The influence of the pressure transmission medium（PTM）on the excitonic interband transitions in monolayer tungsten diselenide（WSe2）is investigated using photoluminescence（PL）spectra under hydrostatic pressure up to *** kinds of PTMs,condensed argon（Ar）,1：1 n-pentane and isopentane mixture（PM）,and4：1 methanol and ethanol mixture（MEM,a PTM with polarity）,are *** is found that when either Ar or PM is used as the PTM,the PL peak of exciton related to the direct K-K interband transition shows a pressure-induced blue-shift at a rate of 32±4 or 32±1 meV/GPa,while it turns to be 50±9meV/GPa when MEM is used as the *** indirect A-K interband transition presents almost no shift with increasing pressure up to approximatel.y 5 GPa when Ar and PM are used as the PTM,while it shows a red-shift at the rate of-17±7meV/GPa by using MEM as the *** results reveal that the optical interband transitions of monolayer WSe2 are very sensitive to the polarity of the *** anomalous pressure coefficient obtained using the polar PTM of MEM is ascribed to the existence of hydrogen-like bonds between hydroxyl in MEM and Se atoms under hydrostatic pressure.

Luminescent properties of Tm^(3+)-doped GdYTaO_(4) are studied for exploring their potential applications in temperature and pressure *** main emission peaks from ^(3)H_(4)→^(3)H_(6) transition of Tm^(3+)are *** ratio between the two peaks evolves exponentially with temperature and has a highest sensitivity of 0.014 K^(−1) at 32 *** energy difference between the two peaks increases linearly with pressure increasing at a rate of 0.38 meV/*** ratio between the two peaks and their emission lifetimes are also analyzed for discussing the pressure-induced variation of the sample ***,Raman spectra recorded under high pressures indicate an isostructural phase transition of GdYTaO_(4) occurring at 4.46 GPa.

We investigate the pressure spectral characteristics and the effective tuning of defect emissions in hexagonal boron nitride(hBN) at low temperatures using a diamond anvil cell(DAC). It is found that the redshift rate of emission energy is up to 10 meV/GPa, demonstrating a controllable tuning of single photon emitters through *** on the distribution character of pressure coefficients as a function of wavelength, different kinds of atomic defect states should be responsible for the observed defect emissions.

The application of industrial solid wastes as environmentally functional materials for air pollutants control has gained much attention in recent years due to its potential to reduce air pollution in a cost-effective *** this review,we investigate the development of industrialwaste-based functional materials for various gas pollutant removal and consider the relevant reaction mechanism according to different types of industrial solid *** see a recent effort towards achieving high-performance environmental functional materials via chemical or physical modification,in which the active components,pore size,and phase structure can be *** review will discuss the potential of using industrial solid wastes,these modified materials,or synthesized materials from raw waste precursors for the removal of air pollutants,including SO_(2),NO_(x),Hg^(0),H_(2)S,VOCs,and CO_(2).The challenges still need to be addressed to realize this potential and the prospects for future research *** suggestions for future directions include determining the optimal composition of these materials,calculating the real reaction rate and turnover frequency,developing effective treatment methods,and establishing chemical component databases of raw industrial solid waste for catalysts/adsorbent preparation.

Rare earth metal-organic frameworks (RE-MOFs) have drawn wide attention owing to diverse network structures and various application ***,due to the unpredictable formation of the nodes,it is still challenging to design novel RE-MOFs.A novel versatile strategy was developed employing a RE-acetate complex (RE2(CH3COO)6·4H2O) as a precursor to construct RE-MOFs.2D RE-MOFs (RE-DBP) and 3D RE-MOFs (RE-TCPP) could be obtained by using dicarboxylic porphyrin ligands H2DBP and tetracarboxylic porphyrin ligands H2TCPP,*** RE-MOFs were further synthesized to verify the universality of the *** crystalline RE-MOFs could also be prepared at room temperature via the developed strategy,which could significantly promote large-scale preparation and practical application of *** proof of the concept,the performance of porphyrin-based RE-MOFs was investigated in the photocatalytic cycloaddition of CO2with *** the RE-DBP(Co) MOFs,Tb-DBP(Co) exhibited the best photocatalytic performance,which was also greater than that of the corresponding 3D MOF Tb-TCPP(Co) due to the optimal 2D structure and thus the accelerated photogenerated charge separation and transfer *** work not only provides a novel versatile strategy to design and develop RE-MOFs,but also proposes a promising approach for the potential bulk production of RE-MOFs at room temperature.

