Chinese Population Reference Curves for Ultrasound-Measured Amniotic Fluid Deepest Vertical Pocket in Dichorionic Twin Pregnancies,and Their Associations With Pregnancy Outcomes

Objective:To establish the Chinese population's amniotic fluid deepest vertical pocket(DVP)reference curves for dichorionic twin pregnancies and to investigate DVP links with adverse perinatal ***:This retrospective cohort study,conducted at Peking University Third Hospital from August 2011 to December 2020,used data from 375 women aged 20 to 45 years who had dichorionic twin pregnancies that were confirmed through first-trimester *** exclusions,reference curves were developed using 318 women with 3,299 DVP scans,and the data analyzed included maternal demographics,pregnancy outcomes,ultrasound measurements,and neonatal *** were assessed via ultrasound at regular intervals and grouped by gestational age(GA)for *** mixed models were used to create amniotic fluid reference *** between abnormalities and adverse perinatal outcomes were examined using Chi-squared or Fisher's exact *** regression provided both crude and adjusted odds ratios,adjusting for pre-pregnancy weight,age,ethnicity,parity,and conception *** was set at P<0.05 with 95%confidence intervals(CI),and the analyses were conducted using SPSS ver.26.0(IBM Corp.,Armonk,NY)and SAS ver.9.4(SAS Institute Inc.,Cary,NC,USA)***:DVP increased from the first trimester to a maximum at 26 weeks(95%confidence interval(CI),2.7–8.3 cm for twin 1 and 2.8–7.9 cm for twin 2)and then decreased gradually toward *** between twins 1 and 2 were significant after 26 weeks(95%CI for twin 1:5.3,5.5;95%CI for twin 2:4.4,4.5;P<0.010).Polyhydramnios of twin 1 increased the risk of large for *** of twin 1 increased the risk of small for *** of twin 2 increased the risk of small for GA,premature birth,and neonatal *** of twin 2 increased the risk of preeclampsia,hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,and premature rupture of ***:Reference curves

程序性细胞死亡蛋白PDCD4(programmed cell death 4)是一种肿瘤抑制蛋白,在多种肿瘤组织中下调并提示不良预后,是第一种被发现通过抑制翻译抵抗肿瘤转化、侵袭和转移的蛋白质。PDCD4自身结构与功能关系密切,并受细胞外信号影响,其蛋白表达水平和功能与人体两大信号通路PI3K-Akt-mTOR和MAPK密切相关,通过多种机制调节与肿瘤相关的其他蛋白质。本文通过解析PDCD4结构、功能与疾病的关系,总结了近年来PDCD4在凋亡、自噬、肿瘤、炎症等生理过程和疾病中的作用,为PDCD4及相关蛋白的信号传导路径研究和以它们为靶标的疾病治疗提供启发和思路。

Post-synthetic installation strategy is an effective approach to improve the functions of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs).Herein,a pair of chiral MOFs is successfully constructed through solvothermal subcomponent self-assembly and exhibit circularly polarized luminescence(CPL).These MOFs contain coordinatively unsaturated Zn sites and channels,which allow the installation of pyridyl-terminated pillars into the original *** a post-synthetic installation process reinforces the MOFs'rigidity and increases the photoluminescence quantum yields(PLQYs).Furthermore,the luminescence dissymmetry factors(glum)of these post-modified MOFs are amplified after installing the *** work provides an appealing strategy for boosting the CPL performance of chiral MOFs.

在一些较大面积的建筑物内,移动机器人的路径规划算法的效率仍然面临着较大的挑战。针对这类工作场景,提出了一种结合维诺区域分割和路径优化的路径规划算法(Voronoi region segmentation and path optimization,VSO),实现在大规模室内场景下的快速路径规划。该算法使用广义维诺图(generalized Voronoi graph,GVG)从地图中构建拓扑图,在拓扑图上可以快速获得初始启发式路径。通过将采样过程约束在初始路径周围的区域,减少了对工作空间的过度探索。在此基础上,选择路径点将采样区域划分为多个子区域,之后在子区域中并行搜索路径来减少搜索空间并提升搜索速度。最后将连接各个子区域内的路径作为结果路径,并使用优化算法来平滑最终路径。仿真实验与机器人实验验证了该算法的实用性与有效性。

母乳低聚糖(HMOs)是母乳中具有独特结构的复杂糖类物质,其多样性远高于其它哺乳动物乳。HMOs的功能作用可从婴儿肠道菌群的初步建立一直持续到成年阶段,包括支持有益细菌生长和抗病原菌黏附等,其也具有在认知方面产生有益效果的潜力。关于HMOs是否能够通过调节肠道菌群并借助肠-脑轴来促进婴儿大脑的健康发育,值得进一步研究。本文综述HMOs的组成、结构,重点阐述HMOs在塑造婴儿肠道菌群中的作用,并探讨两者及其产生的代谢物通过肠-脑轴对婴儿认知的促进作用,旨在为推进HMOs在婴儿配方食品中的应用提供理论参考。

The extremely poor prognosis of patients is largely due to hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)/MET signaling,which promotes migration and invasion of glioblastoma(IDH wildtype;GBM;WHO grade 4).1,2 Clinical trials targeting MET,the only receptor of HGF,have yielded unimpressive results in GBM.3,4 Here we found that HGF induced strong chemotaxis on GBM cells,but MET expression was extremely ***,therefore,used single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)coupled with label-free proteome profiling to identify membrane proteins associated with HGF/MET signaling amplification in GBM and to provide a novel modulator,MPZL1,for HGF/MET-targeted therapy.
