Bacterial quorum sensing（QS） molecules are involved in the coordination of certain behaviors such as biofilm formation, virulence and antibiotic resistance. QS molecules（autoinducers） and their corresponding receptors have been recognized as important therapeutic targets for drug-resistant infections and biofilm-associated infections（bai）. This study assessed the multiple biological effects of homogentisic acid y-lactone（HgAL）, a furanone derivative. The anti-QS and anti-biofilm effects of HgAL against PAO1 strain were evaluated using CLSM, SEM, HPLC and other biochemical methods The results showed that HgAL could effectively inhibit the production of pyocyanin and extracellular matrix, as well as reduce the adherence ability and biofilm formation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Inhibition of virulence is attributed to the suppressive effect of HgAL on biosynthesis of 3-oxo-C12-HSLand C4-HSL（two kinds of QS signaling molecules in P. aeruginosa）. Our results support HgAL as a potential agent for prevention of bai in the healthcare settings.

光催化是一种绿色且高效的降解染料污染物的方式,在水污染治理中应用广泛。本研究以SiO_(2)为核层,依次采用氧化还原法、改进的Stöber法及水热法合成SiO_(2)@Ag@SiO_(2)@TiO_(2)多层核壳结构作为光催化剂用于染料污染物降解,并探讨了硝酸银(AgNO_(3))、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)等用量对包覆效果的影响。采用不同表征手段对样品的微观形貌、物相结构、孔结构参数和光电性能进行分析表征。结果表明,当AgNO_(3)、TEOS、TBOT与SiO_(2)的质量比为5:2.4:6:1,多层核壳结构每层均达到最优包覆效果。与SiO_(2)@TiO_(2)和SiO_(2)@Ag@TiO_(2)催化剂相比较,SiO_(2)@Ag@SiO_(2)@TiO_(2)核壳结构的光催化剂具有更佳的光催化活性,光照45 min可降解93%的MB溶液,经4次循环后其光催化效率为90%。

Data mining has the potential to provide information for improving clinical acupuncture strategies by uncovering hidden rules between acupuncture manipulation and therapeutic effects in a data set. In this study, we performed acupuncture on 30 patients with hemiplegia due to acute ischemic stroke. All participants were pre-screened to ensure that they exhibited immediate responses to acupuncture. We used a twirling reinforcing acupuncture manipulation at the specific lines between the bilateral baihui（GV20） and Taiyang（EX-HN5）. We collected neurologic deficit score, simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment score, muscle strength of the proximal and distal hemiplegic limbs, ratio of the maximal H-reflex to the maximal M-wave（Hmax/Mmax）, muscle tension at baseline and immediately after treatment, and the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine at baseline. We then conducted data mining using an association algorithm and an artificial neural network backpropagation algorithm. We found that the twirling reinforcing manipulation had no obvious therapeutic difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of ＂Deficiency and Excess＂. The change in the muscle strength of the upper distal and lower proximal limbs was one of the main factors affecting the immediate change in Fugl-Meyer scores. Additionally, we found a positive correlation between the muscle tension change of the upper limb and Hmax/Mmax immediate change, and both positive and negative correlations existed between the muscle tension change of the lower limb and immediate Hmax/Mmax change. Additionally, when the difference value of muscle tension for the upper and lower limbs was 〉 0 or 〈 0, the difference value of Hmax/Mmax was correspondingly positive or negative, indicating the scalp acupuncture has a bidirectional effect on muscle tension in hemiplegic limbs. 目的探讨3D打印微孔钛(钽)假体重建下肢骨髓炎致大段骨缺损的疗效。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年5月期间解放军联勤保障部队第九二〇医院骨科收治的18例下肢骨髓炎致大段骨缺损患者资料。男10例,女8例;年龄(45.3±14.1)岁;骨缺损侧别:左侧13例,右侧5例;骨缺损部位:股骨11例,胫骨7例。骨髓炎病程为1.0(1.0,3.5)年。骨缺损长度为8.35(6.50,9.84)cm。采用个性化3D打印微孔钛(钽)假体修复骨髓炎病灶清除术后大段骨缺损。术后观察患者的伤口愈合情况,采用Paley感染性骨缺损骨愈合评价标准、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、下肢功能量表(LEFS)及影像学检查综合评定患者的疗效。结果 18例患者术后获(12.2±0.3)个月随访。1例患者术后2个月发生伤口感染,微孔钛假体取出后行Ilizarov骨搬运术治疗;其余17例患者术后伤口均愈合良好。末次随访时18例患者的疼痛VAS评分为2.0(1.0,4.0)分,显著低于术前[(6.1±2.3)分];LEFS评分为54.00(34.50,69.25)分,显著高于术前[18.50(9.00,26.50)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。末次随访时根据Paley感染性骨缺损骨愈合评价标准评定骨愈合情况:优16例,良1例,差1例;骨断端与假体整合良好。结论 3D打印微孔钛(钽)假体重建下肢骨髓炎致大段骨缺损的疗效良好,具有减轻患者疼痛、恢复患者肢体功能等优势。

