Skin acts as protective barrier against a number of factors such as dust,opportunistic microbial and viral infections,regulates body temperature and waste *** cell population plays an important role in devclopment of skin architecturc.A scaffold having capability to support and enhance fibroblast growth is a viable option for wound dressing material which can shorten the time for wound to *** this work,Silk Fibroin(SF)and Xanthan(Xa)were blended in three ratios 80 SF:20 Xa(SFX82),60 SF:40 Xa(SFX64),and 50SF:50 Xa(SFX55)to create SF/Xa *** and other physicochemical properties of SF/Xa scaffold are functions of blending ratios and blend with the ratio 80 SF:20 Xa has the highest *** properties of SF/Xa blends are a function of miscibility with SFX82 having superior thermal propertis of all fabricated *** porosity of SF/Xa scaffolds is in the range of 67%to 50%,with pore size of 58.1 um-45.5 um,water uptake capacity of 92%-86%,and surface roughness of 49.95 nm-385 ***82 shows highest growth rate of L929 fibroblast cells indicating its superiority over other scaffolds for providing biological cues for the growth and proliferation of fibroblastic cells in natural ***82 scaffold is found to be most suitable for fibroblastic cells thereby enhancing the tissue regeneration at wound site.

This paper considers an infinite buffer renewal input queue with multiple working vacation policy wherein customers are served by a single server according to general bulk service （a,b）-rule （1 ≤ a ≤ b）. If the number of waiting customers in the system at a service completion epoch （during a normal busy period） is lower than ＇a＇, then the server starts a vacation. During a vacation if the number of waiting customers reaches the minimum threshold size ＇a＇, then the server starts serving this batch with a lower rate than that of the normal busy period. After completion of a batch service during working vacation, if the server finds less than takes another vacation, otherwise the server rate. The maximum allowed size of a batch a＇ customers accumulated in the system, then the server continues to serve the available batch with that lower in service is ＇b＇. The authors derive both queue-length and system-length distributions at pre-arrival epoch using both embedded Markov chain approach and the roots method. The arbitrary epoch probabilities are obtained using the classical argument based on renewal theory. Several performance measures like average queue and system-length, mean waiting-time, cost and profit optimization are studied and numerically computed.

Silk fibroin/xanthan scaffolds were prepared by blending silk fibroin and xanthan in the ratios 80SF:20Xa(SFX82),60SF:40Xa(SFX64),and 50SF:50Xa(SFX55)using freeze drying ***-vitro degradation behavior of the prepared scaffolds was studied for 37 days in phosphate buffer *** degradation rate was the function of silk fibroin,xanthan and^-crystallite contents in the silk fibroin/xanthan ***82 degraded extremely slowly whereas SFX55 showed faster degradation *** xanthan was the main contributor of weight ***82 and SFX64 exhibited surface degradation whereas SFX55 showed bulk degradation which indicated that higher silk fibroin ratios favor surface *** to bulk degradation,SFX55 showed maximum surface roughness among the composite *** FTIR spectrum revealed total loss of xanthan from the composites after *** broad and low-intensity peaks in the FTIR spectrum of composite scaffolds con finned reduction in 0-sheet crystallite content during *** analysis also confirmed reduction in 0-sheet crystals and revealed that degraded composite scaffold had predominantly amorphous *** degraded scaffold showed higher porous structure than the non-degraded *** in vitro degradability testing gives a good approximation of degradation of scaffold in vivo and helps in designing a robust biopolymeric composite scaffold for tissue engineering.

The thermoelastic interaction for the three-phase-lag （TPL） heat equation in an isotropic infinite elastic body with a spherical cavity is studied by two-temperature generalized thermoelasticity theory （2TT）. The heat conduction equation in the theory of TPL is a hyperbolic partial differential equation with a fourth-order derivative with respect to time. The medium is assumed to be initially quiescent. By the Laplace trans- formation, the fundamental equations are expressed in the form of a vector-matrix differ- ential equation, which is solved by a state-space approach. The general solution obtained is applied to a specific problem, when the boundary of the cavity is subjected to the ther- mal loading （the thermal shock and the ramp-type heating） and the mechanical loading. The inversion of the Laplace transform is carried out by the Fourier series expansion tech- niques. The numerical values of the physical quantity are computed for the copper like ma- terial. Significant dissimilarities between two models （the two-temperature Green-Naghdi theory with energy dissipation （2TGN-III） and two-temperature TPL model （2T3phase）） are shown graphically. The effects of two-temperature and ramping parameters are also studied.

