Active-transporting of charge-reversal Cu(Ⅱ)-doped mesoporous silica nanoagents for antitumor chemo/chemodynamic therapy

Fe-based Fenton agents can generate highly reactive and toxic hydroxyl radicals(·OH)in the tumor microenvironment(TME)for chemodynamic therapy(CDT)with high ***,the low pH environment and insufficient endogenous hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))of the highly efficient Fenton reaction limits its practical application in ***,a Cu(Ⅱ)-doped mesoporous silica nanoagent(Cu-MSN)with excellent dispersity was successfully *** loaded with doxorubicin(DOX)and ascorbate(AA),Cu-MSN@DA was coated with active targeting ligand folic acid(FA),dimethyl maleic an-hydride(DMMA)and carboxymethyl chitosan(CMC)to obtain an active transporting nanoagent(FCDC@Cu-MSN@DA)with tunable charge-reversal property,which is more adaptable to the pH value of TME than Fe-based Fenton agents,and can self-supply exogenous H_(2)O_(2)by ascorbate to produce more toxic·OH to trigger the apoptosis of cancer ***,the high level of glutathione(GSH)in TME can reduce Cu(Ⅱ)to Cu(I)by Fenton-like reaction,increasing the generation rate of·OH and relieving tumor antioxidant *** supply of exogenous H_(2)O_(2)significantly enhanced the synergistic effect of CDT by oxidative *** with DOX-induced cell apoptosis,this novel nanoagent FCDC@Cu-MSN@DA can achieve maximum therapeutic efficacy,creating a new model of safe and effective tumor treatment with high specificity.

Estimation of cancer cell migration in biomimetic random/oriented collagen fiber microenvironments

Increasing data indicate that cancer cell migration is regulated by extracellular matrixes and their surrounding biochemical microenvironment,playing a crucial role in pathological processes such as tumor invasion and ***,conventional two-dimensional cell culture and animal models have limitations in studying the influence of tumor microenvironment on cancer cell ***,the further development of microfluidic technology has provided solutions for the study of such *** utilize microfluidic chip to build a random collagen fiber microenvironment(RFM)model and an oriented collagen fiber microenvironment(OFM)model that resemble early stage and late stage breast cancer microenvironments,*** combining cell culture,biochemical concentration gradient construction,and microscopic imaging techniques,we investigate the impact of different collagen fiber biochemical microenvironments on the migration of breast cancer MDA-Mb-231-RFP *** results show that MDA-Mb-231-RFP cells migrate further in the OFM model compared to the RFM model,with significant differences ***,we establish concentration gradients of the anticancer drug paclitaxel in both the RFM and OFM models and find that paclitaxel significantly inhibits the migration of MDA-Mb-231-RFP cells in the RFM model,with stronger inhibition on the high concentration side compared to the low concentration ***,the inhibitory effect of paclitaxel on the migration of MDA-Mb-231-RFP cells in the OFM model is *** findings suggest that the oriented collagen fiber microenvironment resembling the late-stage tumor microenvironment is more favorable for cancer cell migration and that the effectiveness of anticancer drugs is *** RFM and OFM models constructed in this study not only provide a platform for studying the mechanism of cancer development,but also serve as a tool for the initial measurement of drug screening.

The title complex LaC11H22O14N3 （Mr = 559. 27） crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a=14. 452（7） ,b=8. 260（2）,c= 16. 641（8） A ,β= 90. 85（4）°, Z = 4, V=1986. 2（1） A3,Dc=1. 87g·cm-3, F（000） = 1112,μ（MoKa） = 22. 7cm-1. The final refinement converged with R=0. 036 and Rw = 0. 038 for 2996 observed independent reflectios. The average La-O（crown） bond length of 2. 683 A （2. 660-2. 701A）is shorter than that in La（NO3）3（15-C-5）(2. 694A).The distances between opposite O atoms （3. 47. 68A） indicate that the cavity of 16-C-5 in the complex is elliptic.

