本文记述了从浙江省和湖北省落叶树根围采集的隶属于长针线虫属的中国2新记录种——Longidorus pius和***,通过修订的Loof&Chen(1999)多岐检索表确认,其鉴定代码分别为A56-B4-C3-D1-E1-F3-G1-H1-I1和A4-B23-C5-D3-F2-G2-H1-I1。***的主要形态学特征为:体长中等(4.7~6.3 mm),虫体前端明显变细,唇区圆滑,与体驱间无缢缩,齿针长(130~143μm),尾短而圆。***的主要鉴别特征为:体长较短(3.2~4.6 mm),齿针长(108~120μm),导环位置相对靠后(至唇端距离为33~38μm),唇区宽,阴门的位置相对靠前等。系统发育研究表明:来自中国的*** r DNA中ITS1区序列与来自马其顿的模式种***群体相应序列(AM743178)处于同一进化枝中,置信度达99%;***与来自加拿大的模式种***群体相应序列(AF511416)处于同一进化枝中,置信度也达99%。另外,来自中国的*** 28S区序列与模式种***的序列(AY601584)处于同一进化枝中,置信度达99%,而***和***(AJ549983)、Longidorus ***-2011(FR775757)属于同一分枝。***和***这2个种在中国均系首次报道,本文提供了详细的形态学描述及系统发育关系的有关信息。

The study was conducted to characterize morphological and molecular profiles of seven isolates of Trichodorus cedarus recovered from deciduous trees and ornamentals in Zhejiang Province,Eastern *** of species was derived from polytomous key using prime character codes:E,G,H and subgroup codes:J,K,L,M for male populations while prime character codes:D,C,L,K and subgroup codes:G,H,J for female *** is characterized by a short body(0.63.90 mm),onchiostyle 559μm and secretory-excretory pore(S-E) situated along the anterior 2/3 of pharyngeal *** females,*** is distinguished by possessing didelphic genital system,transverse slit vulva located 52%60% along the body,vaginal refractive pieces approximately 1 1.9μm size,vagina pear-shaped withtriangular to rounded triangular vaginal *** males,*** is characterized by having 3 ventromedian cervical papillae(CP) located between onchiostyle base and S-E pore,presence of 3 ventromedian precloacal supplements with posterior supplement(SP 1)at level of retracted spicule,large sperms with sausage-shaped nucleus,spicule short(38.1 45.4 pμm)appearing slightly curved or nearly straight,manubrium offset without capitular extension and shaft more or less cylindrical with continuous fine ornamentations except at *** codes for identification of species are:D1-C1-L1-K2-A12-B23-E3-F1-G2-Hl-I2-J1-M1-N1-O1-P1-Q2-R1 in females and F34-D3-P2-A21-B23-C21-E0-G1-H3-I1-J21-K32-L2-M2-N1-O5 in *** based on partial 18 S,ITS1 and D2-D3 segments of 28 S obtained a fragment length of 1 726 743 bp,1 221 225 bp and 79699 bp,*** results revealed 99% sequence identity to *** ZJ8(HM106502).Similarly,phylogenetic reconstruction showed cluster of present isolates to *** putative species from Zhejiang with 99% clade *** paper takes into account the morphological and molecular comparisons among intraspecies of ***,the most prevalent tric

大豆孢囊线虫(Heterodera glycines)属于定居性内寄线虫,其引起的病害是典型的土传性病害。在针对该线虫的综合治理措施中,生物防治是主要的防治对策,随着人们意识到化学防治造成有害生物的抗药性及对环境的污染,有关植物寄生线虫生物防治成为植物线虫防治的热点之一。国内外在大豆孢囊线虫生防菌的筛选及其商品化应用方面做了大量工作。本文报道筛选获得的防治大豆孢囊线虫有潜力的生防菌株HZ-9鉴定及其防效评价的结果。基于形态学和分子特征将菌株HZ-9鉴定为钩状木霉(Trichoderma hamatum)。测定了菌株HZ-9孢子悬浮液(浓度为10 CFU/mL)对大豆孢囊线虫的的毒性,发现该菌株对大豆孢囊线虫J2的活性较强,致死率达到83.3%;此外发现该菌株孢子悬浮液对农林业生产上其他一些重要的线虫——南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)、甘薯茎线虫(Ditylenchus destructor)、水稻干尖线虫(Aphelechoides besseyi)和松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)等都有一定活性,其中对松材线虫毒性较强,致死率达到85.6%,对南方根结线虫的致死率达到58.3%。菌株温室盆栽防治大豆孢囊线虫的试验表明其对大豆孢囊线虫具有较好的防治效果,随着施用孢子悬浮液浓度的增加,其孢囊抑制率呈升高的趋势,侵入根内的线虫数量呈递减的趋势。当施用孢子浓度达到10 CFU/mL时,菌株对孢囊抑制率达到87.5%,根内侵入线虫数量与对照相比减少81.3%。此外还发现该菌株对大豆的生长具有一定的促进作用。

Morphological and molecular characterization of the rice root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne graminicola, Golden and Birchfeild, 1965 occurring in Zhejiang, China

The rice root-knot nematode Meloidogyne graminicola is a severe pest of rice. In China, it was first reported from Hainan Province, and later from several other provinces. In the present study, a rice root-knot nematode population found from the rice cultivation areas of Zhejiang Province, China is characterized via molecular analysis using internal transcribed spacer(ITS) and cytochrome c oxidase subunit Ⅱ(coxⅡ)-16 S rRNA genes and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observations of males and the second-stage juveniles. Morphometric data and molecular sequence comparisons for all M. graminicola populations occurring in China are also provided. The overall morphology of M. graminicola found in Zhejiang match well with the original description, though males have a slightly longer body and stylet, and a shorter tail, while the second-stage juvenile is also slightly longer than in the original description. This is the first report of M. graminicola from Zhejiang. Phylogenetic studies based on coxⅡ suggest that all the Chinese populations belong to Type B. This study expands knowledge of the increasing distribution and phylogenetic relationships of M. graminicola that occur in China.

Sheathoid nematodes of the genus Hemicriconemoides are migratory root-ectoparasites of many plants including various agricultural crops and fruit *** are generally found inhabiting tropical and subtropical areas of the world and have been reported from Africa,America,Asia,Australia and southern Europe,presently genus consists of 52 valid *** this study we provide morphological and molecular characterization of one new and one new recorded species *** *** *** isolated from Metasequoia glyptostroboides and Camelliae uruku in Hangzhou,Zhejiang,*** new species is most similar to *** and considered as a cryptic *** the new species can be characterized by cuticular sheath well separated at anterior region,cuticle smooth with retrorse annuli,lip region slightly set off and roughly square in ***733μm long,excretory pore 4 annuli posterior to pharyngeal bulb,vulva posteriorly located88%91%of the total body,tail conical with bluntly pointed *** can be characterized by its exclusive lip morphology(set off,marked with constriction),cuticular sheath attached at anterior and vulval region,stylet 668μm long,excretory pore located 4 5 annuli posterior to pharyngeal bulb,vulva posteriorly located 88%0%of the body,tail elongated widely conoid,ended up in a rounded *** electron microscopic observations and molecular characterization based on COI of mtDNA,18 S,D2-D3 28 S and ITS of rDNA sequences for both species also *** date sixteen Hemicriconemoides species have been reported from China,where *** is the 17 recorded *** results suggested that the concomitant use of morphological and molecular characterization help to remove the taxonomic opaqueness and paucity of knowledge regarding species *** will help to improve its relevance for posterity and will further elucidate the deeper levels of phylogenetic relationship
