Mast cells are a subtype of white blood cells and are involved in the immune *** cells contain many chemical substances called mediators,which are involved in the allergic *** fact that mast cells play a role in many events that require urgent intervention,especially anaphylaxis,has led to a more detailed study of these *** diseases also caused by dysfunctions of mast cells have been examined in many *** instance,mast cell activation syndrome is known as an augmented number of cells due to decreased cell death,resulting in clinical symptoms affecting many *** main common symptoms include flushing,hypotension,urticaria,angioedema,headache,vomiting and *** the underlying mechanism is not yet clearly known,we aim to review the literature in a broad perspective and bring together the existing knowledge in the light of the literature due to the diversity of its involvement in the body and the fact that it is a little known syndrome.

Cytokine and Antioxidant regulation in the Intestine of the Gray Mouse Lemur (Microcebus murinus) During Torpor

During food shortages, the gray mouse lemur（Microcebus murinus） of Madagascar experiences daily torpor thereby reducing energy expenditures. The present study aimed to understand the impacts of torpor on the immune system and antioxidant response in the gut of these *** interaction may be of critical importance given the trade-off between the energetically costly immune response and the need to defend against pathogen entry during hypometabolism. The protein levels of cytokines and antioxidants were measured in the small intestine（duodenum, jejunum,and ileum） and large intestine of aroused and torpid lemurs. While there was a significant decrease of some pro-inflammatory cytokines（IL-6 and TNF-a） in the duodenum and jejunum during torpor as compared to aroused animals, there was no change in anti-inflammatory cytokines. We observed decreased levels of cytokines（IL-12p70 and M-CSF）, and several chemokines（MCP-1and MIP-2） but an increase in MIP-1a in the jejunum of the torpid animals. In addition, we evaluated antioxidant response by examining the protein levels of antioxidant enzymes and total antioxidant capacity provided by metabolites such as glutathione（and others）. Our results indicatedthat levels of antioxidant enzymes did not change between torpor and aroused states, although antioxidant capacity was significantly higher in the ileum during torpor. These data suggest a suppression of the immune response, likely as an energy conservation measure, and a limited role of antioxidant defenses in supporting torpor in lemur intestine.

Alicyclobacillus *** thermoacidophilic,spore-forming bacteria,some of which cause spoilage in pasteurized and heat-treated apple juice products through the production of *** would be helpful if a rapid method to detect and discriminate Alicyclobacillus strains was available.A simple and rapid sample preparation method using nitrocellulose membrane filter(NMF) and a single reflection horizontal attenuated total reflection(HATr) accessory with FT-Ir was developed *** transform infrared(FT-Ir) spectroscopy was used and tested on eight Alicyclobacillus strains(KF,WAC,NWN-13501,NWN-12697,NWN- 12654,NWN-10682,1016,1101).A linear discriminant analysis(LDA) was established to discriminate Alicyclobacillus *** sample preparation method could successfully separated strains into different groups by principal component analysis(PCA).High identification accuracy(95%) was achieved with the LDA model.
