Effects of Shale and CaO Incorporation on Mechanical Properties and Autogenous Deformation of Early-age Concrete

The pre-soaked shale employed as an internal curing agent and CaO employed as expansion agent were incorporated into concrete to investigate their effects on the mechanical properties and autogenous deformation of early-age *** have conducted the relevant tests for setting time,mechanical properties,internal relative humidity and autogenous deformation of early-age concrete with shale or/and CaO *** results indicate that the set behavior is delayed by shale addition but is accelerated with *** shale addition firstly enhances and subsequently decreases the strength,but CEA addition has a weakening ***,shale or/and CaO incorporation deteriorates the elastic *** shale and CaO incorporation significantly improve the internal relative humidity of *** internal curing efficacy of shale could synergistically mitigate the autogenous shrinkage,that is,could enhance the expansion of CaO and then greatly reduce the contraction,which is significantly beneficial to impede the shrinkage-introduced cracks of early-age concrete.

In order to ensure the accuracy of course control and achieve good performance on roll stabilization, this paper designs rudder/fin joint SMC system, thereby improving ship’s course stability, security and comfort of crew and passenger. Aiming at ship motion with the features of nonlinearity, strong coupling, multivariable and complex sea condition, this paper establishes the ship motion mathematical model of 4 degrees of freedom, which can more fully reflect the nonlinear essence of ship motion. On this basis, in view of the features of sliding mode variable structure control which is to insensitive in disturbance and model error, combining the theory of nonlinear differential geometry, the sliding mode controller based on the input-output feedback linearization is designed and applied to rudder/fin joint roll stabilization control system. The simulation results show that the controller has good robustness, and the control system can achieve better performance on roll stabilization while maintaining the accuracy of course control.

Boosting nitrogen electrocatalytic fixation by three-dimensional TiO_(2-δ)N_δnanowire arrays

Synergistically Enhanced Mucoadhesive and Penetrable Polypeptide Nanogel for Efficient Drug Delivery to Orthotopic Bladder Cancer

Removal of zirconium from hydrous titanium dioxide

A method was proposed for removing zirconium （Zr） from hydrous titanium dioxide （HTD） by the NaF solution. The effects of main parameters, i.e. pH values, NaF dosage, temperature and retention time, on the removal of zirconium were stud- ied. The optimal conditions were found as the following： pH value, 〈5.5; molar ratio of NaF to TiQ, 0.6; retention time, 80 min and temperature, 80℃. The removal rate of Zr under the optimized conditions was above 87.7%. The adsorption energy of the preferential absorption of hydrofluoric acid for Zr（OH）2SOt（OH2） on the （001） crystal surface of HTD was determined by theo- retical calculation. The possible mechanism of the removal process was also discussed.
