The a.n El Bey a.a.doned mine, in North-West Tunisia. fits into the geodyna.ic context of the Europea. a.d a.rica. pla.e bounda.y. Ore deposit corresponds to veins a.d breccia.of multipha.e Cu–Fe-rich minera.iza.ion rela.ed to va.ious hydrotherma. fluid circula.ions. Petrominera.ogica. studies indica.e a.rich minera. pa.a.enesis with a.minimum of seven minera.iza.ion pha.es a.d, a. lea.t, six pyrite genera.ions. a. is a.so the ca.e for ga.ena.a.d na.ive silver, na.ive gold is observed for the first time a. inclusion in qua.tz which opens up, thus, new perspectives for prospecting a.d eva.ua.ing the potentia. for noble meta.s a.socia.ed with the minera.iza.ion. Sca.ning Electron Microscope--Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy a.d Tra.smission electron microscopy a.a.yses show, in a.dition, a.la.ge incorpora.ion of tra.e elements, including a. a.d a., in minera. structures such a. fa.lores(tetra.edrite-tenna.tite) a.d cha.copyrite ones. The minera./minera. a.socia.ions, used a. geothermometers, ga.e estima.ed tempera.ures for the minera.izing fluids va.ying from 254 to 330 ℃ for pha.e Ⅲ, from 254 to 350 ℃ for pha.e Ⅳ, a.d from 200 to 300 ℃ for pha.es Ⅴ a.d Ⅵ. The seventh a.d la.t identified minera.iza.ion pha.e, ma.ked by a.deposit of na.ive gold, reflects a.drop in the minera.izing fluid’s tempera.ure(a.ible with boiling conditions. Such results open up perspectives for the development of precious meta. resea.ch a.d the reva.ua.ion of the Cu–Fe ore deposit a. the a.n El Bey a.a.doned mine, a. well a. a. the surrounding a.ea. fitting in the geodyna.ic fra.ework of the a.rica.Europe pla.e bounda.y.

Ca.e. a.65-yea.-old a.hkena.i Jewish woma. wa. dia.nosed with USPC Sta.e III a. The pa.ient fa.ily history included a.mother with ova.ia. ca.cinoma. a.ma.erna. a.nt who ha. brea.t ca.cinoma.tha. wa. dia.nosed a. a. ea.ly a.e, a. a.ditiona. ma.erna. a.nt who suffered from ga.tric ca.cinoma. a.d the pa.ient’s sister who ha. duodena. ca.cinoma. The pa.ient wa. found to be a.ca.rier of the germline BRCa. ca.cer predisposing muta.ion (6174delT). Conclusions. We report the first ca.e of a.BRCa. muta.ion in a.USPC pa.ient. a.strong fa.ily history of brea.t a.d ova.ia. ca.cer with the presence of the BRCa. germline muta.ion is a. a.ditiona. hint for the possible a.socia.ion between BRCa.ca.cer predisposing muta.ions a.d USPC.

Hyda.idiform mole with co-existing live fetus is a.ra.e entity. Two ca.es a.e reported. In the first, complete mole with a.co-existing live fetus wa. suspected on ultra.ound exa.ina.ion a. 16 weeks of gesta.ion. a.termina.ion of pregna.cy wa. performed due to ea.ly onset of severe preecla.psia.a.d thyrotoxicosis. In the second ca.e, the pa.ient wa. a.mitted a. 26 weeks of gesta.ion due to preecla.psia. Genetic a.niocentesis a. 19 weeks of gesta.ion revea.ed a.norma. 46 XX ka.yotype. Ultra.ound exa.ina.ion a. 21 weeks of gesta.ion demonstra.ed two cystic lesions in the feta. liver, wide multicystic pla.enta.a.d polyhydra.nious. Following deteriora.ing severe preecla.psia. a.live fema.e infa.t (730 g) a.ong with a.huge pla.enta.(1350 g) wa. delivered by a.cesa.ea. section. Unfortuna.ely, the newborn died a.ter 35 da.s. Pa.hologica. exa.ina.ion in both ca.es wa. consistent with a.complete mole co-existing with a.via.le fetus. During a.1 yea. follow up period, there wa. no evidence of persistent or meta.ta.ic disea.e in both ca.es. Review of litera.ure discussing the dia.nostic tools, clinica. fea.ures, ma.a.ement a.d outcome of pregna.cies with complete mole with a.coexisting live fetus is presented.
