●AIM:To assess effectivity and safety of tr.focal intr.ocular.lenses(IOLs)and cap.ular.tension r.ngs in tr.ating catar.ct p.tients with axial high myop.a.●METHODS:A p.osp.ctive nonr.ndomized contr.lled clinical tr.al was *** 98 eyes(74 p.tients)who under.ent femtosecond laser.assisted catar.ct sur.er.(FLACS)with tr.focal IOLs wer. enr.lled in the study and followed up.for.2y after.sur.er.:46 eyes(33 p.tients)with cap.ular.tension r.ng imp.antation in the long axial lengths(AL)gr.up.26p.tients)in the nor.al AL gr.up.22p.stop.r.tive outcomes about effectivity and safety,including the subjective and objective visual quality,and p.stop.r.tive comp.ications wer. assessed.●r.SULTS:Uncor.ected distance visual acuity at 5 m and uncor.ected inter.ediate visual acuity at 60 and 80 cm in the long AL gr.up.wer. significantly wor.e than those in the nor.al AL gr.up.at 3mo p.stop.r.tively(p.0.05).The differ.nces in r.ading sp.ed,sp.ctacle indep.ndence and p.tential visual comp.aints between the two gr.up. wer. not statistically significant(p.0.05).The dysfunctional lens index and total modulation tr.nsfer.function(MTF)aver.ge height wer. similar.between the two *** p.stop.r.tive inter.al coma aber.ations in the axial high myop.a eyes wer. significantly higher.than that in the nor.al AL gr.up.p.0.05).The total satisfaction scor. in the long AL gr.up.91.32±2.76)was slightly higher.than that in the nor.al AL gr.up.90.36±3.47),but ther. was no differ.nce(p.0.136).A statistically negative cor.elation was found between cor.ected distance visual acuity(CDVA)and dysfunctional lens index(r.-0.382,p.0.009),and between CDVA and the total MTF aver.ge height(r.-0.374,p.0.01).But ther. was no significant cor.elation between CDVA and total satisfaction scor.(r.0.059,p.0.696).p.stop.r.tive comp.ications mainly p.esented as p.ster.or.cap.ular.op.city(p.O),r.tinal detachment and cystoid macular.*** was no differ.nce in the incidenc

The immune-stimulating cytokine IL-12 exhibits excellent antitumor.activities. However. IL-12 can induce IFN-γ r.lease and subsequently up.egulate p.L-1 exp.ession on tumor.cells. Ther.for., the tumor.tar.eting folate-modified deliver. system F-Dp. is constr.cted for.concur.ent deliver. of IL-12 encoding gene and small molecular.p.L-1 inhibitor.i p.L-1) to r.duce immune escap. and boost anti-tumor.immunity. The p.ysicochemical char.cter.stics, gene tr.nsfection efficiency of the F-Dp. nanop.r.icles in ovar.an cancer.cells ar. analyzed. The immune-modulation effects of combination ther.p. on differ.nt immune cells ar. also studied. r.sults show that comp.r.d with non-folate-modified vector. folate-modified F-Dp. can imp.ove the tar.eting of ovar.an cancer.and enhance the tr.nsfection efficiency of p.IL-12. The under.ying anti-tumor.mechanisms include the r.gulation of T cells p.olifer.tion and activation, NK activation,macr.p.age p.lar.zation and DC matur.tion. The F-Dp./p.IL-12/i p.L-1 comp.exes have shown outstanding antitumor.effects and low toxicity in p.r.toneal model of ovar.an cancer.in mice. Taken together. our.wor. p.ovides new insights into ovar.an cancer.immunother.p.. Novel F-Dp./p.IL-12/i p.L-1 comp.exes ar. r.vealed to exer. p.ominent anti-tumor.effect by modulating tumor.immune micr.envir.nment and p.eventing immune escap. and might be a p.omising tr.atment op.ion for.ovar.an cancer.tr.atment.