The field of object tracking has recently made significant ***,the performance results in both deep learning and correlation filters,based trackers achieved effective tracking ***,there are still some difficulties with object tracking for example illumination and deformation(DEF).The precision and accuracy of tracking algorithms suffer from the effects of such *** this situation,finding a solution is *** research proposes a new tracking algorithm to handle this *** features are extracted by using Modified LeNet-5,and the precision and accuracy are improved by developing the Real-Time Cross-modality Correlation Filtering method(RCCF).In Modified LeNet-5,the visual tracking performance is improved by adjusting the number and size of the convolution kernels in the pooling and convolution *** high-level,middle-level,and handcraft features are extracted from the modified LeNet-5 *** handcraft features are used to determine the specific location of the target because the handcraft features contain more spatial information regarding the visual *** LeNet features are more suitable for a target appearance change in object *** experiments were conducted by the Object Tracking Benchmarking(OTB)databases like OTB50 and *** experimental results reveal that the proposed tracker outperforms other state-of-the-art trackers under different *** experimental simulation is carried out in *** overall success rate and precision of the proposed algorithm are 93.8%and 92.5%.The average running frame rate reaches 42 frames per second,which can meet the real-time requirements.

Groundwater levels are gradually declining in basins around the world due to anthropogenic and natural *** is not the only factor contributing to change in groundwater levels,population growth and economic progress are leading to increased water *** used for agricultural irrigation are expanding,necessitating the use of artificial groundwater recharge as a method to sustain pumping and enhance *** present study delineates potential locations of significant groundwater resources that already exist using a geostatistical approach as a method to identify potential groundwater recharge *** Multi-Influencing Factors(MIF)technique was applied to determine the relationship between different landscape and climatic factors that influence groundwater *** include topography,climate,hydrogeology,population,economic change,and *** of these factors enabled the identification of potential locations of groundwater suitable for artificial recharge efforts based on weights derived through the MIF *** applied these weights to derive a groundwater recharge index(GRI)*** map was delineated into three groundwater recharge zones classified by their potential areal coverage as a metric for recharge suitability,namely low,medium and high suitability,occupying areas of 8625 km2(30.06%),9082 km2(31.65%),and 10,989 km~2(38.29%),*** findings have important implications for designing sustainable groundwater development and land-use plans for the coming century.

We perform a detailed study of scalar dark matter with triplet Higgs extensions of the Standard Model in order to explain the cosmic ray electron and positron excesses reported by AMS-02 and DAMPE.A detailed analysis of the AMS-02 positron excess reveals that for different orderings(normal,inverted,and quasi-degenerate)of neutrino mass,the hybrid triplet Higgs portal framework is more favored with respect to the single triplet Higgs portal for TeV scale dark *** also show that the resonant peak and continuous excess in DAMPE cosmic ray data can be well explained with the hybrid triplet Higgs portal dark matter when a dark matter sub-halo nearby is taken into account.

A study was carried out on the effects of processing and composition on the structure and properties of P/M EP741NP type alloys. The objectives of this study were to understand the role of Hf in a P/M superalloy containing high niobium used in aircraft engines and to determine the effects of extrusion and forging the powders as contrasted to HIPing （hot isostatic pressing） only. Two alloys of the P/M EP741NP composition were atomized： one alloy contained 0.26%Hfand the other was Hf free. After the as-atomized powders from both alloys were characterized, the powders were extruded into billets, forged and heat treated. After each process, the microstructures were characterized by SEM and the phases were extracted and identified by X-ray diffraction. The presence of Hf in the residues was probed by EDS （energy dispersive spectroscopy）. The alloys were given the published Russian heat treatment as well as a more conventional heat treatment more typical of western powder alloys. Tensile, creep and stress rupture mechanical property tests were run. Results of the structural behavior of the alloys after each processing step will be presented and discussed. The role of the Hfon the mechanical properties will be discussed.