Crystal Structure during Film Formation

For evaporation-deposited Ti films, face-centred cubic structure was observed at the initial stage of film growth, then transited to the hexagonal close-packed structure during film growing (less than 50 nm thick). While. for ion-beam sputter-deposited films. the structure of films always kept the fcc structure during all stages of film formation. The structure of film at initial growth stages relates with the substrate. It is discussed that different film processes and different growth stages provide different thermodynamic condition of film formation and result in the different crystal structures of films during the film formation

A ^(13)CO isotopic study on the CO promotion effect in methane dehydroaromatization reaction over a Mo/HMCM-49 catalyst

The promotion effect of CO in methane dehydroaromatization was investigated using ^13CO probe molecules. by alternative injection of ^13CO to the methane feed, the distribution of ^13CxC6-xH6（x= 0-3） products changed significantly, confirming the participation of ^13CO in the reaction network. The addition of ^13CO did not change the conversion of CH4 but improved slightly the durability of the methane dehydroaromatization （MDA） reaction, which might be caused by the interaction of the dissociated oxygen species and the deposited carbon species. The ratio of ^13CxC6-xH6 （x = 0-3） varied with the time on stream, which was determined by the competitive reactions of methane decomposition and ^13CO dissociation.

Quantum phase transitions of fermionic atoms in an anisotropic triangular optical lattice

The effect of anisotropy caused by a confining potential on the properties of fermionic cold atoms in a triangular optical lattice is systematically investigated by using the dynamical cluster approximation combined with the continuous time quantum Monte-Carlo algorithm. The quantum phase diagrams which reflect the temperature-interaction relation and the competition between the anisotropic parameter and the interaction are presented with full consideration of the anisotropy of the system. Our results show that the system undergoes a transition from Fermi liquid to Mott insulator when the repulsive interaction reaches a critical value. The Kondo effect also can be observed in this system and the pseudogap is suppressed at low temperatures due to the Kondo effect. A feasible experiment protocol to observe these phenomena in an anisotropic triangular optical lattice with cold atoms is proposed, in which the hopping terms are closely related to the lattice confining potential and the atomic interaction can be adjusted via the Feshbach resonance.

Radioheliographs can obtain solar images at high temporal and spatial resolution,with a high dynamic *** are among the most important instruments for studying solar radio bursts,understanding solar eruption events,and conducting space weather *** study aims to explore the effective use of radioheliographs for solar observations,specifically for imaging coronal mass ejections(CME),to track their evolution and provide space weather *** have developed an imaging simulation program based on the principle of aperture synthesis imaging,covering the entire data processing flow from antenna configuration to dirty map *** grid processing,we propose an improved non-uniform fast Fourier transform(NUFFT)method to provide superior image *** simulated imaging of radio coronal mass ejections,we provide practical recommendations for the performance of *** study provides important support for the validation and calibration of radioheliograph data processing,and is expected to profoundly enhance our understanding of solar activities.

Self-organized criticality and its application in the slope disasters under gravity

Firstly, three kinds of sand pile experiments which reflect the universal process of energy dissipation within the slope accumulation under the self-organized action are reviewed. They all show that self-organized criticality (SOC) is related to granular non-uniform. The experiment of Tokamak plasma system is introduced, which shows some of SOC properties of Tokamak plasmas in Ohmic region or L-mode. Secondly, material tests in geotechnical engineering and numerical simulations of micro-structure of sand piles indicate that SOC is determined by the structural characteristics. Finally, according to the principle of SOC, the behavior of slope disasters under gravity and its forecast as well as the design of protection engineering are discussed.

When structured illumination is used in digital holographic microscopy(DHM),each direction of the illumination fringe is required to be shifted at least three times to perform the phase-shifting *** this paper,we propose a scheme for spatial resolution enhancement of DHM by using the structured illumination but without phase *** structured illuminations of different directions,which are generated by a spatial light modulator,illuminate the sample sequentially in the object *** formed object waves interfere with a reference wave in an off-axis configuration,and a CCD camera records the generated *** the object waves are reconstructed numerically,a synthetic aperture is performed by an iterative algorithm to enhance the spatial *** resolution improvement of the proposed method is proved and demonstrated by both simulation and experiment.
