The field of terahertz devices is important in terahertz ***,most of the current devices have limited functionality and poor *** improve device performance and achieve multifunctionality,we designed a terahertz device based on a combination of VO_(2)and *** device can be tuned using the phase-transition characteristics of VO_(2),which is included in the triple-layer structure of the device,along with SiO_(2)and *** terahertz device exhibits various advantageous features,including broadband coverage,high absorption capability,dynamic tunability,simple structural design,polarization insensitivity,and incidentangle *** simulation results showed that by controlling the temperature,the terahertz device achieved a thermal modulation range of spectral absorption from 0 to *** 313 K,the device exhibited complete reflection of terahertz *** the temperature increased,the absorption rate also *** the temperature reached 353 K,the device absorption rate exceeded 97.7%in the range of 5-8.55 *** study used the effective medium theory to elucidate the correlation between conductivity and temperature during the phase transition of VO_(2).Simultaneously,the variation in device performance was further elucidated by analyzing and depicting the intensity distribution of the electric field on the device surface at different ***,the impact of various structural parameters on device performance was examined,offering valuable insights and suggestions for selecting suitable parameter values in real-world *** characteristics render the device highly promising for applications in stealth technology,energy harvesting,modulation,and other related fields,thus showcasing its significant potential.

Flowering time is important for adaptation of soybean(Glycine max)to different ***,we conducted a genome-wide association study of flowering time using a panel of 1490 cultivated soybean *** identified three strong signals at the qFT02-2 locus(Chr02:12037319–12238569),which were associated with flowering time in three environments:Gongzhuling,Mengcheng,and *** analyzing linkage disequilibrium,gene expression patterns,gene annotation,and the diversity of variants,we identified an AP1 homolog as the candidate gene for the qFT02-2 locus,which we named *** one nonsynonymous polymorphism existed among 1490 soybean accessions at position Chr02:*** carrying the Chr02:12087053-T allele flowered significantly earlier than those carrying the Chr02:12087053-A ***,we developed a cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence(CAPS)marker for the SNP at Chr02:12087053,which is suitable for marker-assisted breeding of flowering *** of GmAP1d in the‘Williams 82’background by gene editing promoted flowering under long-day conditions,confirming that GmAP1d is the causal gene for *** analysis of the region surrounding GmAP1d revealed that GmAP1d was artificially selected during the genetic improvement of *** stepwise selection,the proportion of modern cultivars carrying the Chr02:12087053-T allele has increased,and this allele has become nearly fixed(95%)in northern *** findings provide a theoretical basis for better understanding the molecular regulatory mechanism of flowering time in soybean and a target gene that can be used for breeding modern soybean cultivars adapted to different latitudes.

Impact of climate change on the global circulation of West Nile virus and adaptation responses:a scoping review

Background West Nile virus(WNV),the most widely distributed flavivirus causing encephalitis globally,is a vector-borne pathogen of global *** changing climate is poised to reshape the landscape of various infectious diseases,particularly vector-borne ones like *** the anticipated geographical and range shifts in disease transmission due to climate change,alongside effective adaptation strategies,is critical for mitigating future public health *** scoping review aims to consolidate evidence on the impact of climate change on WNV and to identify a spectrum of applicable adaptation *** body We systematically analyzed research articles from PubMed,Web of Science,Scopus,and *** criteria included English-language research articles published between 2007 and 2023,focusing on the impacts of climate change on WNV and related adaptation *** extracted data concerning study objectives,populations,geographical focus,and specific *** was categorized into two primary themes:1)climate-WNV associations,and 2)climate change impacts on WNV transmission,providing a clear *** of 2168 articles reviewed,120 met our *** evidence originated from North America(59.2%)and Europe(28.3%),with a primary focus on human cases(31.7%).Studies on climate-WNV correlations(n=83)highlighted temperature(67.5%)as a pivotal climate *** the analysis of climate change impacts on WNV(n=37),most evidence suggested that climate change may affect the transmission and distribution of WNV,with the extent of the impact depending on local and regional *** few studies directly addressed the implementation of adaptation strategies for climate-induced disease transmission,the proposed strategies(n=49)fell into six categories:1)surveillance and monitoring(38.8%),2)predictive modeling(18.4%),3)cross-disciplinary collaboration(16.3%),4)environmental management(12.2%),5)public education(8.2%),and 6

Analysis of Phenotypes Associated with Deficiency of PAX6 Haplotypes in Chinese Aniridia Families

Formation and growth of Cu-Al IMCs and their effect on electrical property of electroplated Cu/Al laminar composites

Cu/Al laminar composite was prepared by dipping Zn layer and then electroplating Cu thick layer on pure Al *** annealing the Cu/Al composites at temperature from 473 to 673 K, the Cu/Al interfacial diffusion and reaction and itskinetics and also the electrical resistivity of the composites were studied. The results show that no Cu?Al IMC layer is observable asthe composites are annealed at 473 K for time till 360 h, indicating that the Zn intermediate layer can effectively suppress the Cu/Alinterfacial diffusion. However, as the composites are annealed at 573 K and above, Zn atoms in the Zn layer dissolve into the Culayer. Tri-layered reaction product of CuAl2/CuAl/Cu9Al4 then forms from the Al side to the Cu side. The IMC layer follows thediffusion-controlled growth kinetics. Electrical resistivity of the Cu/Al composites increases with the increase of the annealingtemperature and time.

In this work,a conventional HfO_(2) gate dielectric layer is replaced with a 3-nm ferroelectric(Fe) HZO layer in the gate stacks of advanced fin field-effect transistors(FinFETs).Fe-induced characteristics,e.g.,negative drain induced barrier lowering(N-DIBL) and negative differential resistance(NDR),are clearly observed for both p-and n-type HZO-based *** characteristics are attributed to the enhanced ferroelectricity of the 3-nm hafnium zirconium oxide(HZO) film,caused by Al doping from the TiAlC capping *** mechanism is verified for capacitors with structures similar to the *** to the enhanced ferroelectricity and N-DIBL phenomenon,the drain current(I_(DS))of the HZO-FinFETs is greater than that of HfO_(2)-FinFETs and obtained at a lower operating ***,circuits based on HZO-FinFET achieve higher performance than those based on HfO_(2)-FinFET at a low voltage drain(V_(DD)),which indicates the application feasibility of the HZO-FinFETs in the ultralow power integrated circuits.

Structure design and rice threshing performance of the variable-speed inertial pulley for simulating artificial threshing

Due to the small models and compact structures,small harvesters have also caused problems such as poor threshing separation performance and large loss *** order to solve unstable cleaning effects of small harvesters when they facing different working conditions,this study selected rice plants in hilly areas for the *** breaking force of different parts of mature rice was tested,which revealed the fracture mechanism of each part under the combined *** threshing method was used to simulate artificial plate bin and design three kinds of non-circular pulley variable speed transmission threshing *** the help of transient inertia force,threshing force was *** paper tested the harvesting performance of the variable speed threshing device with the help of the harvest performance *** show when facing the small rice planting area,the T/2 variable speed threshing device has better cleaning performance,and also the harvest loss rate of T/4 variable speed threshing device is the *** with the constant speed threshing device,the impurity content rate of the variable speed threshing device is increased by 0.64%to 8.76%;the loss rate is reduced by 0.45%to 1.79%,which provides a basis for the optimization design of small combine harvester in hilly areas.