In this study,a novel Ni-W-Co-Mo medium heavy alloy (MHA) was designed to improve its mechanical strength via Mo *** the Ni-42W-10Co-xM o alloy series,where x represents the weight percent of Mo and varies between 0,1,2,5,and 10,the microstructure transitions from a dendritic structure to a hypoeutectic structure as the Mo content increases from 0 to 5wt.%.Moreover,as the Mo content increases from 0to 10wt.%,the distribution of theμ-phase shifts from being individually dispersed to forming aggregates,and its volume fraction rises from 0.5%to 7.9%.Notably,theμ-phase evolves into an eutectic microstructure,which helps in minimizing the segregation of *** change is accompanied by a substantial enhancement in mechanical properties;specifically,the compressive yield strength at room temperature increases from 350 MPa to 646 MPa,indicating a significant 85%***,the microhardness increases from 230 HV to 304 *** dynamics simulations further reveal that the strengthening mechanism of Ni-42W-10Co-xM o alloys is Mo-induced solid solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening.

Currently, the Southwest Power Grid is promoting the construction of a new power system. The southwest power grid has a large-scale integration of clean energy, mainly hydropower, which depends on the weather. The system operation is facing serious challenges due to the lack of reliable power supply and the frequent occurrence of extreme climate. Firstly, this paper introduces China's Southwest Power Grid and market operation pattern. Secondly, learning from the power supply issues in the Sichuan-Chongqing region of the Southwest Power Grid under the extreme drought, and high-temperature climate scenarios in the summer of 2022, and based on the perspectives of the regional power grid and the marketization, the paper summarizes the four shortcomings of current power supply scheme of Southwest Power Grid, namely limited warning levels, short supply cycle, limited supply space, and a single supply resource. Therefore, research methods and framework for the power supply of Southwest Power Grid are proposed based on the concept of "double-level, full-lifecycle, full-space, and full-resources" ("one-double three-full"). Thirdly, the power trading system for supply sufficiency in Southwest Power Grid under extreme climate scenarios is constructed: 1) proposing the concept and level determination method of power supply warning and response for regional power grids, and constructing a double-level power trading supply warning and response mechanism for "provincial power grid + regional power grid";2) proposing medium and long term interruptible power supply varieties and constructing a "medium and long term + spot + emergency" full-lifecycle power trading supply guarantee system;3) proposing the concept of inter-regional and intra-provincial market power supply, designing spatiotemporal exchange transactions of large-scale hydropower and constructing a "inter-regional + inter-provincial + intra-provincial" full-space power trading system for supply sufficiency;4) proposing p

Background:Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a liver disorder characterized by the accumulation and degeneration of fat in the liver cells,a condition that may further deteriorate and lead to cirrhosis and liver *** studies showed that metabolic dysfunction can promote NAFLD *** Zhugan Decoction(LGZGD)has therapeutic effects on *** mechanism of LGZGD still remains *** study was to examine the impact of LGZGD on the metabolic processes involved in the development of ***:A mice model of NAFLD was treated with *** therapeutic potential of LGZGD was evaluated by assessing the activity of transaminases,lipids levels of blood,and pathological changes in the liver of the mice model of ***,this study also evaluated the influence of LGZGD on liver inflammation and oxidative ***:The results of untargeted metabolomics analysis showed that LGZGD reduced the disordered lipid metabolism in NAFLD *** improved the oxidative stress and also reduced the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the *** metabolomics analysis of liver samples revealed that LGZGD treatment improved metabolic disorders,including alanine,aspartate,glutamate,glycerophospholipid metabolism,and citrate *** RT-qPCR and Western blot results showed that LGZGD could regulate the expression of key enzymes in the metabolic pathway of the citrate cycle,including ATP-citrate lyase(ACLY),alanine-glyoxylate aminotransferase-2(AGXT2),phosphatidylethanolamine N-methyltransferase(PEMT),and succinate dehydrogenase(SDH).Conclusion:We found that LGZGD can treat NAFLD by reducing inflammatory responses,inhibiting oxidative stress,regulating alanine,aspartate,glutamate,and glycerophospholipid metabolism,and citrate cycle pathways.
