Cities are undergoing rapid changes continuously due to the high demands of this era, and simultaneously affect several life fields, namely urban transport. High demands are triggering people to travel more frequently than ever;thus, they utilize public transportation more and private transportation less as the latter ceased to fulfill all the transportation needs. Thus, public transportation demand has been increasing greatly alongside citizens’ needs. Nonetheless, many cities lack proper urban traffic planning and organization, while some lack an urban transport service. Ferizaj, a city in Kosovo, is one of the cities that lacks an urban traffic designation;hence, this paper presents a designed urban traffic model, precisely suitable to fulfill the urban transportation need for Ferizaj city. This model is designed under the utilization of applied mathematics’ techniques and operational research. Several factors have been considered, following the geographical distribution of the population, existing roads, and residents’ needs. Consequently, the Solver program has been used as an optimization tool to find the shortest path and most economical paths, added in the discussion part. Besides, the likelihood of the designed urban traffic model’s application in Ferizaj is discussed, considering its viability and application conditions. This study presents mathematical constraints to design a model of the bus network in Ferizaj through Solver. We have used mathematical optimization methods, graph theory, the simulation model through the Solver computer program for network minimal distances and presenting the first model of the Urban traffic network in Ferizaj.

The most difficult and delicate part of the learning process is *** is difficult because during his/her accomplishment the teacher has to consider not only the acquisition of knowledge from students,but also the overall degree of development of their *** is delicate,because through assessment we can influence the emotional side of students and their“willingness”to *** these facts,teachers need to evaluate students during the learning *** purpose of the research is to find out what is the perception of teachers about the level of evaluation of students with final *** overall results showed that 89%of teachers agree,9%of them have a neutral attitude,and 2%do not agree that the evaluation of students with a final grade is done taking into account many aspects and using many methods,the overall average of the results,M=*** on the empirical results,it was found that teachers who have completed assessment training have a more positive approach to student assessment,as the average score is higher than teachers who have not completed assessment *** the qualitative results it was understood that the Teachers did not encounter any difficulties during the assessment of the students.

AIM:To assess the prevalence and socio-demographic distribution of hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection in ***:Blood samples from 410 unselected schoolboys,666 students,500 military personnel,1286 casual blood donors,378 voluntary blood donors and 640 pregnant women(total 3880 non-vaccinated residents of rural and metropolitan areas from all over Albania;2354(60.7%) male and 1526(39.3%) female;mean age of 26.3 years) were tested during 2004-2006 for hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) and antibodies to hepatitis B virus(anti-HBs) by ***:The HBsAg and anti-HBs prevalence were 9.5% and 28.7%,*** highest HBsAg prevalence was evident in the younger age group,such as in schoolchildren(11.8%) and the military(10.6%).Consequently,the anti-HBs prevalence increased with age,from 21.2% in schoolchildren(mean age:15.7 years),to 36.3% in pregnant women(mean age:26.3 years) and 29.7% in voluntary blood donors(mean age:40.1 years).There were no significant differences between males and ***:Despite the estimated two-fold reduction of HBsAg prevalence in the general population from about 18%-19% to 9.5%,Albania remains a highly endemic country(*** 8% of HBsAg prevalence rate).

The school is an educational institution,where students are educated and learn under the guidance of teachers,but in some cases,students do not respect the rules set by the *** many cases,students,while being in the school,during or out of the learning process,cause trouble,presenting behaviors that are contrary to the rules of the school,but also of the society in ***,trying to be as active as possible,present deviant behavior,not fulfilling the obligations presented by teachers,hindering the learning process,harassing others,and engaging in other behaviors,which are detrimental to the individual,the school,and society as a *** school should play a key role in creating a suitable and educational environment for students,in order to create valuable generations for the *** are a number of internal and external factors that influence the behavior of *** many cases,family factors and demographic factors in general play an important role in student behavior in the *** education,employment,housing,and many other factors influence student *** study of this problem aims to clarify the correlation of factors with deviant behaviors of students in the *** focus of the study is on high school *** the empirical results,it was found that there is a correlation between student residence and deviant behavior,student school level and deviant behavior,family structure and student behavior in the classroom.

Together with development of the industry, there is present a continuous increase number of motor vehicles that contributes to the growth of the emission of pollutants. This is the main reason that during eighties of the last century, a special attention has started to be paid on pollution emissions from vehicles. It is important to note that most of the current emissions are formed directly and are present in urban areas. The aim of this research was to determine the emission of pollutants in the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, when circulates more than 380,000 motor vehicles. Taking into consideration the daily traffic jam, and the fact that gasoline engines are responsible for most emissions of CO, while diesel engines for NOx emission, the conclusion arises that there is necessary a special dedication to the emission of pollutants and to the definition of the measures to reduce or control them. Based on the performed tests and realistic assessment of the overall situation in the Republic of Kosovo, the current situation on the amount of pollution was compared with development countries in the region as a matter in the research. The results obtained, suggest to the most important causes that increase pollutant emission from motor vehicles and offer actions to keep the same level or to reduce them.

Influences of the Suspension Parameters on the Vehicle Suspension Performance for a Terrain Vehicle

This paper describes an effective methodology for evaluation of the suspension parameters intended to be used for a terrain vehicle. The objective of this approach is to make quick analyses of the sensitivity of the vehicle suspension parameters. For the purpose of developing such a methodology, a mathematical modeling of a quarter vehicles suspension system is developed. Sensitive analysis of the suspension parameters is performed by employing the standard deviation of the vehicle body acceleration, dynamic tire load, and suspension travel. Sensitivity analysis results have shown that the spring stiffness, damping coefficient, tire stiffness and sprung mass have substantial influence on the ride comfort and road holding, while un-sprung mass on the other side has much lower impact in performance of the vehicle suspension system.
