Epilepsy is a common neurological disorder that is primarily treated with antiseizure medications(ASMs).Although dozens of ASMs are available in the clinic,approximately 30%of epileptic patients have medically refractory seizures;other limitations in most traditional ASMs include poor tolerability and drug-drug ***,there is an urgent need to develop alternative ***(LEV)is a first-line ASM that is well tolerated,has promising efficacy,and has little drug-drug *** it is widely accepted that LEV acts through a unique therapeutic target synaptic vesicle protein(SV)2.,the molecular basis of its action remains *** so,the next-generation SV2. ligands against epilepsy based on the structure of LEV have achieved clinical *** review highlights the research and development(R&D)process of LEV and its analogs,brivaracetam and padsevonil,to provide ideas and experience for the R&D of novel ASMs.

Perovskite solar cells have emerged as a promising technology for renewable energy generation. However, the successful integration of perovskite solar cells with energy storage devices to establish high-efficiency and long-term stable photorechargeable systems remains a persistent challenge. Issues such as electrical mismatch and restricted integration levels contribute to elevated internal resistance, leading to suboptimal overall efficiency (ηoverall) within photorechargeable systems. Additionally, the compatibility of perovskite solar cells with electrolytes from energy storage devices poses another significant concern regarding their stability. To address these limitations, we demonstrate a highly integrated photorechargeable system that combines perovskite solar cells with a solid-state zinc-ion hybrid capacitor using a streamlined process. Our study employs a novel ultraviolet-cured ionogel electrolyte to prevent moisture-induced degradation of the perovskite layer in integrated photorechargeable system, enabling perovskite solar cells to achieve maximum power conversion efficiencies and facilitating the monolithic design of the system with minimal energy loss. By precisely matching voltages between the two modules and leveraging the superior energy storage efficiency, our integrated photorechargeable system achieves a remarkable ηoverallof 10.01%while maintaining excellent cycling stability.

In seed breeding, the vibrating screen used for pre-sowing grading parental seeds often has the problem of poor self-purification rate. Using elastic balls to clean the plugging seeds and ensure the self-purification of the screen is a viable technical solution. To clarify and improve the operating performance of the elastic ball particles, a DEM-MBD coupling simulation model of the elastic ball screen-cleaning device was established in this study, and a numerical simulation analysis of the complex motion process was carried out. The mechanism of action of the elastic ball was explained more completely from the aspects of excitation force and energy transfer. Through the Plackett-Burman test, it was determined that the vibration frequency has the most significant effect on the excitation force. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed on each factor and the mathematical relationship equation. It was found that when the maximum excitation force was greater than 7 N and the average excitation force was greater than 2.N, the self-purification rate was greater than 95%. The self-purification rate was then increased to 99.81% by variable frequency tests. The variable frequency achieved better self-purification effect.

Objective:A novel technique was explored using an airbag-selective portal vein blood arrester that circumvents the need for an intraoperative assessment of anatomical variations in patients with complex intrahepatic space-occupying ***:Rabbits undergoing hepatectomy were randomly assigned to 4 groups:intermittent portal triad clamping(PTC),intermittent portal vein clamping(PVC),intermittent portal vein blocker with an airbag-selective portal vein blood arrester(APC),and without portal blood occlusion(control).Hepatic ischemia and reperfusion injury were assessed by measuring the 7-day survival rate,blood loss,liver function,hepatic pathology,hepatic inflammatory cytokine infiltration,hepatic malondialdehyde levels,and proliferating cell nuclear antigen ***:Liver damage was substantially reduced in the APC and PVC *** APC animals exhibited transaminase levels similar to or less oxidative stress damage and inflammatory hepatocellular injury compared to those exhibited by the PVC *** was significantly higher in the control group than in the other *** APC group had less bleeding than the PVC group because of the avoidance of portal vein skeletonization during ***,more operative time was saved in the APC group than in the PVC ***,the total 7-day survival rate in the APC group was higher than that in the PTC ***:Airbag-selective portal vein blood arresters may help protect against hepatic ischemia and reperfusion injury in rabbits undergoing partial *** technique may also help prevent liver damage in patients requiring hepatectomy.

The Righi±Leduc heat flux generated by the self-generated magnetic field in the ablative Rayleigh±Taylor instability driven by a laser irradiating thin targets is studied through two-dimensional extended-magnetohydrodynamic *** perturbation structure gets into a low magnetization state though the peak strength of the self-generated magnetic field could reach hundreds of *** Righi±Leduc effect plays an essential impact both in the linear and nonlinear stages,and it deflects the total heat flux towards the spike *** to the case without the self-generated magnetic field included,less heat flux is concentrated at the spike tip,finally mitigating the ablative stabilization and leading to an increase in the velocity of the spike *** is shown that the linear growth rate is increased by about 10%and the amplitude during the nonlinear stage is increased by even more than 10%due to the feedback of the magnetic field,*** results reveal the importance of Righi±Leduc heat flux to the growth of the instability and promote deep understanding of the instability evolution together with the self-generated magnetic field,especially during the acceleration stage in inertial confinement fusion.
