Recently,the path planning problem may be considered one of the most interesting researched topics in autonomous *** is why finding a safe path in a cluttered environment for a mobile robot is a significant requisite.A promising route planning for mobile robots on one side saves time and,on the other side,reduces the wear and tear on the robot,saving the capital *** route planning methods for the mobile robot have been developed and *** to our best knowledge,no method offers an optimum solution among the existing *** Swarm Optimization(PSO),a numerical optimization method based on the mobility of virtual particles in a multidimensional space,is considered one of the best algorithms for route planning under constantly changing environmental *** the researchers,reactive methods are increasingly common and extensively used for the training of neural networks in order to have efficient route planning for mobile *** paper proposes a PSO Weighted Grey Wolf Optimization(PSOWGWO)*** is a hybrid algorithm based on enhanced Grey Wolf Optimization(GWO)with *** order to measure the statistical efficiency of the proposed algorithm,Wilcoxon rank-sum and ANOVA statistical tests are *** experimental results demonstrate a 25%to 45%enhancement in terms of Area Under Curve(AUC).Moreover,superior performance in terms of data size,path planning time,and accuracy is demonstrated over other state-of-the-art techniques.

Awareness of the Potential Threat of Cyberterrorism to the National Security

The revolution of computing and networks could revolutionise terrorism in the same way that it has brought about changes in other aspects of life. The modern technological era has faced countries with a new set of security challenges. There are many states and potential adversaries, who have the potential and capacity in cyberspace, which makes them able to carry out cyber-attacks in the future. Some of them are currently conducting surveillance, gathering and analysis of technical information, and mapping of networks and nodes and infrastructure of opponents, which may be exploited in future conflicts. This paper uses qualitative data to develop a conceptual framework for awareness of cyberterrorism threat from the viewpoint of experts and security officials in critical infrastructure. Empirical data collected from in-depth interviews were analysed using grounded theory approach. This study applied to Saudi Arabia as a case study.

Diagnosing a baby’s feelings poses a challenge for both doctors and parents because babies cannot explain their feelings through expression or *** the emotions of babies and their associated expressions during different sensations such as hunger,pain,etc.,is a complicated *** infancy,all communication and feelings are propagated through cryspeech,which is a natural *** clinical methods can be used to diagnose a baby’s diseases,but nonclinical methods of diagnosing a baby’s feelings are *** such,in this study,we aimed to identify babies’feelings and emotions through their cry using a nonclinical *** in the cry sound can be identified using our method and used to assess the baby’s *** considered the frequency of the cries from the energy of the *** feelings represented by the infant’s cry are judged to represent certain sensations expressed by the child using the optimal frequency of the recognition of a real-world audio *** used machine learning and artificial intelligence to distinguish cry tones in real time through feature *** experimental group consisted of 50%each male and female babies,and we determined the relevancy of the results against different *** application produced real-time results after recognizing a child’s cry *** novelty of our work is that we,for the first time,successfully derived the feelings of young children through the cry-speech of the child,showing promise for end-user applications.

BACKGROUND Work-related injuries have gained recent attention,especially in the orthopaedic *** upper extremity orthopaedic surgical tasks require repetitive and constant maneuvers,these surgeons can be at increased risk of acquiring workrelated musculoskeletal(MSK)disorders during their years in *** To assess the prevalence,characteristics and impact of MSK disorders among upper extremity orthopaedic *** A modified version of the physical discomfort survey was sent to surgeons who were members of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons and the Canadian shoulder and elbow society via *** collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics,one-way analysis of variance,and Fisher's exact test.P values of21 years(P<0.05).CONCLUSION A high proportion of surgeons in our survey reported MSK injuries,with more than one quarter of surgeons reported requiring time off work due to an MSK *** high incidence of these disorders may place a financial and psychological burden on surgeons and affect their ability to provide patient *** of operative ergonomics,irrespective of surgical specialty may help to decrease or possibly prevent the occurrence of these disorders.

An Intelligent Model for Online Recruitment Fraud Detection

This study research attempts to prohibit privacy and loss of money for individuals and organization by creating a reliable model which can detect the fraud exposure in the online recruitment environments. This research presents a major contribution represented in a reliable detection model using ensemble approach based on Random forest classifier to detect Online Recruitment Fraud (ORF). The detection of Online Recruitment Fraud is characterized by other types of electronic fraud detection by its modern and the scarcity of studies on this concept. The researcher proposed the detection model to achieve the objectives of this study. For feature selection, support vector machine method is used and for classification and detection, ensemble classifier using Random Forest is employed. A freely available dataset called Employment Scam Aegean Dataset (EMSCAD) is used to apply the model. Pre-processing step had been applied before the selection and classification adoptions. The results showed an obtained accuracy of 97.41%. Further, the findings presented the main features and important factors in detection purpose include having a company profile feature, having a company logo feature and an industry feature.

