When contributing to pa.ticipa.ory resea.ch, fa.mers usua.ly a.precia.e the performa.ce of cowpea.va.ieties using qua.ita.ive scores. The score they a.tribute to ea.h va.iety a.e based on loca. knowledge. The specific criteria.they individua.ly use to a.tribute a.score a.e not well described. The objectives of this work were to: 1) identify a.d describe exha.stively the loca. criteria.used by fa.mers to mea.ure the a.ronomic performa.ce of cowpea.2) a.sess the va.ia.ility a.d sta.istica. structure of these fa.mer criteria.a.ross loca. contexts;3) a.d a.a.yze the a.socia.ion between these fa.mer criteria.a.d the cla.sica. a.ronomic mea.urement. To a.hieve these objectives, a. a.gmented block design wa. implemented a.ross fifteen loca.ions in the regions of Ma.a.i, Dosso a.d Tilla.éri, representing a.diversity of loca. contexts. From a.set of 36 cowpea.va.ieties, fifteen va.ieties were sown per loca.ion, including five va.ieties (controls) common to a.l loca.ions. In ea.h loca.ion, two replica.es were sown in ra.domized Fisher’s blocks. a.ter a.ronomic mea.urement a.d pa.ticipa.ory eva.ua.ion (scoring of va.ieties by fa.mers), a.group survey (focus group) wa. conducted in ea.h loca.ion to identify the criteria.considered by fa.mers to found their discretiona. scoring of va.ieties during the pa.ticipa.ory eva.ua.ion. The a.a.ysis of the da.a.identified, a.ross loca.ions, thirteen criteria.defined by fa.mers to cha.a.terize the a.ronomic performa.ce of cowpea. Some of these criteria.were different a.cording to loca.ion. Fa.mers ra.ked the three va.ieties with the best performa.ce for ea.h a.ronomica. tra.t (Top 3 va.ieties). a.compa.ison of the fa.mer ra.king with the ra.king based on a.ronomic mea.urements revea.ed simila.ity a.d complementa.y between both methods. This study highlighted the importa.ce of considering both loca. a.d scientific knowledge in loca. va.ieta. eva.ua.ions.

基于无人机和地面调查的典型草原“种-面积”关系

本研究以呼伦贝尔市典型草原为研究对象,通过传统地面样方调查和无人机调查,系统研究了“种-面积”关系,确定了典型草原地面与无人机调查的最小调查面积.调查结果表明:1)典型草原的物种数量与调查面积呈非线性关系,“种-面积”关系呈现为S=a.n(ba+1).基于组合样方法,至少要包括8个1m^(2)小样方,才能达到涵盖80%物种的目标,基于巢式样法,需要的最小调查面积为8.63m^(2);2)针对典型草原,无人机调查的平均物种发现率为传统地面调查方法的81.7%,无人机可作为地面调查的辅助手段,提高调查的效率;3)在典型草原物种监测中,可选取1个或2个组合样方,并使用无人机进行4~5次随机拍摄作为补充,此时可发现典型草原物种总数的84.7%~88.3%.该方法相对传统的3~5次重复样方调查,代表性更高,调查效率更高.

Meta.olic profile including tota. protein （TP）, a.bumin （a.b）, urea.（UREa., glucose （Glu）, tota. cholesterol （T-Cho）, long-cha.n fa.ty a.id （LCFa., a.pa.ta.e a.inotra.sfera.e （a.T）, ga.ma.gluta.yl tra.speptida.e （GGT）, crea.inine （Crea., ca.cium （Ca., inorga.ic phosphorous （iP） a.d ma.nesium （Mg） were a.a.yzed using a.Tba-4oFR a.toma.ic biochemica. a.a.yzer. The da.a.of Korea. Ha.woo cows were then compa.ed to those of the Ja.a.ese Wa.yu cows. Results： Most of the da.a.of the Korea. Ha.woo cows were rela.ively higher tha. those of Ja.a.ese Wa.yu cows, with the exception of Glu a.d GGT. This ma. indica.e tha. the nutritiona. level of feed for the Korea. Ha.woo cows wa. higher tha. tha. of the Ja.a.ese Wa.yu cows beca.se of the different feeding system. In pa.ticula., rela.ively higher levels of UREa.a.d LCFa.were observed in the Korea. 目的分析境外输入新冠病毒的流行特征和基因组特征,为济南疫情防控工作提供参考依据。方法收集济南航空口岸2022年6-12月境外输入新冠病毒感染者相关信息,分析其流行病学特征,筛选77例感染者样本使用二代测序技术进行高通量测序,分析基因分型及变异特征。结果2022年6-12月,济南航空口岸累计报告输入性新冠病毒无症状感染者165例,男女性别比2.17∶1,平均年龄37.46岁;67.27%感染者接种过疫苗;职业以务工工人为主,占26.67%;来源国家主要是韩国,占21.21%。共获得77条有效的全基因组序列,按照Nextstra.n分型法可分为8个型,均为omicron变异株,优势进化分支主要是ba.2、ba.5.2及ba.5.10.1。系统发育分析表明,境外输入新冠病毒感染者的序列与来源国家的毒株序列高度同源。结论济南航空口岸境外输入新冠病毒风险持续存在,在及时跟踪疫情动态的同时,变异监测及防控措施仍需坚持不懈。

目的研究三七皂苷有效组分中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1在大鼠外翻肠囊模型中的吸收特性及其与P-糖蛋白(P-gp)的相互作用。方法采用HPLC法,建立三七皂苷有效组分中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1在肠液中含量测定方法。采用大鼠外翻肠囊模型,考察不同时间、不同浓度及不同转运方向对三七皂苷有效组分中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1大鼠小肠吸收和转运的影响,并考察三七皂苷有效组分与P-gp抑制剂维拉帕米(Ver)合用前后,大鼠肠囊内人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1吸收量的变化。分别设空白组、Ver阳性对照组、三七皂苷有效组分高、中、低浓度组,考察三七皂苷有效组分对P-gp底物罗丹明-123(Rho123)转运的影响。结果三七皂苷有效组分中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1在不同时间及不同浓度条件下,对大鼠小肠的吸收和转运均为线性吸收,其回归系数r>0.9,均符合零级吸收速率。三七皂苷有效组分小肠吸收转运明显受到转运方向的影响,浆膜面至黏膜面B-a.转运量明显高于黏膜面至浆膜面a.B。三七皂苷有效组分与Ver合用后,人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1在大鼠小肠中的吸收量显著增加(Po123转运量增加,与空白组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),尤其以三七皂苷有效组分高浓度组最为显著,与Ver阳性对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论三七皂苷有效组分中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1在大鼠小肠的吸收和转运均为线性吸收,可认为在大鼠小肠吸收机制为被动转运机制,并具有明显的P-gp底物转运特性及抑制P-gp底物外排作用。

在印制电路板(PCB)上,如果有高速信号进行长距离传输,其传输会因损耗、反射、串扰等方式引起信号完整性(SI)问题,很大概率会造成信号失真,在各个接收端无法完全复原驱动端信号。伴随着当今互联网数据量的快速增加,路由器和交换机等高速率通信设备的研究和设计非常重要,其中的关键传输通道———高速串行链路成为主要技术实现难点。基于SI理论,依据CEI-25G-LR标准对100G以太网下高速串行链路的关键组成部分进行建模和优化,对单通道下的单对差分信号进行分级建模仿真,并进行整体链路级联优化,其传输性能满足协议要求。
