Graphdiyne(GDY)is emerging as a promising material for various applications owing to its unique structure and fascinating ***,the application of GDY in electronics and optoelectronics are still in its infancy,primarily owing to the huge challenge in the synthesis of large-area and uniform GDY film for scalable *** a modified van der Waals epitaxy strategy is proposed to synthesize wafer-scale GDY film with high uniformity and controllable thickness directly on graphene(Gr)surface,providing an ideal platform to construct large-scale GDY/Gr-based optoelectronic synapse *** synaptic behaviors have been realized,and the linear and symmetric conductance-update characteristics facilitate the implementation of neuromorphic computing for image recognition with high accuracy and strong fault *** functions including“NAND”and“NOR”are integrated into the synapse which can be executed in an optical ***,a visible information sensing-memory-processing system is constructed to execute real-time image acquisition,in situ image memorization and distinction tasks,avoiding the time latency and energy consumption caused by data conversion and transmission in conventional visual *** results highlight the potential of GDY in applications of neuromorphic computing and artificial visual systems.

The middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,a primary region for freshwater lakes in China,have undergone significant transformations throughout the *** changes,driven by factors such as sea-level rise,climate change,and human activities,have led to the progressive elevation of water levels in this *** a result,a floodplain has emerged,characterized by the formation of numerous shallow lakes along the river ***,the pattern of water-level changes in the main channel of the Yangtze River during the Holocene remains *** gap in knowledge poses challenges for understanding sediment transport dynamics,the interactions between the river and its adjacent lakes,and the prevention and control of flood disasters in the Yangtze River *** shed light on these issues,our study compiled data on the surface elevation and water depth of 81 lakes in the mid-lower reaches of the Yangtze River ***,we analyzed historical water-level records from the 1900s to the 1970s at eight gauging stations from Shashi to Jiangyin along the river’s main *** findings reveal that,particularly along the Jingjiang section,the basal elevation of most lakes is lower than the Yangtze River’s water level during the dry ***,the water level of the main stream exceeds that of both the floodplain and the lakes enclosed by the Jingjiang *** the tidal reach,especially within the Taihu Lake basin,the basal elevation of lakes typically falls below sea ***,lakes located along the section from Chenglingji to Wuhu exhibit basal elevations that correspond with the Yangtze River’s annual average and dry season water *** the widespread presence of lakes along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,our study introduces a new proxy for reconstructing the mean water level of the mid-lower Yangtze River in the *** analyzing sediments from Nanyi Lake and Chenyao Lake in the lower Yangtze River,we a

To analyze the effects of a time-varying viscosity on the penetration length of grouting,in this study cement slur-ries with varying water-cement ratios have been investigated using the bingham’sﬂuidﬂow equation and a dis-crete element method.Aﬂuid-solid coupling numerical model has been introduced accordingly,and its accuracy has been validated through comparison of theoretical and numerical *** different fracture forms(a single fracture,a branch fracture,and a fracture network),the inﬂuence of the time-varying viscosity on the slurry length range has been investigated,considering the change in the fracture *** results show that under different fracture forms and the same grouting process conditions,the inﬂuence of the time-varying viscosity on the seepage length is 0.350 m.

For modular multilevel converter-based battery energy storage systems (MMC-BESS), uneven power among batteries of SMs will be deduced by battery aging, battery fault, etc., which will degrade performance and even lead to system failure. For maintaining the balance of capacitor voltage, this paper analyzes the limits of the uneven power of batteries, which are presented as the current limits in this paper. According to analysis, an analytical method is proposed that only the dc and fundamental frequency components of the arm current are used to calculate current limits. With the current limits it is able to evaluate the reasonability of power distribution among batteries. Meanwhile, increase of fundamental frequency component will enhance the current limits, and the dc component determines the size relationship between the absolute values of the upper and lower current limits. Finally, simulation model and experiment prototype are built for verifying the theoretical analysis and current limits calculation method, and satisfactory results are provided.

Selection Method for New Energy Output Guaranteed Rates Considering Optimal Energy Storage Configuration

The output of new energy represented by wind power and photovoltaic power features volatility and randomness. It is a practical approach to use the guaranteed rate with statistical characteristics to analyze the output coefficient of new energy. However, there is a lack of analysis and demonstration on the value of the new energy output guaranteed rate. To solve this problem, a selection method for the new energy output guaranteed rate considering optimal energy storage configuration is proposed. First, the influence of the new energy output guaranteed rate on the new energy output coefficient is analyzed. Secondly, with the goal of minimizing the comprehensive costs, an optimal configuration model of energy storage based on the output guaranteed rate of new energy is constructed, and particle swarm optimization is used for the optimization solution. Then, according to the optimal energy storage configuration results under different guaranteed rates, a reasonable new energy output guaranteed rate is determined by maximizing the comprehensive benefits obtained from energy storage. Finally, an example applied to the power grid in an area of Guangdong in Southern China is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Despite the significance of the high flexibility exhibited by short DNAs,there remains an incomplete understanding of their anomalous persistence *** this study,we propose to model each basic unit of gene sequences within short DNAs as a transversely isotropic *** comprehensive model analysis successfully replicates the observed high flexibility of short DNAs and also displays the impact of sequence dependence,aligning with experimental ***,our analysis suggests that the bending behavior of short DNAs can be effectively described by the Timoshenko beam theory with the consideration of shear.
