The title compound N-4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carbonyl-N＇-3,5-dichloro-4- （1,1,2,2- tetrafluoroethoxyl）phenyl urea （C13H8Cl2F4N4O3S, Mr = 447.19） has been synthesized from 4-methyl- 1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carbonyl chloride as the starting material, and its structure was characterized by proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance （1H NMR）, Infra Red Spectroscopy （IR）, high-resolution mass spectroscopy （HRMS）, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title compound belongs to triclinic, space group Pi with a = 6.0780（8）, b = 11.3760（14）, c = 12.1440（18） A, α = 96.887（7）, β = 91.027（12）, γ= 104.252（13）°, Z = 2, v. 806.98（19）A3, Dc = 1.840 g/cm3, μ= 0.601 mm-1, F（000） = 448, R = 0.0450 and wR = 0.0869. X-ray analysis indicates that the 1,2,3-thiadiazole ring is not coplanar with the phenyl ring, and the dihedral angle is 33.57°. Two intermolecular hydrogen bonds N（2）-H…O（1 ）, S（1 ）…H-C（11）, and three weak intermolecular interactions, C（11）…O（1）, N（1）…O（2） and S…O（1）, are observ.d. The bioassay results indicate that the title compound has good insecticidal activ.ty against Culex pipiens pallens and good induction activ.ty for tobacco against tobacco mosaic v.rus which is equal to that of TDL.

The title compound N-（tert-butyl）-N＇-（2-（4-chlorophenyl）acetyl）-5-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-4-carbohydrazide （C16H19ClN4NaO2S, Mr = 366.86） has been synthesized, and its structure was characterized by IR, 1H NMR, H RMS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title compound belongs to triclinic, space group Pī with a = 8.464（2）, b = 10.192（2）, c = 11.757（2）, α = 68.48（3）, β = 76.31（3）, γ = 80.86（3）°, Z = 2, v.= 2024.6（10） 3, Dc = 1.333 g/cm3, μ = 0.339 mm-1, F（000） = 384, R = 0.0450 and wR （Ⅰ 〉 2σ（Ⅰ）） = 0.1234. X-ray analysis indicates one N-H…N intermolecular hydrogen bond and no π-π stacking interactions are observ.d in this crystal structure. The preliminary biological test shows that the title compound has fungicidal activ.ty and antiv.rus activ.ties against tobacco mosaic v.rus.

The generation of high-power laser pulses using a compact hetero-integrated assembly based on a semiconductor laser with a dual-element composite 2μm×100μm aperture and a compact heterothyristor switch is *** achiev.d peak optical power was 33 W with a pulse duration of 3 ns at a thyristor operating v.ltage of 55 *** leading edge of the laser pulse turn-on was 50 ps to a power lev.l of 24.7 W,and the turn-on delay between the elements of the composite aperture was 160 ps.

Use of the Method of Guidance by a Required v.locity in Control of Spacecraft Attitude

We apply the method of guidance by a required v.locity for solv.ng the optimal control problem ov.r spacecraft’s reorientation from known initial attitude into a required final *** suppose that attitude control is carried out by impulse jet *** optimization of fuel consumption,the controlling moments are calculated and formed according to the method of free trajectories together with principle of iterativ. control using the quaternions for generating commands to *** solution corresponds to the principle“acceleration-free rotation-separate corrections-free rotation-braking”.Rotation along a hitting trajectory is supported by insignificant correction of the uncontrolled motion at discrete instants between segments of acceleration and *** strategies of forming the correction impulses during stage of free motion are *** accuracy of achiev.ment of spacecraft's final position is reached by terminal control using information about current attitude and angular v.locity measurements for determining an instant of beginning of braking(condition for start of braking based on actual motion parameters is formulated in analytical form).The described method is univ.rsal and inv.riant relativ. to moments of *** laws of attitude control concern the algorithms with prognostic model,the synthesized control modes are inv.riant with respect to both external perturbations and parametric *** of mathematical modeling are presented that demonstrate practical feasibility and high efficiency of designed algorithms.

Frequency-Domain Wideband Acoustic Noise Cancellation System

When building an adaptiv. noise cancellation system for wideband acoustic signals, one can meet some difficulties in practical implementation of such a system. The major problem is related to the necessity of using real-time signal generation and processing. In this paper the activ. noise control system which utilizes adaptation in frequency domain is considered. It is shown that the proposed algorithms simplify practical implementation of a noise cancellation system. The results of computer simulations and prototype experiments show the effectiv.ness of the proposed methods. .

Long-Term H2O and CO2 Trends in Conifer Disc Tree Rings and Meteorological Parameters

Results of inv.stigations into the CO2 content in tree disc rings by the method proposed here hav. shown that a considerable part of CO2 generated under cell respiration is found in tree stems. Besides, annual CO2 distribution in tree rings exhibits a well-defined cyclicity. Results obtained from inv.stigations into long-term CO2 and H2O v.riations in tree discs performed by different methods are presented. Wav.let and spectral analyses of the relationship between CO2 and H2O v.riations in a Siberian stone pine disc and meteorological parameters were made. The CO2 annual distributions of sev.n spruce tree discs were examined by the Caterpiller-SSA method. Wood samples of Siberian stone pine and spruce trees were taken from the same site in Tomsk region （Siberia, Russia） that characterized by an optimum growth habitat. Conclusions are made regarding the response of the annual CO2 and H2O conifer disc tree ring distributions to different climatic factors.
