common and,unlike damage to the central nervous system injured nerves can effectively regenerate depending on the location and severity of *** myelinating glia,Schwann cells(SCs),interact with various cells in and around the injury site and are important for debris elimination,repair,and nerve *** PNI,Wallerian degeneration of the distal stump is rapidly initiated by degeneration of damaged axons followed by morphologic changes in SCs and the recruitment of circulating *** with fibroblasts from the injured nerve microenvironment also plays a role in nerve *** replication and migration of injury-induced dedifferentiated SCs are also important in repairing the *** particular,SC migration stimulates axonal regeneration and subsequent myelination of regenerated nerve *** mobility increases SC interactions with other cells in the nerve and the exogenous environment,which influence SC behavior *** PNI,SCs directly and indirectly interact with other SCs,fibroblasts,and *** addition,the inter-and intracellular mechanisms that underlie morphological and functional changes in SCs following PNI still require further research to explain known phenomena and less understood cell-specific roles in the repair of the injured peripheral *** review provides a basic assessment of SC function post-PNI,as well as a more comprehensive evaluation of the literature concerning the SC interactions with macrophages and fibroblasts that can influence SC behavior and,ultimately,repair of the injured nerve.

Grain boundaries,including low-angle,high-angle,and coinci-dence boundaries,are intrinsic interfaces in polycrystalline *** heat-treatment at sufficiently high temperatures,grain boundary migration occurs because the grain boundaries are ther-modynamically ***,grain growth occurs due to a decrease in grain boundary area after heat-treatment[1].In general,there are two types of grain growth:normal grain growth,where grains grow uniformly,and abnormal grain growth,where one or a few grains selectively grow and engulf surround-ing smaller grains,leading to the formation of large grains,some-times several millimeters or greater in size[2].The classical tech-nique to achieve abnormal grain growth is the strain-annealing method,which involves subjecting the material to a small strain followed by annealing[3,4].This method has been reported to ob-tain single-crystal wires or plates[1].Additionally,abnormal grain growth can be achieved by plastic straining at high temperatures,resulting in the fabrication of large grains or single crystals[5].However,the above methods are not applicable to components with complicated shapes due to the inevitable deformation ***,Omori et *** a simply method of abnor-mal grain growth to fabricate ultra-large grains,even single crys-tals,in Cu-Al-Mn[1],Fe-Mn-Al-Ni[2],and Fe-Mn-Al-Ni-Cr[6]*** method involves applying cyclic heat treatment between a high temperature BCC single-phase region and a low tempera-ture BCC+FCC two-phase region[1,2,6-12].Note that the cyclic heat treatment resulted in the formation of BCC sub-grain struc-tures responsible for abnormal grain growth[1,2,6-12].In addition,Yang et *** that abnormal grain growth occurred at above 900℃,and large-grains,even single crystals,were obtained only through annealing cast Cu-based polycrystalline alloys contained coherent nano-particles[13,14].Notably,the cyclic heat treatment and annealing cast alloys are deform

A new di-nuclear ruthenium arene compound containing thiosemicarbazone ligands, [Ru(η6-cymene)(TSC)Cl]2(PF6)2(2), was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, HR-ESI-MS, and elemental analysis. Furthermore, the complete structure of 2 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Density functional theory(DFT) calculations with B3LYP functional and LANL2DZ(for Ru)/6-31G*(for other atoms) basis sets were carried out for the reactions involving complexes 1 and 2 in order to understand the formation of the complexes. The in vitro anticancer activities of the compound were investigated against five human cancer cell lines(SGC-7901, CNE-2, HepG2, KB and HeLa), and the IC50 values are 39.5, 45.8, 49.8, 54.5 and 61.8 μM, respectively.
