This resea.ch a.ticle demonstra.es the most comprehensive compa.a.ive ca.a.ytic study of different meta. oxides a.d meta. chlorides towa.ds the metha.olysis of triglycerides of ma.ine red ma.roa.ga.Mela.otha.nus a.hqhusa.nii. Ca. wa. found to be the most rea.tive meta. oxide tha. yielded 80% biodiesel while ZnCI2 wa. the most rea.tive meta. chloride tha. produced 60% biodiesel by mecha.ica. stirring for 6 h a. 100-110 ℃. The overa.l rea.tivity order of the ca.a.ysts wa. found to be Ca. 〉 MgO 〉 Pb02 〉 ZnC12 〉 TIC14 〉 PbO 〉 HgC12 〉 ZnO 〉 a.C13 〉 SnCI2 〉 TiO2 wherea., Ca.I2, MgCI2, a.203, HgO, PbCI2, MnO2, MnC12, Fe203 a.d FeCI3 were found to be non-rea.tive for tra.sesterifica.ion of triglycerides. In a.dition, a.deta.led study of the screening of mobile pha.es a.d spra.ing rea.ents wa. conducted which showed tha. petroleum ether ： chloroform ： toluene （7：2：1 ） is the best mobile pha.e, wherea. iodine crysta.s/silica.gel is the best visua.izing a.ent for the thin la.er chroma. togra.hy （TLC） exa.ina.ion ofbiodiesel. Biodiesel production wa. confirmed by compa.a.ive TLC exa.ina.ion. This resea.ch a.ticle is ba.ed on the biodiesel synthesis from the ma.ine green ma.roa.ga.Ulva.fa.cia.a. collected from the coa.t of Ka.a.hi, Pa.ista. using new a.d the most potentia. wa.te ca.a.ysts from Pa.ista. Steel *** oil wa. extra.ted with n-hexa.e then it wa. a.a.yzed by GC, TLC a.d by the exa.ina.ion of fuel *** meta. a.a.ysis of ca.a.ysts wa. ca.ried out by chemica. tests a.d fla.e a.omic a.sorption spectroscopy(Fa.S). The therma. trea.ment of ca.a.ysts a. 1500–1700 °C during va.ious processes in steel ma.ufa.turing industry converted the meta.s to meta. oxides. The presence of Ca., MgO a.d ZnO in these ca.a.ysts ma.e them highly rea.tive for biodiesel synthesis. The ba.icity of wa.te industria. ca.a.ysts wa. ca.cula.ed to know their ba.ic strength. The tra.sesterifica.ion of U. fa.cia.a.oil wa. performed by fa.t stirring using 9:1 mola. ra.io of metha.ol/oil in the presence of seven different wa.te industria. ca.a.ysts for 6 h a. 80–100 °C. The solid ca.a.ysts were ea.ily sepa.a.ed from product for re-use. In a.dition, the ra.e of rea.tion in the presence of these ca.a.ysts wa. found to be quite fea.ible. The wa.te brown dust from the steel converter ga.e the highest yield(88%) of biodiesel. The production of biodiesel wa. confirmed by TLC exa.ina.ion a.d fuel properties in compa.ison with the a.TM sta.da.ds.

a.M: To exa.ine the a.ility of cyclin-dependent kina.e inhibitor (CDKI) roscovitine (Rosco) to enha.ce the a.titumor effects of conventiona. chemothera.eutic a.ents a.ting by different mecha.isms a.a.nst huma. colorecta. ca.cer. METHODS: Huma. colorecta. ca.cer cells were trea.-ed, individua.ly a.d in combina.ion, with Rosco, ta.ol, 5-Fluoroura.il (5-FU), doxorubicine or vinbla.tine. The a.tiprolifera.ive effects a.d the type of intera.tion of Rosco with tested chemothera.eutic drugs were de-termined. Cell cycle a.tera.ions were investiga.ed by fluorescence-a.tiva.ed cell sorter Fa.S a.a.ysis. a.op-tosis wa. determined by DNa.fra.menta.ion a.sa.. RESULTS: Rosco inhibited the prolifera.ion of tumor cells in a.time-a.d dose-dependent ma.ner. The ef-fica.ies of a.l tested chemothera.eutic drugs were ma.kedly enha.ced 3.0-8.42 × 103 a.d 130-5.28 × 103 fold in combina.ion with 5 a.d 10 μg/mL Rosco, re-spectively. The combina.ion of Rosco a.d chemothera.peutic drugs inhibited the growth of huma. colorecta. ca.cer cells in a. a.ditive or synergistic fa.hion, a.d in a.time a.d dose dependent ma.ner. Rosco induced a.optosis a.d synergized with tested chemothera.peutic drugs to induce efficient a.optosis in huma. colorecta. ca.cer cells. Sequentia., inverted sequentia. a.d simulta.eous trea.ment of ca.cer cells with combi-na.ions of chemothera.eutic drugs a.d Rosco a.rested the growth of huma. colorecta. ca.cer cells a. va.ious pha.es of the cell cycle a. follows: Ta.ol/Rosco (G2/M-a.d S-pha.es), 5-FU/Rosco (S-pha.e), Dox/Rosco (S-pha.e) a.d Vinb/Rosco (G2/M-a.d S-pha.es). CONCLUSION: Since the eff ica.y of ma.y a.tica.cer drugs depends on their a.ility to induce a.optotic cell dea.h, modula.ion of this pa.a.eter by cell cycle inhibi-tors ma. provide a.novel chemo-preventive a.d chemo-thera.eutic stra.egy for huma. colorecta. ca.cer.

This pa.er exa.ined the displa.ement of coa. power pla.t ca.a.ity from 2010 to 2050 by renewa.les with respect to three drivers a.sumed under va.ious conditions： the a.erica. Recovery a.d Reinvestment a.t （a.Ra., Greenhouse Ga. （GItG） policy, a.d va.ying pla.t ca.ita. cost ca.es. The results by 2050 illustra.e tha. renewa.le ma.ket penetra.ion ca.tures a.ywhere from 1.9% to 6.4% of potentia. coa. power genera.ion ca.a.ity a.ditions. Renewa.le power genera.ion ca.a.ity a.ditions is expected to outpa.e coa. power pla.t a.ditions by 89% with respect to a.Ra.in 2050, however with no GHG policy coa. power genera.ion ca.a.ity build-outs will outpa.e renewa.les by a. high a. 809%. Fina.ly, coa. power genera.ion is still projected to be the la.gest single energy source contributor to the electricity ma.ket ma.ing up 28.0% of tota. a.a.la.le ca.a.ity, while renewa.les a.e expected to only ma.e up 16.3% of tota. a.a.la.le ca.a.ity.
