Ionic liquids(ILs) have attracted increasing attention since last few decades due to their high molecular design abilities and wide applications in different *** this study,four novel fluorescent isoquinolino [2,1-a]quinoxalin-5-ium ILs were designed and synthesized via a two-step process including a simple dual Schiff’s base formation and a subsequent [RhCp*Cl_(2)]_(2)-catalyzed oxidative C-H activation/annulation *** as-synthesized ILs were extensively characterized using FT-IR,~1 H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,^(19)F-NMR,HSQC-NMR,HMBC-NMR and *** photophysical properties were determined by steady-state fluorescence *** results demonstrate that all these ILs showed dual or triple emissions,large stokes shift(90 nm) and mechanochromic *** on solvatochromism and titration experiments,it is thought that the emission bands of the ILs are raised from their local excited states,charge transfer states or excited state proton transfer of cations,while the substitute effect of these quinoxaline derived ILs on their stokes shifts is negligible.

Herein,we describe an environmentally benign and *** protocol for the synthesis of valuable bifuranyl dicarboylates,starting with a-bromination of readily accessible furan-2-carboylates by LiBr and K_(2)S_(2)O_(8).Furthermore,the bromination intermediate product 5-bromofuran-2-carboxylates were then conducted in a palladium-catalyzed reductive homocoupling reactions in the pres-ence of alcohols to afford bifuranyl *** of the final products in this protocol,[2,2']bifuran-5,5'-dicarboxylic acid es-ters,are essential monomers of poly(ethylene bifuranoate),which can be served as an green and versatile alternative polymer for traditional poly(ethylene terephthalate)that is currently common in technical plastics.

硼取代羰基类化合物传统被认为是热力学上不稳定的化合物,容易发生1,3-硼迁移.近年来,随着对sp3杂化的硼或是四配位硼基团的研究深入,合成稳定且可分离的α-硼取代羰基类化合物的方法被逐渐发展.这些方法包括利用重氮酸酯、硫叶立德等卡宾前体对硼烷的插入反应,α,β-不饱和羰基类化合物的自由基硼氢化反应,以及含硼化合物的后阶段结构修饰反应等.根据不同的反应类型,对近年来合成α-硼取代羰基类化合物的反应进行了综述,并对现有的挑战及未来的研究方向进行了讨论.

杂环芳烃广泛存在于合成药物和天然产物中,具有多种生物活性.其中,烷基化的杂环芳烃在药物化学与医药工业中扮演着重要的角色,也引起了合成化学家的高度重视.C(sp^3)—H断裂的策略由于具有优异的原子经济性,在有机合成中被广泛应用于杂环芳烃的自由基烷基化反应,并且在复杂天然产物及药物分子的合成中都有成功的应用.根据产生自由基的前体化合物的不同(包括醚、醇、胺、酯、酰胺和普通烷烃),综述了近10年来C(sp^3)—H断裂的新策略在杂环芳烃自由基烷基化反应中的发展,并对相关机理进行了讨论.
