Neuroimmune disorders,such as multiple sclerosis,neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder,myasthenia gravis,and Guillain–Barrésyndrome,are characterized by the dysfunction of both the immune system and the nervous *** evidence suggests that extracellular vesicles and autophagy are closely associated with the pathogenesis of these *** this review,we summarize the current understanding of the interactions between extracellular vesicles and autophagy in neuroimmune disorders and discuss their potential diagnostic and therapeutic *** we highlight the need for further research to fully understand the mechanisms underlying these disorders,and to develop new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.

Garnet-type solid-state batteries(SSBs)are considered to be one of the most promising candidates to realize next-generation lithium metal batteries with high energy density and ***,the dendrite-induced short-circuit and the poor interfacial contact impeded the practical ***,interface engineering to achieve low interfacial resistance without high temperature calcination was developed,which Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)was simply coated with complex hydride(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I(3L1L))in various mass ratios n(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I)-(100−n)LLZTO(10≤n≤40).The interfacial conductivity increases by more than three orders of magnitude from 8.29×10^(−6)S·cm^(−1)to 1.10×10^(−2)S·cm^(−1).Symmetric Li cells exhibit a high critical current density(CCD)of 4.0 mA·cm^(−2) and an excellent cycling stability for 200 h at 4.0 mA·cm^(−2).SSBs with polymeric sulfur-polyacrylonitrile(SPAN)cathode achieve a high discharge capacity of 1149 mAh·g^(−1) with a capacity retention of 91%after 100 cycles(0.2 C).This attempt guides a simple yet efficient strategy for obtaining a stable Li/LLZTO interface,which would promote the development of solid-state batteries.

In this paper, following our original ideas[9], we first consider a weakly overlapping additive Schwarz preconditioner according to the framework of [2] for Morley element and show that its condition number is quasi-optimal; we then analyze in detail the structure of this preconditioner, and after proper choices of the inexact solvers, we obtain a quasi-optimal nonoverlapping domain decomposition preconditioner in the last. Compared with [12], [13], it seems that according to this paper's procedure we can make out more thoroughly the relationship between overlapping and nonoverlapping domain decomposition methods for nonconforming plate elements, and certainly, we have also proposed another formal and simple strategy to construct nonoverlapping domain decomposition preconditioners for nonconforming plate elements.

The global stability of Lipschitz continuous solutions with discontinuous initial data for the relativistic Euler equations is established in a broad class of entropy solutions in L∞ containing vacuum states. The hydrodynamic problem of a two-dimensional wedge entering water is studied based on Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics （SPH） model. A non-reflection boundary treatment for SPH method is proposed to reduce the reflection of sound waves. The boundary pressure is obtained using an improved coupling boundary treatment approach, which is validated by comparing the simulation results with experimental and analytical results in literature. A series of cases with different initial entering velocities are simulated. The maximum force on the wedge and the corresponding time required to reach it for the different cases of initial entering velocities of the wedge are obained and fitted into formulas against the initial entering velocity of the wedge. The maximum drag coefficients of the wedge for the different cases with Froude number greater than 2 are all near the value of 0.91.

BACKGROUND This study employs a descriptive phenomenological approach to investigate the challenges anesthesia nurses face in managing emergence delirium(ED),a common and complex postoperative complication in the post-anesthesia care *** role of nurses in managing ED is critical,yet research on their understanding and management strategies for ED is *** To investigate anesthetic nurses’cognition and management experiences of ED in hopes of developing a standardized management *** This study employed a descriptive phenomenological approach from qualitative research *** sampling was utilized to select 12 anesthetic nurses from a tertiary hospital in shanghai as research ***-structured interviews were conducted,and the data were organized and analyzed using Colaizzi’s seven-step analysis method,from which the final themes were *** After analyzing the interview content,four main themes and eight subthemes were distilled:Inefficient cognition hinders the identification of ED(conceptual ambiguity,empirical identification),managing diversity and challenges(patientcentered safe care,low level of medical-nursing collaboration),work responsibilities and pressure coexist(heavy work responsibilities,occupational risks and stress),demand for high-quality management(expecting the construction of predictive assessment tools and prevention strategies,and pursuing standardized management processes to enhance management effectiveness).CONCLUSION Nursing managers should prioritize the needs and suggestions of nurses in order to enhance their nursing capabilities and provide guidance for standardized management processes.

A novel networked data-fusion method is developed for the target tracking in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). Specifically, this paper investigates data fusion scheme under the communication constraint between the fusion center and each sensor. such a message constraint is motivated by the bandwidth limitation of the communication links, fusion center, and by the limited power budget of local sensors. In the proposed scheme, each sensor collects one noise-corrupted sample, performs a quantizing operation, and transmits quantized message to the fusion center. Then the fusion center combines the received quantized messages to produce a final estimate. The novel data-fusion method is based on the quantized measurement innovations and decentralized Kalman filtering (DKF) with feedback. For the proposed algorithm, the performance analysis of the estimation precision is provided. Finally, Monte Carlo simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
