In order to achieve efficient and durable oil-water emulsion separation,the membranes possessing high separation efficiency and mechanical strength attract extensive attention and are in great *** present study,a kind of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)-based bilayer membrane was fabricated by electrospinning fibrous PTFE(fPTFE)on an expanded PTFE(ePTFE)*** morphological observation revealed that the fibrous structure of the fPTFE layer could be tailored by controlling the formulation of spinning *** addition of appropriate polyoxyethylene(PEO)would make the fibers in the fPTFE layer finer and more *** a result,the compounded membrane exhibited a small pore size of approximately 1.25µm and a substantial porosity nearing 80%.This led to super-hydrophobicity,characterized by a high water contact angle(WCA)of 149.8°,and facilitated rapid oil *** water-in-oil emulsion separation experiment further confirmed that the compounded membrane not only had a high separation efficiency closing 100%,but such an outstanding separation capacity could be largely retained,either through multiple cycles of use or through strong acid(pH=1),strong alkali(pH=12),or high-temperature(100°C)***,the mechanical behavior of the bilayer membrane was basically contributed by that of each layer in terms of their volume *** significantly,the poor creep resistance of fPTFE layer was suppressed by compounding with ePTFE ***,this study has laid the groundwork for a novel approach to create PTFE-based compounded membranes with exceptional overall characteristics,showing promise for applications in the realm of emulsion separation.

A novel nano-WS_(2)/graphene nanosheets(GNSs)composite is obtained by ball milling with xylitol as auxiliary agent and hightemperature *** improves the shear force during ball milling and well overcomes the van der Waals interactions between the interlayer of graphite and WS_(2).Through high-temperature calcination,GNSs and WS_(2) nanosheets can form tight interface *** produced WS_(2)/GNSs composites can be used as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries,while maintaining a high reversible specific capacity of 705 mAh·g^(-1)with the capacity retention of 95%at a current density of 250 mA·g^(-1)after 200 cycles,mainly because WS_(2)/GNSs composites have a higher Li^(+)diffusion coefficient of 2.2×10^(-9)cm^(2)·s^(-1)and a higher specific surface area of 70.10 m^(2)·g^(-1).As a result,the xylitol-assisted ball milling method designed in this work is suitable for extended preparation of peeling of two-dimensional layer materials into nanosheets.

研究了四种水性丙烯酸树脂对聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二酯(PBAT)/淀粉复合材料性能的影响,选择最佳水性丙烯酸树脂进一步研究其用量对复合材料性能的影响。通过万能拉伸测试仪、熔体流动速率仪、接触角测试仪、差式扫描量热仪、热失重分析仪对复合材料力学性能、熔体流动性能、亲水性能、热性能进行了分析;采用红外光谱仪、偏光显微镜对PBAT/淀粉复合材的分子结构与微观组织形貌进行了表征。研究结果表明:玻璃化温度较低的水性丙烯酸树脂对淀粉的改性效果更佳;当水性丙烯酸树脂7168(B7168)用量为25.2g时,复合材料拉伸强度和断裂伸长率有最佳值,较空白样提高10.8%和38.5%;随B7168的增加,复合材料熔体流动速率先减小后趋于平缓,亲水性能增加,对PBAT的结晶和熔融温度影响不明显,对球晶形貌影响不大,但使球晶平均直径略有减小,3000~3600 cm^(-1)的红外响应峰强度有增加的趋势,波峰略向低波数方向移动;热失重显示B7168的加入,使体系热分解起始温度提前,700℃残余量增加。

冶炼废渣作为冶炼过程中产生的工业副产物,由于其缺乏安全、合理的防护和管理措施可能导致环境问题。通过全面分析近年来发表的相关文献,本文对有色金属冶炼废渣的特性、资源化利用途径及安全利用评价等方面的最新研究进展进行了介绍。研究结果表明,不同的原生精矿、冶炼条件和冶炼类型决定了冶炼废渣的化学和矿物学特征。此外,冶炼废渣在各种资源化利用中表现出极高的灵活性,不仅可以用于金属回收和建筑材料,还可以作为农业肥料和修复剂。同时,本文强调了在各种利用情景下对废渣进行安全性评估的重要性,以降低其潜在环境风险。此外,本文还强调了未来的研究方向,包括建立一种综合且量化的土渣混合体中重金属环境风险评价方法,以及探索更多创新的冶炼废渣资源化利用方法。综上所述,本文对于推动冶炼废渣在环境保护和资源可持续利用方面的研究有重要意义。

采用热压缩方法研究了电弧增材制造2219铝合金的热变形行为,变形温度为360~510℃,应变速率为0.01~10 s^(-1)。分析了温度和应变速率对流变应力和微观组织的影响,采用Zener-Hollomon参数的双曲正弦函数建立了电弧增材制造2219铝合金热变形本构方程。结果表明,电弧增材制造2219铝合金热压缩峰值应力随温度的升高和应变速率的降低而逐渐降低。电弧增材合金在420℃及以下温度仅发生滑移变形,450℃及以上发生动态再结晶,480℃为最佳锻造温度,发生完全动态再结晶,可有效细化增材晶粒。本构方程以动态再结晶温度(450℃)为临界点分为两段,动态再结晶温度以下变形激活能为212.53 kJ·mol^(-1),动态再结晶温度以上为163.37 kJ·mol^(-1)。沿晶界分布的共晶θ相在热压缩过程中发生破碎和固溶,变形温度越高或应变速率越小,固溶程度越高。