Large sky Area Multi-Object fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(LAMOST) has completed the observation of nearly 20 million celestial objects,including a class of spectra labeled “Unknown.” Besides low signal-to-noise ratio,these spectra often show some anomalous features that do not work well with current *** this paper,a total of 637,889 “Unknown” spectra from LAMOST DR5 are selected,and an unsupervised-based analytical framework of “Unknown” spectra named SA-Frame(Spectra Analysis-Frame) is provided to explore their origins from different *** SA-Frame is composed of three parts:NAPC-Spec clustering,characterization and origin ***,NAPC-Spec(Nonparametric density clustering algorithm for spectra) characterizes different features in the “unknown” spectrum by adjusting the influence space and divergence distance to minimize the effects of noise and high dimensionality,resulting in 13 ***,characteristic extraction and representation of clustering results are carried out based on spectral lines and continuum,where these 13 types are characterized as regular spectra with low S/Ns,splicing problems,suspected galactic emission signals,contamination from city light and un-gregarious type ***,a preliminary analysis of their origins is made from the characteristics of the observational targets,contamination from the sky,and the working status of the *** results would be valuable for improving the overall data quality of large-scale spectral surveys.

大宽深比变曲率弯道水动力结构大涡模拟研究

弯曲型河流是自然界常见的河流形态,弯曲引起主流、二次流与湍流紊动相互作用,产生复杂的水动力结构,影响河流演变和物质输运。目前相关数值模拟及试验研究多针对小宽深、常曲率弯道,与天然河流大宽深、变曲率形态存在较大差异,为了揭示与天然河流相近的弯道水流运动特性,本文针对大宽深比正弦派生曲线弯道三维水流运动进行大涡数值(LES)模拟研究,结果表明:零曲率断面中心区域二次流沿河宽方向分布最为均匀,回流区范围最大,在大宽深比弯道中,回流区范围最大可达断面面积的15.5%。大宽深比弯道中部流动受到弯曲边界约束较弱,主流区内顺流向流速分布较小宽深比工况更接近于顺直矩形明渠,大宽深比情况下,主流核心区集中在弯道中线附近0.5~1倍水深范围,随着宽深比增大,弯顶附近涡量绝对值增大,对下游的影响范围增大。大宽深比弯道中水流紊动能整体水平较低,紊动能等值线分布和顺流向时均流速等值线一样,均受二次流影响,主流区中心紊动能最小,主流和局部回流区间的剪切层紊动能最大。

Objective: To detect the effect of resistin on the transcription of insulin receptor promoter. Methods: Luciferase reporter gene was fused downstream of human insulin receptor promoter and the enzymatic activity of luciferase was determined in the presence or absence of resistin. The resistin expressed with plasmid was stained with antibody against Myc tag which was in frame fused with resistin coding sequence, and then imaged with confocal microscopy. Results: The treatment of pIRP-LUC transfected cells with recombinant resistin did not result in significant difference in the enzymatic activity of luciferase compared to the untreated cells. Cell staining showed that green fluorescence could be observed in the cytoplasm, but not in the nucleus. Conclusion: The results suggest that the endogenous resistin may functionally locate in the cytoplasm, but does not enter the nucleus and not down-regulate the transcription of insulin receptor promoter.

Data mining-based study on sub-mentally healthy state among residents in eight provinces and cities in China

OBJECTIVE: To apply data mining methods to research on the state of sub-mental health among residents in eight provinces and cities in China and to mine latent knowledge about many conditions through data mining and analysis of data on 3970 sub-mentally healthy individuals selected from 13385 relevant question ***: The strategic tree algorithm was used to identify the main mani festations of the state of sub-mental health. The backpropogation artificial neural network was used to analyze the main mani festations of sub-healthy mental states of three different degrees. A sub-mental health evaluation model was then established to achieve predictive ***: Using classifications from the Scale of Chinese Sub-healthy State, the main manifestations of sub-mental health selected using the strate gictree were F1101(Do you lack peace of mind?),F1102(Are you easily nervous when something comes up?), and F1002(Do you often sigh?). The relative intensity of manifestations of sub-mental health was highest for F1101, followed by F1102,and then F1002. Through study of the neural network, better differentiation could be made between moderate and severe and between mild and severe states of sub-mental health. The differentiation between mild and moderate sub-mental health states was less apparent. Additionally, the sub-mental health state evaluation model, which could be used to predict states of sub-mental health of different individuals, was established using F1101, F1102, F1002, and the mental self-assessment totals ***: The main manifestations of the state of sub-mental health can be discovered using data mining methods to research and analyze the latent laws and knowledge hidden in research evidence on the state of sub-mental health.