The papain-like protease(PLpro)is vital for the replication of coronaviruses(Co Vs),as well as for escaping innate-immune responses of the ***,it has emerged as an attractive antiviral *** this study,computational approaches were employed,mainly the structure-based virtual screening coupled with all-atom molecular dynamics(MD)simulations to computationally identify specific inhibitors of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-Co V-2)PLpro,which can be further developed as potential pan-PLprobased broad-spectrum antiviral *** sequence,structure,and functional conserveness of most deadly human Co Vs PLprowere explored,and it was revealed that functionally important catalytic triad residues are well conserved among SARS-Co V,SARS-Co V-2,and middle east respiratory syndrome coronavirus(MERS-Co V).The subsequent screening of a focused protease inhibitors database composed of^7,000 compounds resulted in the identification of three candidate compounds,ADM13083841,LMG15521745,and *** three compounds established conserved interactions which were further explored through MD simulations,free energy calculations,and residual energy contribution estimated by MM-PB(GB)SA *** these compounds showed stable conformation and interacted well with the active residues of SARS-Co V-2 PLpro,and showed consistent interaction profile with SARS-Co V PLproand MERS-Co V PLproas ***,the reported SARS-Co V-2 PLprospecific compounds could serve as seeds for developing potent pan-PLprobased broad-spectrum antiviral drugs against deadly human ***,the presented information related to binding site residual energy contribution could lead to further optimization of these compounds.

Most modern microprocessors have one or two levels of on-chip caches to make things run faster,but this is not always the *** of the time,these caches are made of static random access memory *** take up a lot of space on the chip and use a lot of electricity.A lot of the time,low power is more important than several *** is true for phones and *** memory design for single bit architecture consists of six transistors static random access memory cell,a circuit of write driver,and sense amplifiers(such as voltage differential sense amplifier,current differential sense amplifier,charge transfer differential sense amplifier,voltage latch sense amplifier,and current latch sense amplifier,all of which are compared on different resistance values in terms of a number of transistors,delay in sensing and consumption of *** conclusion arises that single bit six transistor static random access memory cell voltage differential sense amplifier architecture consumes 11.34μW of power which shows that power is reduced up to 83%,77.75%reduction in the case of the current differential sense amplifier,39.62%in case of charge transfer differential sense amplifier and 50%in case of voltage latch sense amplifier when compared to existing latch sense amplifier ***,power reduction techniques are applied over different blocks of cache memory architecture to optimize *** single-bit six transistors static random access memory cell with forced tack technique and voltage differential sense amplifier with dual sleep technique consumes 8.078μW of power,i.e.,reduce 28%more power that makes single bit six transistor static random access memory cell with forced tack technique and voltage differential sense amplifier with dual sleep technique more energy efficient.

Molecular Neuropathology versus Histopathology in the Diagnosis of Central Nervous System Tumors: Review Article about Novel Diagnostic and Investigative Technologies

Background: While the diagnostic roles of histopathology and cytopathology remain highly significant nowadays, the roles and applications of molecular techniques in neuropathology are expanding and becoming noteworthy. In the presence of high-throughput techniques such as next-generation sequencing, an exciting application for molecular techniques is genetic or epigenetic profiling, which is known as a rapid, cost-effective, and sensitive technique to elucidate and identify novel genetic or epigenetic alterations. Purpose and Method: The current report is a review article to discuss the significant roles of molecular pathology and advanced molecular technologies, including DNA methylation arrays and spatial transcriptomics, in the neuropathology of central nervous system tumors. Results: The DNA Methylation array is considered a diagnostic support and investigative tool, while spatial transcriptomics is only an investigative tool so far. However, spatial transcriptomics enables visualizing the cells spatially according to their messenger ribonucleic acid and genetic expression. Both of the techniques help in the discovery of different and novel genetic or epigenetic alterations, which may provide opportunities to develop a clinically relevant classification of tumors, elucidate diagnostic and prognostic markers, and ascertain therapeutic checkpoints. There is tremendous growth in the role of these novel technologies, and they are becoming of major importance gradually. Conclusion: Histopathology and cytopathology, as conventional diagnostic disciplines of pathology may have a minor role in the future with further development and advancement of these technologies, especially when they are verified totally and their quality is ensured to serve patients with high healthcare standards. A Comparison and Performance of Different Optical Switching Architectures

Optical Packet Switching (OPS) and transmission networks based on Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) have been increasingly deployed in the Internet infrastructure over the last decade in order to meet the huge increasing demand for bandwidth. Several different technologies have been developed for optical packet switching such as space switches, broadcast-and-select, input buffered switches and output buffered switches. These architectures vary based on several parameters such as the way of optical buffering, the placement of optical buffers, the way of solving the external blocking inherited from switching technologies in general and the components used to implement the WDM. This study surveys most of the exiting optical packet switching architectures. A simulation-based comparison of input buffered and output buffered architectures is presented. The performance analysis of the selected two architectures is derived using simulation program and compared at different scenarios. We found that the output buffered architectures give better performance than input buffered architectures. The simulation results show that the-broadcast-and-select architecture is attractive in terms that it has lees number of components compared to other switches.

Despite the planned installation and operations of the traditional IEEE 802.11 networks,they still experience degraded performance due to the number of *** of the main reasons is the received signal strength indicator(RSSI)association problem,in which the user remains connected to the access point(AP)unless the RSSI becomes too *** this paper,we propose a multi-criterion association(WiMA)scheme based on software defined networking(SDN)in Wi-Fi *** association solution based on multi-criterion such as AP load,RSSI,and channel occupancy is proposed to satisfy the quality of service(QoS).SDNhaving an overall view of the network takes the association and reassociation decisions making the handoffs smooth in throughput *** implementWiMA extensive simulations runs are carried out on Mininet-NS3-Wi-Fi network *** performance evaluation shows that the WiMA significantly reduces the average number of retransmissions by 5%–30%and enhances the throughput by 20%–50%,hence maintaining user fairness and accommodating more wireless devices and traffic load in the network,when compared to traditional client-driven(CD)approach and state of the art Wi-Balance approach.
