Ethylene-p.op.lene block cop.lymer.Ebp. is a vital comp.nent in imp.ct p.lyp.op.lene cop.lymer.Ip.), yet its distr.bution in the multip.ase comp.site mater.al and how it influences the p.ase str.ctur. and the mechanical p.op.r.ies ar. not well under.tood. In this wor.,four.Ip.s wer. investigated by atomic for.e micr.scop.-infr.r.d(AFM-Ir. to assess the p.ase comp.sitions in situ, based on which in conjunction with the chain micr.str.ctur. infor.ation obtained ex situ the distr.butions of the cop.lymer.comp.nents wer. der.ved for.each alloy. For.the Ip.s whose Ebp.comp.ises long p.and long E segments, the Ebp.fr.ction was found to p.ase sep.r.te fr.m the r.bber.and the p. matr.x to for. the cor.s of the disp.r.e p.r.icles with the E-p.segmented cop.lymer.Esp.. In contr.st, in the Ip. with Ebp.comp.sed of long p.and shor. E segments, the Ebp.fr.ction for.ed an outer.shell for.the r.bber.p.r.icles with the cor.s comp.ising the Esp.alone, and this Ip., containing a lower.E comonomer.content than its counter.0}r., exhibited both better.imp.ct r.sistance and higher.flexur.l modulus. These r.sults clar.fy how the chain str.ctur. of Ebp.gover.s the p.ase mor.0}ology in Ip., which in tur. imp.cts the p.op.r.ies of the comp.site mater.al.

We consider.the linear.zed incomp.essible Navier.Stokes (Oseen) equations in a flat channel. A sequence of ap.r.ximations to the exact boundar. condition at an ar.ificial boundar. is der.ved. Then the or.ginal p.oblem is r.duced to a boundar. value p.oblem in a bounded domain, which is well-p.sed. A finite element ap.r.ximation on the bounded domain is given, fur.her.or. the er.or.estimate of the finite element ap.r.ximation is obtained. Numer.cal examp.e shows that our.ar.ificial boundar. conditions ar. ver. effective.

We consider.a new cosmological model(calledΛCDM),in which the vacuum ener.y inter.cts with matter.and r.diation,and test this model using the cur.ent cosmological *** the CMB+bao+SN(CBS)dataset to constr.in the model,we find that H_(0) and S_(8) tensions ar. r.lieved to 2.87σand 2.77σ,***,in this case,theΛCDM model is not favor.d by the data,comp.r.d withΛ*** find that when the H_(0) and S_(8) data ar. added to the data combination,the situation is significantly *** the CBS+H_(0) case,the model r.lieves the H_(0) tension to 0.47σ,and the model is favor.d over.*** the CBS+H_(0)+S_(8) case,we obtain a synthetically best situation,in which the H_(0) and S_(8) tensions ar. r.lieved to 0.72.and 2.11σ,*** this case,the model is most favor.d by the ***,this cosmological model can gr.atly r.lieve the H_(0) tension and simultaneously effectively alleviate the S_(8) tension.

METHODS: H2.2.0 μmol/L (2. h) was used for.inducing ap.p.osis in the car.iomyocytes cultur. of neonatal r.ts and to tr.at the isolated ventr.cular.myocytes of adult guinea p.gs in vitr. for.2. h. Ap.p.osis was evaluated by TUNEL methods and voltage-dep.ndent K+ cur.ents wer. r.cor.ed by p.tch-clamp.techniques. r.SULTS: H2.2.50 μmol/L (2. h)induced cell ap.p.osis in the car.iomyocytes cultur. of neonatal r.ts. This concentr.tion was used to tr.at the isolated ventr.cular.myocytes of adult guinea p.gs in vitr. for.2. h and the voltage-dep.ndent K+ cur.ents densities (Ik, Ik1) wer. down-r.gulated. The densities of the delayed r.ctifier.K+ cur.ents (Ik) in 50 μmol/L H2.2.gr.up.wer. 2.52.0.57 p./p. vs 5.73.1.84 p./p. in the contr.l gr.up.at +50 mV (n=8, p.0.01). The densities of the inwar. r.ctifier.K+ cur.ents (Ik1) in 50 μmol/L H2.2.gr.up.wer. -13.9± 2.70 p./p., 2.52.0.57 p./p. vs -59.7±11.9 p./p., 5.73.1.84 p./p. in the contr.l gr.up.at -12. mV (n=8, p. 0.01) and -40 mV (n=8, p.0.05), r.sp.ctively. The extent of inwar. r.ctifier.p.op.r.y of Ik1 was weakened by 50 μmol/L H2.2.r.atment. CONCLUSION: The densities of Ik, Ik1 in the car.iomyocytes of guinea p.gs wer. down- r.gulated and the inwar. r.ctifier.p.op.r.y of Ik1 was weakened dur.ng the gr.dual ap.p.otic p.ocess after.50 μmol/L H2.2.tr.atment for.2. h.
